    Awesome service. Our air conditioner ducts are so fresh now that the duct cleaning was done. They came out and in a timely manner had the job done. We have used Servpro on many occasions and are always happy with the service. Good Job!!! I highly recommend Servpro.

    Short of the birth of my first born child, Sevrpro of Lake Charles is the best thing to ever happen to me. Following an accidental sink overflow,that flooded 4 rooms, I thought we were in big trouble. Ben and Nathan with Servpro arrived within the hour and helped mitigate the damage. What we thought would have been huge expenses turned into a fairly painless experience. They were even able to salvage our wood floors! Thanks Sevrpro of Lake Charles!

    Such s great experience. They were so professional and kind. I called to schedule an appointment, and they were able to schedule me for service in two days. Most times you call a company for any type of service, its 2 to 3 weeks. The crew that came to my house were so respectful, knowledgeable, professional and really nice crew. The lead Kordell was the BEST. He kept me informed every step of the way. I was truly impressed start to finish. I highly recommend that if you are looking for someone to clean your AC vents or any other service they offer, please use Servpro of Lake Charles. Top Notch Company !!!

    HUGE thank you to Kordell and Benjamin for the excellent work at our home! After months of construction, we were in desperate need of a full HVAC system cleanout. They were diligent with prep and cleaned meticulously afterward - our system has never run so well. Would recommend them to anyone!

    We needed some cleaning in our church and they were very responsive. Jennifer called to schedule a day for her and her crew to come out. They did such a great job that I had people comment on how good the church smelled when they were done. It not only smelled better, but the pew cushions looked brand new again!I highly recommend them!

    I am so thankful for Mrs, Jennifer and Mr.Kordel at Servepro of Lake Charles! They spent so much time and effort making sure that all the dust and mold was cleared out of the ducts and they went above and beyond to accommodate me and my little girls being home , they made sure that everything was covered so the dust and toxins didn’t get on everything in the house and they cleaned the floors and vents .. literally so amazing!! Finally, I can breathe fresh again !! Highly recommended and worth the money if you are having trouble with allergies and headaches ect.. Thank you guys so much!

    I had the best experience with SERVPRO. David was extremely professional and did an amazing job cleaning the interior of my car. Best company with the most amazing owner, Jack, who truly cares about his customers and employees and the work they do.     SERVPRO of Lake Charles was called for water damage to our home-it was a long term leak just recently found. Mr. Jack and Steve came out quickly and both were very polite and informative. They began the work the next day, the entire team was polite and courteous during the entire job. After the job was completed the team went above and beyond with this job, as i am in a wheelchair, they cleaned up very well and left everything in place as it was prior to the beginning of the job, each employee was polite and respectful including office staff when we communicated via phone. I would highly recommend SERVPRO for any of your needs, I do know they will be my first call whenever I need any of their services again.     Water recently came into my kitchen from all of the rain we have had and of course it happened on a weekend! Servpro came out and put in 4 blowers and a dehumidifier and saved my floors! Very happy and Jennifer was very prompt with equipment and came out everyday to check the water levels in our floors and under cabinets until they were completely dry.

Jennifer, Steve, and Aaron were the main technicians on the job, everyday for a week, getting the job done to protect as much of our personal property as possible.
