Jacob was my project manager for my personal property after a fire that ruined our kitchen and caused smoke and soot damage throughout our home. He has been very knowledgeable about the process, easy to get ahold of and has answered all questions we have had. He has made this stressful situation much less stressful! I would highly recommend Jacob, he has been great!Stephanie was in charge of packing all of the items. She and her team did a great job-she was punctual and kept in contact with me during her time there. She called when she was on her way and when she was leaving for the day. She even went out of her way to let my chickens out for me. She is an absolute sweetheart!

We had a flood at 2 AM, and they sent a team out immediately to begin the process of the water removal and the drying process. Tony is our Crew Chief, and he has been AMAZING! He has answered all our questions very patiently, has kept us informed, and has been so responsive to our requests. I would HIGHLY recommend him and ServPro. I even found out after the fact that this is our insurance company’s preferred vendor! And I can see why!

We called Servpro Lake Arlington to inspect our home after we had a water heater leak. They detected moisture in the walls and brought in equipment to dry out the walls. We have to proceed with an insurance claim but are working with Cesar to run thru the process. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about what to expect going forward.

Austin from Servpro was quick to get to my house and get preventative measure done to dry out the room and ceiling and make sure the hole in the roof was tarped. He’s was friendly and professional. He also made sure I understood all the paperwork and what work they were doing and gave me options for repair. If he’s unable to take a call right away he calls back quickly to address any issues. After my hot water heater busted I wasn’t in the best mood. Tony and his team came out and made it 10x better. Tony explained everything they were doing and didn’t complain once when I asked a million questions. The following week while everything was drying out he made sure to keep in contact and let me know how everything was going. He was a great communicator and made me feel like my concerns were valid. He made sure to double check all of the floors and make sure everything was in good standing every time he came to check on the progress of the dry out. His team was crazy efficient and so so nice while I was so stressed.

Well let me first say nobody on earth is perfect. We all have flaws. With that being said, this is the second I have used Servpro for services. This time around things were going ok and then we hit a wall with communication and the understanding of some of the next steps during this process.What really impressed me was that Jacob realized that somebody dropped the ball. Called me up. Apologized and said he would get right on the case to make sure all my issues and concerns were taken care of. I was like wow. People today let alone companies act like they make No mistakes and then sometimes get arrogant when concerns are expressed to them. Well not Servpro, Jacob and crew.They showed back up, got things moving very quickly and got things done in spite of my insurance adjuster moving like he has no legs, hands or feet as far as payment for services are concerned.The crew that I mentioned earlier that was with Jacob—-Charles, Michael and Darvon were incredible. Very good attitudes and funny while taking care of my home. These guys were on the case handling demolition and mold inspection part of the process. . The crew that moved out my furniture was good too. Great workers. Removed my downstairs furniture out quickly so the areas would be clear for the other crew to workWith all that being said, this experience with Servpro has been a major highlight in this process in restoring my home from the flood we had. ServPro was recommended by my insurance agent after we had a flood in our home due to a leaky pipe. They made it so easy. They took the claim number and worked with my insurance agent to make sure everything was preapproved. They packed up all our stuff quickly but carefully. And a couple of days later they brought back what could be salvaged. A week later the insurance company sent me the check and they came to my house to pick it up. I was never inconvenienced nor worried. Haney And her team were simply wonderful to work with, and very understanding as our emotions and temperament were all over the place due to the stress. She was a calm and helpful source throughout. If I ever have to face a disaster again, I’ll be calling Servpro.

They used the necessary equipment to help save our home from water damage. They were considerate and worked around my schedule. We had to change our floors because they were wooden, fortunately we have new floors. I hope I never have to go through this experience again, but if I do, I wont think twice about calling them.
