    I hired Servpro in March, 2021. I had water damage and lots of black mold from a pipe break. The primary bedroom was gutted, most of the closet and bathroom were as well. The team that worked at my house were respectful of me and my belongings. If I had a question, I usually had answer in less than half an hour. The office also helped with my insurance company. I highly recommend Servpro.

    Servpro was excellent. I had a water break that flooded the home. Servpro was quick and professional. They were knowledgeable and responded to my needs and did not complete the job until it was completely restored. I hope I never have a need for their services again, but if I do I will definitely use them again.

    Our service Techs came out today (Kevin & Kevin) came out today & I can honestly say Im happy with the service! I do not do google reviews or really any reviews for that matter. But i felt this one was well deserved. My wife and I were already in a bad mood and feeling down since our AC as having issues and causing leaks through our ceilings. But these guys came out and their positive attitude and professionalism really made light of our situation. Their swift work made it seem like our situation isnt so bad and will be fixed in no time.I would highly recommend & you would be even more lucky to get these two fellas.

    We had an unexpected flooding issue in our home and our insurance company, AAA, sent out Servpro the next day to assess the water damage and perform a dry-out. I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Felton Price and Noah. They did a great job! I would highly recommend Servpro for your clean up and restoration job.     Rashad, Mercedes,Mirian,Joaquin, Sean, and Ernesto was excellent. They came out and performed fire remediation demo and the experience was amazing. Rashad has coordinated the whole entire process including communicating with my adjuster. I want to thank Servpro and the entire team for their integrity and most of all excellent customer service. Customer service goes a long way and Servpro of Kingwood /Humble delivered it like no other. Thank you.

    My children clogged the sink in the upstairs bathroom and flooded the center of the upstairs, resulting in water pouring out of the ceiling fan.     I want to say that Kevin Wilkes, Crew Chief with SERVPRO Was amazing in response to our flooding from an overflow of water coming from our A/C thru a sink upstairs thru to our dining rm downstairs. He provided prompt, professional assessments and quickly moved to remove wet debris, Sheetrock, wood and carpet all while thourougly explaining it step by step to me. He was reassuring at a time when I needed that most. He and Augustine quickly set up the proper equipment and did thorough anti- microbial service to prevent further damage. In review, he let me know what to expect going forward and followed up for 3 days!! I highly recommend Kevin and SERVPRO to everyone including our church family at New Covenant Church, Humble, Tx who has also experienced great service from SERVPRO. While there may be many choices in companies in these services, Fire and Water, Cleanup and Restoration, I can assure u that no other company compares in being honest, straightforward and professional ! It is literally like nothing ever happened! Thank u to Kevin Wilkes and ur team!

    Experience great. This virus made things difficult but really went well. Clean up after Demo great. Living in one room difficult like living at an airport with the drying fans. But slept during day, awake at night. Everyone was professional and five stars to everyone. Thank all of you.

    They did great. They arrived quickly. Pulled up the carpet around the edges and put their equipment in each room. I would use them again with no worries.
