    When we had a water leak into our master bath, Jeremy (PM) and Braylen were excellent to work with. They came out and about assessed the damage and helped us immediately with mitigation efforts. They did were fast, efficient and honest. I would give them 5 stars if I could just rate their work.. however communication has slowed now and we have not heard from the remediation team on even a quote for reconstructing the home. I would think they want the business but cant even seem to get someone to call me.

    Our kitchen flooded from a faulty water line in the fridge and it was a mess!     We really appreciate the professionalism, consideration and communication skills of the Servpro team that helped with our water mitigation project. During a stressful time, they were very great. Kevin (project manager) communicated well and walked us through the project, costs and timeline- and got things started quickly. Both James and Juan were extremely helpful, considerate and accommodating on site. We felt comfortable having them in our home. They communicated the progress and plan well each day and Juan didnt leave the last day until we were comfortable with the way things were left. I dont wish our situation on anyone but I was glad we called in Servpros remediation team.

    We recently had a water heater leak that significantly damaged three areas of our house. Servpro came out quickly, within a couple of hours of our insurance contacting them, to handle the water removal and restoration part of the project. Our project manager, Kevin Sessom, put together a plan on the spot. After that the team, led by Juan and Vianne, got right to work setting up heavy-duty fans and dehumidifiers in all impacted areas. They checked back often during the week to ensure that everything had been thoroughly dried out, and made adjustments as needed. They also removed drywall, insulation, baseboards, etc. to make sure everything dried properly. They protected areas that hadnt been damaged and were very tidy in their work. Everyone we dealt with from Servpro was extremely professional. Kevin, Juan, and Vianne were always upbeat and took the time to explain each step. This definitely eased the pain of a nightmarish situation.

    My insurance recommended Servpro for water mitigation. Kevin and Braylen started with the process, explaining to me what all the insurance would be requesting in order to start. After approved, Braylen and Tino worked on my home.They were very professional, answering all my questions. Communication was great!!!     We’ve used Servpro three times now for different leaks. Each time they have provided 5 star service, but Braylen really went above and beyond for our most recent one. I was so upset about losing all access to our kitchen for the foreseeable future due to this leak, but Braylen’s leadership of the project greatly helped ease my nerves. They were able to get a massive island counter top removed without breaking it and their demo work was incredibly clean. Our contractor doing the renovation work was very pleased with how well they took care of the demo. Hopefully this will be our last leak, but if it’s not, I’ll definitely be calling this branch of Servpro and asking for Braylen.

    The guys from SERVPRO have been out to our house multiple times over the past few months, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. There have been multiple contractor companies to our house in the last year, and they are by far the best we have experienced. We are in a new build with some pretty significant AC/water issues that leaked into sheetrock and vents throughout our entire house.Aaron was the first to come out and do a walk through to assess the damage. He was very polite and incredibly thorough. He was happy to explain the process to me so I knew exactly what to expect. There is damage through our entire house - especially in our youngest childs room and our master closet/bathroom.Juan and Viane came out twice to remove all affected sheetrock and sanitize the areas. They were also incredibly polite and thorough. I was worried about dust, etc. getting onto my sons bed/toys and our master closet contents. I should not have been worried at all, because they did such an incredible job cleaning up. They covered up our belongings to make sure they werent damaged, bagged/removed all the cut drywall and insulation, and completely cleaned up after themselves. They used a shop-vac on every single area they were in, and the carpet was cleaner when they left than it was when they got here. I could not have been happier with the work they did while they were here.Aaron followed up through the entire process to let me know the next steps, and make sure everything was taken care of. I would absolutely use them in the future should we need to, and highly recommend them to anyone who might need their services.Thank you Aaron, Juan and Viane for the incredible service!     The Serve Pro team & Aaron Munoz specifically did a fantastic job after our Lakeway condo flooded due to a burst main water line in the hallway. Our 2 BDR/2 bath condo was completely flooded. Aaron and his team did a fantastic job doing a full remediation of our condo-- we had huge fans everywhere and sheet rock removed so we could get our condo dried out. In addition Aaron and his team did a great job carefully packing up our furniture and possessions -- 2 mos. later after we got the repairs completed everything came back without a scratch !!! We couldnt be more pleased with how Serve Pro came in to help us !!!

    We had recent flooding in our house in North Central Austin from heavy rains. Water seeped in from outside above the foundation line, and settled through the entire house between the hardwood floors and subfloors. James from SERVPRO came over and did a very extensive reading throughout the kitchen and then supplied the adequate amount of machines to dry and clear up the area. I had an overflow issue with my upstairs bathtub that ended up causing a huge puddle of water to form in my downstairs living room. When James arrived, late Friday evening, he was courteous, knowledgable and thorough in his work. He even offered to return to my home the following week to see how my overflow issue was doing. When he returned to my home to check on my overflow issue, he had just come off a late-night emergency call he had to tend to --- and despite his late night call --- he reported to my home with the same poise and work ethic from his previous visit. The value of Travis’ excellent advice cannot be calculated. Not only was he my guide through every phase of the processes, Travis and his staff managed to salvage, clean, and repair many of my home’s contents that I had not thought possible.Additionally, Travis recommended a contractor, Curt Cole, to handle the rebuild. Like Travis, Curt was a true professional: competent, ingenious, resourceful, and trustworthy. He ultimately said he would recommend not going with SERVPRO as he would just subcontract the entire job out to another company. In addition to letting me know, he also clearly explained Texas rules and regulations regarding asbestos management in residential properties.I really value the transparency, knowledge, and honesty of Travis/SERVPRO. We are in the middle of remodeling our home and I will absolutely give them a call for future projects.

    Jeff and Jason were quick, effective, and professional. I expected the duct cleaning to be a lengthy inconvenient process. Instead they succinctly explained everything they would do, finished exactly on time, and cleaned up like theyd never been there at all. Well...almost. I cant complain much because Id been told by my landlord there would be debris to clean up, and there was, though not much. I will also say my air purifier, which senses air pollutants and increases power accordingly, has been going full steam ahead al day since they left (6+ hrs so far). Jeff said he didnt see any indication of mold, but whatever they stirred up is definitely taking a long time to settle. (I recommend airing your place out for a long time afterward, just fyi.)

As soon as I called Servpro, they were able to get Project Manager Jason Walker out right away. He was professional, thorough and knew exactly where and what the damage entailed. Fast forward to a nightmare insurance adjuster who took their time and argued the damage (aka common sense), Jason helped fight for what needed to be done and ultimately we were able to not only show the insurance agency the adjuster was very wrong, but get everything covered.The office staff is also very professional and organized. I hope to never have these issues again, but if I do, I will be calling Servpro of Hyde Park immediately!

    Servpro did a great job with our duct cleaning. They explained the mold/dust situation and made me feel a lot better about everything (which was initially kind of scary). They spent a long time working on each duct (vacuuming, spraying/treating) and cleaned each register really thoroughly. I had an experience with another duct cleaner a few years ago that was terrible and I think was a borderline scam. Servpro was much better!
