    My wife and I bought our dream house on July 4th weekend and on September 1st, the heavy rains cause a roof leak. Flooded our sunroom. Insurance sent Blackmon Mooring out to start mitigation. I was expecting white glove service but they drug their feet and after ten days of not fans or dehumidifiers, I fired them and happened to call ServPRO. I have been in management for over twenty years and José and Carlos exceeded my expectations. They got to work right away and even cleaned up the mess Blackmon Mooring left. These men worked nonstop at removing all the damaged flooring, walls and ceilings. They were very communicative and punctual. I cannot recommend them enough. The work was clean, precise and they treated the situation better than we expected. Very professional and very comfortable with their work. Thank you José and Carlos, you have made a very stressful situation much easier on us. We will call you again when needed for sure.

    We had an HVAC condensation leak in our attic that caused water damage to an extensive area. I found SERVPRO of HEB online and called them. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. SERVPRO also assigned Jessica to coordinate the mitigation and repairs with my insurance company. I highly recommend SERVPRO of HEB.

    We had a punctured water line flood on our new floors at 11pm. We called Servpro and Mike showed up in less than an hour to start fans & dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Mike has been great and taken excellent care of us. He coordinated with our schedule and has been extremely courteous. HOPEFULLY we wont need it again, but if we ever have another accident, we will definitely contact servpro. Thank you Mike!

    Several weeks ago, my wife and I experienced a water heater leak. I left a dry house at 10:00 a.m. and my wife came home to a leak around 12:30 p.m. We have used ServPro in the past, so my wife called and by 2:00 your crew was on-site and working. They placed 21 blowers and 3 dehumidifiers to start the process. Andrew Dempsey was my primary contact and I also worked with Griffin and Raul. I cannot say how much I appreciate these guys and the work they did. Each one was attentive to our concerns, always willing to listen and explain things to me and my wife. I was impressed with their work ethic in that they contacted me every day to tell me when they would be coming by to check on the house and/or to communicate how we were doing on drying out the place. Even though the house was a mess, I appreciated their respect for my property and doing as little damage as possible to mitigate the moisture and potential problems in the future.Lastly, I must add that at the time of the leak, I had 3 dogs (130 lb. Sheep Dog mix, 65 lb. Aussie, and 65 lb. Golden Retrieve) and because of the heat, they were spending a lot of time in the house. Your guys were great, they were very understanding and accommodating to the herd’s need to see what was going on in the house and to give them daily sniffs.These guys are a credit to your company, and should I need water reclamation services in the future or know someone who does, be assured that my recommendation will be ServPro.

    I had a water slab leak that came up through my floors. Insurance sent Servpro out for the mitigation process. Isaiah, Gavin and Orlando were so efficient, and worked so hard on getting my floors up. Isaiah was very communicative and walked me through the whole process. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot express how easy they made the process. I would recommend Servpro, Isaiah and his team to anyone. These young men know their stuff.     Ive had the best experience with SERVPRO. Our house flooded and my homeowners insurance company suggested them to come out and remove all the moisture in the walls and im amazed at how quick they called to set up an appointment, how punctual they are and just how friendly all of the guys are that have came out. Not only are the so nice and respectful but they actually take the time to explain everything theyre doing and how the progress is going with each visit. Even the ladies that have called me to inform me of their arrival have all been so nice. I recommend this company to anyone in need of their services. A+ Company

    My condo building experienced a major water leak that took out my entire hallway. Servpro came in the middle of the night on a weekend to start surveying the damage. They quickly started setting up fans in the hallway and in individual units to minimize the damage. Sean and Garrett came back every day to monitor and measure moisture in my walls and floor and kept me updated on the progress. I’ve never had something like this happen before so I wasn’t sure how the process would work. They also sent over Alex and a project manager that will oversee the insurance aspect and the rebuild. I am not originally from Dallas, and do not know any local contractors so it was helpful that this company handles everything from the cleanup to the repair. Its definitely something I wish I wasn’t dealing with, but they have made things pretty seamless so far.

    I called the company at 2pm to advise that I had had a major leak going from the attic where my water heater and condensation line exist, all the way through the wall down into the master bathroom. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. Chase showed up at 3pm on the dot and spent half an hour inspecting the entire area. He came up with some issues, nothing major, and gave us great advice as to how to remediate. The company could have charged us almost $2000 to remediate, but they gave us the option in good faith and said theyd be there for us if we needed further assistance. Will always call them for service in the future!

    I came home from a two week vacation and found a note that my neighbor had written taped to my door. His letter said that water had been running from my house and that he turned off my water.When I entered my house I saw that my linoleum flooring was curling. I immediately called my insurance company, filed a claim, and asked what I should do next. The agent recommended that I call ServePro and gave me their number.I called them and the girl told me that they would find an available technician, and let know how soon they could arrive. About ten minutes later I had an appointment within the hour with a guy named Aaron. He came and did a moisture inspection and provided a scope of required work... And he spoke to the Insurance person for approvals by explaining all known damages. Then they gave him the approvals to begin mitigation services.I am really impressed with how quickly Servpro came out and how Aaron assured me of how they would proceed with getting the damages repaired.

    I have never had to deal with this type of issue but woke up to water coming out of the walls. Had to call insurance who in turn had me call Servpro. Sean Killingsworth was here within minutes and started assessing the water damage. He was very professional, very friendly, and walked me through everything that needed to be done.     Called Servpro and spoke with Mary about possible water damage from a dishwasher leak.     Servpro recently came to our rescue after our French drains couldn’t keep up with the rain. Shane and James were both honest, and extremely thorough with assessing our house and what needed to be done.     Sean Killingsworth was so very helpful in a very stressful time. Hurricane Ida dropped 3 pine trees on my house. Sean and his team, Jeff and Jake, drove down my street the day after the storm from Dallas. It was a miracle they showed up. They came right in and did there readings and were very kind.     We had water damage from a burst pipe in our home. Our insurance claims office sent Servpro of Hurst-Euless-Bedford to do the cleanup. We had a crew working for 5+ days and we cannot speak more highly of them. James was our Production Manager, he was exceptional – helpful, courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and fully transparent throughout the entire process. James together with his team of: Scotty, Jeremy and Zach moved furniture and contents as well as removing 2,000 square feet of hardwood flooring, subfloor and baseboards. This was followed by the dehumidification and drying process.James continuously monitored, documented, took measurements and photographs and kept us informed through the entire process.     Love this company and everyone we interacted with during our restoration of a small fire in the master br. Mattress caught on fire and went up like a torch. Fortunately we extinguished it our selves using trashcan filled with water. Destroyed bed, linens, carpet , bookcase, contents.
