With the first person I spoke to at Servpro of Helotes/ Leon Springs, I just felt that I would be in good hands. Emily was knowledgeable, forthcoming with information and what I could expect. They came out within a few hours and Gavin and Josiah accessed my water damage thoroughly. They calculated a quote immediately while on property, and with an agreement, and the appointment for the next day, since it was 5:00 when we finalized, they had the courtesy to set up the equipment so the drying process was initialized immediately, even though the removal to get into drywall would happen the next day. A very professional experience. -

My house flooded from a tankless hot area heater bursting in the attic…complete disaster of all floors and many walls. They immediately responded to the our emergency after hours call to begin the cleanup and continued to work daily to prevent any type of mold situation. All furniture had to be removed and everything in house packed in boxes and stored…6 months of restoration began. After restoration completed, ServPro returned all furniture and unpacked boxes … putting everything back in its original place. Serv Pro’s owner and entire team were a blessing. Everything was VERY professional and their part in the project was absolutely perfect. Great communication and dependability. I highly recommend this branch of ServPro! They turned a disaster in my life into a manageable situation. Thank you Alan, Ramona, Shirley and the entire team! -

Contacted ServPro of Helotes and Leon Springs when I had an unexpected water leak in the middle of the night! I spoke with Alan and he got right on it. His team came out and immediately got to work, set fans, humidifiers. Almost literally like the commercials. Glad I went with them . . . now I know who to contact if this happens in the future! -

Excellent service and work. Mark came in and surveyed the job site, gave me an estimate and we coordinated a good time to have the job done. Angel showed up at the agreed upon time and the team completed the job much quicker than I thought but did an outstanding job. Will be calling them again when needed. -

I’ve called Servpro in the middle of the night and Austin Tonroy, the owner, called me back within a few minutes and had his team out here within 20 minutes. The job they did was incredible! I was extremely worried, being a single mom and not having a clue about water damage or mold...not a problem because Servpro told me everything I needed to know and made sure there were no leaks and that everything had dried out with their super huge fans and timely service. The office staff was always friendly and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the job they had done. I had no problem with my insurance company taking care of the payment and working with Servpro. Thank God I know who to call in the middle of the night if I have any kind of damage to my home. -

Not sure this is the correct location, but we had the best customer service with young men by the name of Reggie, Rodney and Eddie back in March 2022. We had pipes freeze a couple weeks ago resulting in our house flooding. From the first phone call I made to SERVPRO, to the last day when equipment was removed and their van drove off, I was very impressed with their level of professionalism, knowledge, urgency, and kindness. Amazing Service! Amazing results! I was lost when my house flooded earlier this year and was absolutely devastated when my belongings were affected by the flood waters. Luckily I found Servpro and they came to the rescue. The moto is not just a catchy phrase, they made it seem like it never even happened! if it was not for them I would have lost my grandmothers antique quilt cabinet and that along with the amazing girls in the office that answer as many questions as I could throw at them and the great guys that came out to help, I will forever refer Servpro to all my friends! -
