    We had a very good experience with SERVPRO of Greater Waco. They utilized an ozone treatment, as well as their specialty cleaning, on a vintage bookcase that had been exposed to prolonged indoor cigarette use. (We purchased the bookcase online without being told that it had been damaged in that way, and we did not want to paint over it as it matches other pieces we already own.) The treatments have lessened the smell of smoke more than anything else we had tried, to the point of being barely detectable, and the wood gleams after the cleaning. All of the staff members were courteous and promptly got back to us whenever we had questions; the pick-up and drop-off of the bookcase were smooth and quick as well. We recommend them highly and would use their services again!

    I contacted ServPro of Greater Waco to have the carpets in our house cleaned. Teddy worked with us to get us scheduled within 1 week of inquiry. He was very knowledgeable about the products and process, how to prepare the rooms and what to expect during and after the cleaning. On the day of our cleaning, the ServPro team was on time, professional, and done in about 2 hours. They conducted a walk through before and after the work was completed. Our carpets look and smell great! We will definitely be using ServPro of Greater Waco again!

    Let me start this review by saying that of every contractor service I have ever dealt with ServPro has been the best!! We had water damage from the HVAC condensation that created mold and caused our hall bathroom ceiling to collapse. As anyone can imagine that alone is stressful enough, much less having to deal with your home insurance on their timeline and with whom they choose. They scheduled ServPro to assess the mold damage and another contractor to assess what rebuilding needed to be done. The rebuild contractor failed to arrive, but ServPro did and as they assessed everything and explained to me in detail what needed to be done and what they can do, they informed me that they not only repair and mitigate the mold and water damage, but they can also complete the rebuild anddd IN TEXAS we have the right to choose who we want to repair. Since the other company failed to show I was afraid that their work ethic would match so I told my insurance I wanted ServPro to do both the water mitigation AND the rebuild. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!We had to stay in a hotel while they completed everything for ONLY 5 months. That’s COMPLETE DEMOLITION AND COMPLETE REBUILD! Others at my hote for the same reason had been there already for 8 months in similar situations and were nowhere near close to being complete.Justin Hall is the most efficient, detail oriented, reliable, consistent, and knowledgeable contractor I have ever worked with or met.He did everything EXACTLY how it should be done and I couldn’t be more ecstatic! The subcontractor Agustin was absolutely amazing and was very communicative and diligent. Justin kept me informed on everything and anything I didn’t understand he explained to the T. They made my house better than it ever was and in the future when we remodel the rest of our house WE WILL BE HIRING ServPro.They are trustworthy, professional, efficient, and if it isn’t perfect it’s not complete in their eyes.     Excellent service and dependability! Late one evening, my mother had a water leak in the bathroom. SERVPRO of Greater Waco came out that night, extracted water from the carpet, and took care of everything! They set up fans and a big dehumidifier.     I called Servpro when I had my kitchen flood from a burst pipe. Justin Hall was my main contact from the company, he was quick to get to my home and begin the long emotional process of rebuilding my home. Augustine, the main contractor, is kind, friendly, always ready to work, and made sure all the work done in my home was up to a high standard. It was a long process because of supply delays, that is something out of every ones hands. I am very happy with the work and the team who did the work. Every person who came into my home introduced them self and had no issue with my toddlers being in the home and asking them questions. Any time there was an issue with the insurance company Justin would reach out to the adjuster making less work for me and helping remove a lot of stress in dealing with the insurance company. The over all experience dealing with Servpro was wonderful I will reach out to them again if I have any other home disasters.

    Youll never know when you need SERVPRO of Greater Waco (SP-GW) until you do.Our house was days away from being listed for sale and then a water heater failed and flooded half the house. I was heartbroken and clueless about who to call after the insurance and the realtors. Our realtors recommended Teddy at SP-GW . We talked, we met, he explained every step of the cleanup, and he went to work that afternoon.Teddy texted updates throughout the mitigation process, sent images and told me when he would be at the property in case I needed to meet with him. He was also very good in his dealings with the insurance carrier and patient with their process.Water does damage and we had had to replace flooring, drywall, carpet padding and have paint done. Normally that means contractors, and bids, and insurance issues, and, well, more. UGH. Fortunately, Teddy is a general contractor and SP-GW can provide repair services. He never pressured the selection but by that time I trusted him and his work so it was an easy decision to keep him on the job. It was a great decision. The house looked better than before and received compliments from would-be buyers.Bottom Line: There are other companies that do what SP-GW does but there isnt a better one.

    I am so impressed with ServPro of greater Waco! Teddy came out to inspect one of my apartment units that a tenant thought may have mold. Teddy did a thorough inspection and let me know there were no issues. He took time to talk to the tenant to address their concerns and gave them tips for keeping their unit mold free and took time with me to answer all of my questions. He did all this for no charge. It is so nice to deal with a company and person with great integrity that can be trusted to be honest in their evaluation.     Teddy and his crew were great to work with. We called on a Sunday and they came out that afternoon to look at everything. He then offered to come out the next morning when the insurance adjuster would be at our house to make sure everything he had to do would be approved. They were efficient and were sure to answer all our questions and checked with the adjuster before doing something that wasn’t previously discussed to make sure there were no surprises. We never had to wait for them to show up, they were always early. We will recommend them to anyone in the future that may need restoration work done.

    Water damage from AC leak in attic. Teddy and crew came with impressive equipment to detect water and dry the attic/ceiling/walls. Very professional and friendly.     I requested quotes from some of the businesses in town for carpet cleaning. A squishy ball exploded on my carpet, leaving a magenta colored mess. Teddy messaged me with a detailed quote. When I called him a few days later, we set up an appointment for the next day so he could come look at the stain. He brought some cleaners with him to see if they would work. They didnt remove the stain completely, so we set up a deeper cleaning for the next day. Teddy and Bobby were punctual and did a great job cleaning the carpet. Their prices are reasonable, and they are friendly and competent. I highly recommend them.

    Our toilet fill valve failed to work and water poured out into our house, it was 2 inches deep when we discovered it. We called ServPro around between 5:30-6:00 pm. The team arrived at our home between 7:00-7:30pm. Teddy Moore came himself. The water was in all rooms except a back bathroom and the kitchen.They worked well into the night to extract the water. and hooked up humidifiers. They were back first thing the next mornin. We had to wait, a few hours b/c of insurance, to get a plumber to find the source of the water damage. As soon as it was determined, the ServPro team was back at work, adding fans, taking up floors, and accessing the damage and again, worked late into the night to get the floors up and fans on to dry it out.Terry was working alongside the team, a lot of the time. He was very prompt telling us when they arrived and when they left our home. He send videos to assure us the garage door was down in the evening, since we went out of town to attend a wedding over the week-end.Teddy did the on -line video of all the damage that the insurance requested.It was very troubling, and emotional to see our rooms with so much water and the contents of our closets piled up on beds and in the garage. I barely got to a box of pictures b/f they were soaked. As well as professional and knowledgeable, they were also personal and reassuring.I recommend ServPro, if you find yourself needing restoration in your home.
