Mitchall and his crew did a fantastic job in my house. They worked hard, stayed late,and worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure the process was streamlined. They even offered their help with things I was doing while they were here. If I ever have another issue I will request this crew. I worked with Jeanette and she was very easy to deal with. Many times I run into mitigation companies that are either hard to contact or hard to talk to. Jeanette is very personable and easy to talk to which says a lot about the company that she works for. Dealing with people and insurance companies when people have lost so much at there home can be hard but Jeanette does a great job at making it look easy and making the process very easy.

I had some water damage about a few months ago. They had a quick response on the phone, gave an accurate estimate right away and started cleaning up the same evening. They were very knowledgeable and informed me of mold that was found and how they were going to clean it up. After everything that has happened in the last few days, I thought of them and Id hadnt left them a review like I promised. I would highly recommend this team for anybody that has flooding.

My Wife and children went on a weekend trip (left on Friday morning and returned late Sunday evening) While out of town a pipe bust in the upstairs bathroom that caused the ceiling in our downstairs master bedroom to collapse and flood the entire room. We didnt even know where to start. Around 8:30pm on Sunday evening we called Servpro of Galveston Island/Lake Jackson and within and by 10:00 they had not only showed up ready to help they were professional and explained in detail what they were going to do. They took such great care of us. Not once did we feel like they were doing more than needed to be done. Wouldnt wish for anyone to have an emergency water damage but if it happens we Highly recommend calling these guys!

Had an unfortunate sewer backup inside my home that contaminated a large area of my house. Servpro came out and did an amazing job with cleanup and removal of contaminated materials. From the time their first employee, Keith, came on site within 30 minutes of the call, until the time their crews left 4 days later, they were exceptional! The crew of Mitchell, Terrance and Elias were courteous, helpful, hard working and answered all of our questions. I felt confident in their professionalism and knowledge of the job during the entire process. I cant thank them enough! If these employees are a reflection of all their employees, Servpro is a stellar company. I would recommend Servpro to others and would use them again if the need arises. But, lets hope not! 😊

Approximately six weeks ago I contacted ServPro (in the middle of the night on a weekend) to clean up water caused by a broken pipe, resulting in about two inches of water in the condominium. By eight oclock that morning the job was finished. Their work was completed in a timely and professional manner,. Every member of ServPro that we encountered was polite and professional. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom and it was coming through our bedroom ceiling. Needless to say we were a bit distraught. Luckily for us, ServPro was quick and efficient and got us back to like it was before like it never happened.
