I highly recommend SERVPRO. My insurance company recommended them after a back up. They returned my call right away, got an inspector out immediately, especially knowing my crappy situation.Able the team lead took on the project at the end of the day and was a life saver. He put my family at ease and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Not only did he go above and beyond he called me later that night to make sure the family and I were comfortable and to call with any questions. Once the Insurance was approved he and his team again explain in detail, took pictures and videos and did a great demo job. Everything was cleaned up and all the workers were respectful to our home and the whole situation. They even came back to after the demo to take moisture readings. Able called and gave me a time and when they say 11 AM they show up at 11 and not make you wait. Who does that these days. You cannot not get any kind of good service these days but Able and his team at Serve Pro have all gone above an beyond.

SERVPRO was fantastic! Our downstairs flooded a few days before Christmas and they really got us through it. They were incredibly professional, helped us get everything cleaned up and dried out in time for Christmas morning. Their staff is kind and very knowledgeable. They were also really helpful when it came to billing and working with our insurance company. Our point of contact, Daniela, was super sweet and very patient while helping us navigate a stressful situation. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend.

We have been, unfotunately, having to deal with two major repairs to our home, due to water damage. First from the tropical storm back in May, 2024 that damagerd our roof, resulting in extensive to our second floor. And again, in November, we found water damage resulting from a leaking water pipe in our attic that caused extensive damage to our downstairs kitchen, pantry and surrounding area.We were recommended by our contractor to call Servpro of Friendswood, Pearland & South Pasadena. He was so right to have recommeneded them. We have been very happy with the job they have done for us with both disasters.I especially want to give praise the team lead by Robert Morales. They are very punctual and always call to say when we can expect them to arrive. Always on time. They are very courteous and friendly, and have a great attitude. Such a pleasure to have them work in our home.

This is my first time with an experience like this. Hurricane Beryl caused a lot of headache. I was referred to ServePro. I had water damage, roof damage, and other issues. ServPro responded extremely fast. My contact was Blake Villareal. He was friendly, professional, and made the process easy. Excellent customer service compared to other experiences. We are not completely through the process, but so far I am extremely please, feel much better, and would refer this company.

We were gone on vacation for an extended period of time. We found water in the majority of the house when we returned. Air conditioner plumbing had stopped up the sink. Our insurance AARP suggested we call ServPro. We did and they responded almost immediately. The supervisor , Hendriks, came out with his crew and got to work. They were all very friendly and did their best to make as little interference as possible. Cant say enough good thinks about Hendriks. he was very friendly and understodd the pressure we were feeling. He did a moisture check throughout the house and made certain that I knew exactly what he was doing and what the next steps were. His crew did amazing work. Hendricks came back a day and a half later to check on the progress of the dehumidifier and the condition of our floors. His friendliness and knowledge of what was being done or what would need to be done made a stressful situation easier to deal with. He is a true asset to the company.I highly recommend him and ServPro.

Had a water emergency and called ServPro. They had a team there with equipment and vacs in right at an hour. They placed fans and dehums and then came back every day for a week to test moisture. They got everything back to normal in the time frame they stated. They were very responsive and helped make a bad experience, not so bad! We hope for no more emergencies but if we do, we will call ServPro again.

Having half your house flood when pipes break is already devastating enough and then to have all the damage in your house and stuck trying to make sense of the disaster is not fun either.
