The service we got could not have been better. All the people we had to deal with, especially April Light, the administrative assistant, were friendly and helpful beyond measure. What we really appreciate was her willingness and patience to deal with our special wishes and needs. We also found their work [dealing with mold in our place] fast, professional and reliable, and reasonably priced.In short, we got a perfect service and would employ ServPro of San Antonio without hesitation again, and can fully recommend this company.Addition: after taking care of the mold successfully in a most professional way, they also repainted our whole house, including repairing some sheet rock. That work was done to our utmost satisfaction. Here, Id especially like to thank their manager, Lance, for his professionalism and fast and reliable service.Again, I can only recommend this company and would love to be able to give them more than five stars.

My family experienced extensive water damage at our home We went through periods of elevated stress, frustration, and anger. The Serpro team helped us manage our issues. They gave us realistic times. They were promt professional and courteous. The work was done with a level of empathy for situation and respect for our things. A great thanks to Mike, Amador, Steven, Noel. Those guys were the front line. I am sure there are more behind the scenes but they really stood out.

Our AC ended up causing major water damage while we were out of town. ServePro has been incredibly professional & helpful during the entire process. Isaiah was the first to come out to assess all of the damage and we were impressed with how thorough & professional he has been throughout the drying out / demo / restoration planning since then. Also very pleased with how detailed all of the bids and job-scopes have been from Ardra. Very thorough & professional company - quality service. Definitely recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about ServPro of East San Antonio. My house was flooded when a bathtub ran all night and overflowed. John and Jason were quick to respond on a Saturday morning and by 11am a whole crew was at my house doing demo and setting up dryers and dehumidifiers. Jason, let me know almost everyday what the plan was for the following days and stuck to a very tight schedule. Everyone was so professional and did SUCH a good job. Amanda and her team were great with packing out my belongings and took a great deal of care and pride in their work and making sure everything was securely packed and wrapped.After the water clean up, ServPro also did the repairs to my home. John was always available for any questions and was very helpful and professional. The guys that did the work were fantastic, and if you get a chance to work with Adrian, you’re in luck. My house looks better AFTER their repairs than it did before. John assisted me with my insurance process when he didn’t have to, and was so nice and understanding.It takes a lot for me to give glowing reviews, but I literally have recommended them to multiple people already and would not hesitate to call them again if I needed this service.If you’re on the fence about a company to use, call them. I promise it will be a great experience!

I dont even know where to begin! Our washer leaked and spilled water all over our downstairs rooms and floors. We called State farm and they referred us to SERPRO of EAST San Antonio. I originally spoke with the owner Billy and after a few questions felt very comfortable and confident in him and decided to have his company do the entire job from water mitigation to replacing the entire downstairs laminate and ceramic tile flooring. I then met wet with Mr. John Lusca who sat down with my wife and I to explained in detail what the process entailed from start to finish. From the very start we felt very comfortable and happy with John and knew we had made the right choice. As of today(12/8/22) ,everything has been professionally done to our upmost satisfaction. This is rare in todays world. His team of workers did an excellent job and David the floor guy was awesome. What I liked is that John would always come by and check to see how things were going and he always answered my calls. I would highly recommend Billy, John and the rest of the crew for any job you may have.I give God thanks for bringing these wonderful people, now friends into our lives.Ramiro & Dolores Molina
