And I’m confident my furniture and valuables will not be damaged. I have moved a few times in three states and was mostly happy. However, the bar has now been raised significantly higher. The details marked on each box will also greatly reduce the stress of unpacking! Well done. -

Briana (in the office), Michael and his crew (Raul, Nick and Eddie) were all so professional and did a fast and thorough job remediating the mold in my kitchen. They worked delicately to remove cabinets but were so kind about saving the cabinet doors for me to re-use. Super grateful for their help and patience with this first time home owner! Highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. -

What a great experience! I thought we had a minor water leak and called ServPro to have them come out to inspect the issue. Trey and Andrew arrived early and ready to jump in on the job! After some conversation, detailed inspection, and recommendations they left with me feeling confident in knowing there was not an active water leak in my home. 10/10 would recommend these guys anyday! -

I got water damage from an issue with my roof. The drying and dehumidifying equipment remained in my place for 4 days. Brandon was the person from Servpro assigned to my project. He was always on time, sending earlier confirmations of his visits during the days he came to check on the equipment and the drying process. He also responded to every question I had with clarity and objectivity. I do hope not to be in a situation like this again but if that happens, I would definitely use Servpro services again. -

Danny in water water restoration restoration and also follow up work with making adjustments where needed. From the 3:30 AM phone call to the removal of the fans and dehumidifiers, this team has been so easy to work with. They responded quickly to minimize damage to my flooded home. The drying process was quickly initiated. Daily monitoring was dependable and timely. Everyone involved was professional in every encounter. I want to thank Danny, Tyler, and the entire mitigation team for all they have done during this stressful time. I highly recommend ServPro when the unexpected happens! -

Very thankful to the team at Servpro of East Plano! I had a horrible scare yesterday when I pulled up my sons playmate to find nasty brown and black mold and what appeared to be water coming up from the floor! Briana in the office was super helpful and got me scheduled for the next day! The tech Paul and his assistant were very professional and offered me some wonderful advice on next steps to take to determine the source of the moisture in my flooring and provided me with a comprehensive plan to both find the source and remediate any resultant damage. I am terribly concerned about mold in the home and so appreciative off their wonderful service. I highly recommend them should you have any mold issues! -

I reached out to ServPro the same day a storm removed several sections of shingles from my roof, which of course led to flooding in the attic. Water then ran down light fixtures and a/c ducts resulting in a flood in the Master Bedroom. ServPro was out the next morning tarping the roof and setting up dryers/dehydrators to get rid of the moisture. They then came back every day to check on the progress of drying out the house. In three days, they were done. No more water, no mold, no dampness. Nothing except a dry house! They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A great crew! -

This is the third time we have used SERVPRO, twice in Minnesota and most recently in Dallas. When you have a home disaster they are the best at helping you mitigate the problem. Very fast service with trustworthy, knowledgeable technicians. They diagnose your issue, then will give you advice on the best steps for repair. You can choose to have them repair the damage or you can do it yourself. 100% worth having them out when something unexpected happens! -
