Serv-Pro truly went above and beyond during one of the most stressful situations I’ve ever faced. After a burst pipe in my ceiling caused devastating flooding, I called Serv-Pro in a panic. Stephanie answered my call, and from the moment we spoke, she made me feel at ease. She was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and guided me step by step through what to expect during the remediation process. Her kindness and professionalism immediately reassured me that I had called the right company.Less than an hour after my call, Omar and Unc arrived and got straight to work. Their remediation process was nothing short of amazing. They assessed the damage, removed debris from caved ceilings and destroyed walls, and quickly extracted the standing water. They set up industrial dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the space, took moisture readings throughout the process, and thoroughly checked for mold, treating any areas as needed. They worked with such care and precision, keeping me informed at every step.Stephanie, Omar, and Unc turned what felt like a disaster into a manageable situation with their incredible teamwork, professionalism, and attention to detail. I’m beyond grateful for their service and highly recommend Serv-Pro to anyone in need of fast, reliable, and compassionate help!

Had a recent water loss in my home, as a first time homeowner I had no clue what to do or who to call. I found Servpro of McAllen and they were here cleaning up within the hour. They took care of everything from drying to the cleaning of my furniture and clothes. They really do live up to their slogan Like nothing ever happened. The services that are provided are very necessary for our well being. Maintaining our ducts clean is vital for our health. Here in the valley there is a lot of allergies with the pollen and other contaminants, that it is vital that we breathe clean air. Taking the mold out of our houses is important for our health. Blanca is a great customer service representative . She was so knowledgeable ! ServPro I would definitely recommend these guys are 24-7 ( they are never closed)!!!!! Water damages call them ASAP . They except almost all insurance and definitely private pay .
