    Can’t say enough about this team of professionals!! All, whom work here, from bottom all the way to top, are just simply amazing!!Called them due to a pipe burst while family and I were on vacation. The call was made and within an 1.5 hours a team was at my house. The team stayed at my house for hours past midnight. Think they left a little after 2:30A.M.Updates in the form of calls and text with pictures were made during and after the process. This calls and texts were vital for my wife’s and I peace of mind. We were able to enjoy the vacation without too much worry.The whole team never stopped being professional and courteous. Didn’t worry about personal belonging.     If youre reading this because you truly believe in other peoples review then pay attention. Servpro of East El Paso is top notch. Both Josh and Abraham were extremely knowledgeable and professional. In a time where there are so many questions and stress about your home Servpro makes it a bit easier. Both the tech and supervisor were attentive and had great communication.     I woke up on Monday morning to find my water heater had broken and my lower part of the house flooded. I called Servpro and they sent a team right away. Carlos and Juan got started right away. They really know what to do. They got the water cleaned up and set up machines to dry everything out. Thanks to them and their professional work I have very little damage to my home. It was a pleasure to have them working here. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Servpro!

    When I had water coming in my window during a rain storm I was panicked. I thought there was a flood in my wall. I called and spoke to Victoria who took all the details and was prompt at making a plan for someone to come look at what was happening. It was great that even during the 4th 😁 they made sure I had the equipment promptly placed and drying out the space. They took care of details for my pets safety and made sure to stay in contact. I had Abraham, Carlos and Daniel all helping. Today Carlos and Daniel were so great with my dogs and made sure everything was completed in a timely and professional manner. Thank you guys for such a great job. I am so happy to have a great Holiday and Holiday weekend.

    My elderly parents had a flood in their home, and Servpro was recommended by our insurance company. We were completely happy with with Abraham, the production manager, and his entire crew. The crew was very considerate, and very respectful. The project from the flood was taken care of in a timely manner. And all questions were answered at all times. When we called the service pro for anything, they answer quickly and got us answers very fast. We would recommend and use service pro again.

    I had a water pipe bust. Half of my house was flooded. My insurance company referred us to ServicePro . I want to thank Abraham , Joshua, Jesse and all of their crew for such a quick response and cleanup. They started the water removal and drying right away. Abraham explained the whole process and kept me updated everyday. The crew was very professional and caring about my personal items. I would definitely refer and use them again.

    Great service! I had an emergency Saturday afternoon, called Servpro, I was told they were short-handed but will round up a crew and head them my way.     These guys are a class-act. Everything from start to finish was done professionally, on time, and there was excellent communication throughout! My water heater flooded about 1/2 my home.     I experienced sewer water back up. Servpro team rapidly was on the job. Abraham explained the complete process where I could really understand. The water was extracted and the team of Abraham,Juan Martha,Peter and Jonathan all did an excellent job at getting the a messy job cleaned up.All done in less than a week to include removing carpet, bathroom vanities,baseboard removal,door frame, drywall and of course Martha was so care with all my collectibles. The team did the best professional job ever. The site is clear of all trash. Once the contractor competes the rebuild part Ill be able to say it was like it never ever happened.     The Marmolejo Team did an outstanding job! The turn around time was within 24 hrs from my initial contact . A detailed estimate was provided once the go ahead was given they did their best to get me in their schedule and were successful. We had a major leak under our sink due to improper installation of an RO system and we feared water -mold damage under the cabinets. This indeed turned out to be our situation. They had all necessary equipment and immediately started on the job. The removal of our cabinet set was done with great care trying to salvage what could be reused to keep my repair costs to a minimum as requested and they willingly complied. Mold was discovered in several areas and application of chemicals and equipment were posted in key areas. The work was done in one day leaving equipment only to dry out the affected area. My personal experience with this business was a positive one so therefore I can recommend them. If needed again I would definitely reach out to them!

    My water heater flooded my house and I called Servepro to clean it up. Abraham and Joshua came and immediately started checking the damage and took control of awful situation. They came every morning for three days to check the progress of the multiple fans drying out my walls, floors and closets. They came and sprayed microbial fluids because my wife is extremely allergic to mold. They recommended a reconstruction company to come and repair my house. They are professional in every aspect of their work and I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Should I ever need them again, I’ll make them my first choice. Thanks again !!

    ServPro East assessed my house for mold damage from prior water damage. Victoria and Iris quickly took care of the scheduling. Abraham arrived and reviewed water/mold-damaged clothing as directed by (Tori) Hippo Insurance. Abraham was timely, professional, and efficient.Juan arrived to access garage mold growth related to another company not addressing prior water damage properly. Juan and his helper Carlos were timely, professional, and efficient also. Juan keeps everyone happy and laughing with his witty humor and lightheartedness. The mold damage to the wall/drywall and insulation was notable but not extensive. The moldy wall/ drywall and insulation were removed and sealed with mold inhibitor awaiting replacement. I appreciate that ServPro didnt do unnecessary work resulting in delays, or overcharge. We have not been able to use our garage for approx. one year because of the water damage/mold, but hopefully will be able to soon. Overall I gave ServPro East a 10 out of 10.Thank You, ServPro East,
