We had an excellent experience working with ServePro. Keith kept us updated throughout the process, providing clear timelines and ensuring we knew what to expect at every step.ServePro worked directly with our insurance, making the claims process so much smoother for us.What really stood out was how Keith communicated with he was respectful, professional, and ensured everyone was informed about the progress and next steps. Their prices were fair and transparently communicated, which gave us confidence in the services they provided.Keith really took a bad situation and made so MUCH easier.

This team of people is super efficient in taking care of your mold remediation needs. We had quite a bit of growth in our downtown condo unit, and I was pleased with the professional, timely and meticulous way they handled the job. In talking to the crew I could tell they were very knowledgeable, and I particularly appreciated how they kept us regularly informed of their progress during the multi-day job every step of the way. They are upfront and honest about timelines and get the job done right. Their busy schedules reflect the high quality of their work in my opinion, so call them first if mold is a problem at work or at home! Highly recommend.

Jen and her team are amazing. We have a major AC pump leak that is still going on, from our attic down to our first floor. I called her and 2 hours later they were helping us out. I hope I don’t go through this again, but if I do, I’m calling Jen. Will definitely sing her praises to all our friends!

ServPro is absolutely amazing! When Texas, Austin in particular, had our Snowmageddon back on February 14, 2021, my ex-husbands home had some major damage from the water heater having frozen and came through the roof of one of the bedrooms and flooded the home. All this happened when he went to his dads home to help turn off the water due to pipes bursting from the freeze.I reached out to Keith and explained all that had happened and what was going on - Keith immediately got in contact with my ex and started the plan on getting to his home and work the process of remediation. I as well, helped my ex with what to expect and that Keith will be in constant contact to let know of all that is going on and what will happen and what the timelines would be.After all the work was completed, my ex pretty much got a brand new home LOL - BUT I cannot thank Keith enough for all that he did in working with his teams and my ex to remediate and restore the home without the look of any damages having even happened.Keith is again, fantastic and I will always recommend him to anyone that is in need of he and his team.
