They responded right away, sent a crew out the same day, and came back every single day to check moisture readings and make any necessary adjustments to their equipment. I worked with Kierra Haynes and James Gonzales in particular, and they were both consummate professionals--friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I recommend Servpro highly!

My apartment flooded and I didn’t know what to do, so I called maintenance, and Mark from Servpro was dispatched with his team of highly professional and competent individuals.When Servpro got to my unit, they really knew what they were doing, and didn’t hesitate to get to work. First, they began by vacuuming all the excess water, moving all appliances necessary to get into hard to reach places. Then they did some measurements and eventually moved box fans and dehumidifiers into the unit. The temperature rose to near 100F due to the dehumidifiers, and the noise level was high because of the many fans, so I stayed with a friend. Ultimately, I’m just happy the work was done well and done right.

I cannot express enough gratitude to the Servpro team lead by Rhace. My condo was damaged by a leak, and Rhace led the mitigation services. Rhace was extremely professional, responsive, and was able to explain each and every step that they would perform for the mitigation process when he came to inspect my condo. Rhace kept me updated multiple times each day during the mitigation process and truly went above and beyond the scope of work and ensured that I was comfortable with the work being done. I highly recommend Rhace for any work that needs to be done in your home. You will be in great hands, he does an amazing job and pays high attention to detail!!

We recently relocated to TX from NM and got a rental home without seeing it in person first… needless to say, it was not what we were expecting and we quickly discovered a leaky fridge with quite a bit of water damage throughout the kitchen. After some back and forth with our property management company, they sent out SERVPRO to assess the damage. They were very professional and explained the process to us and while we weren’t thrilled with living in a construction zone, they got the job done and we’re excited to know our family won’t be breathing in the mold and that they stopped any additional mold growth. We highly recommend SERVPRO, especially Rhace and Brand! They were a pleasure to work with!

Had water come into my house and Servpro was there right away to remove and dry all the affected areas. Damon, Graig and Johnathon showed up with the necessary equipment to dry out the water and explained to me all the damage that occurred and what repairs would be necessary. I also appreciate the sales rep Jasmin for referring me to use Servpro.When I had questions after they left, they always picked up the phone and answered them for me, even if it was late at night. They came and checked on the status of the water damage everyday to ensure the drying equipment was working properly and effectively.I would recommend Servpro of East Central Austin to anyone for water mitigation and would use them for other restoration services should I need it.

Worked with a few folks from ServPro through my insurance to remediate/mitigate the damage from a leak from our dishwasher. They came out within a day. Water had gotten underneath the flooring in both the living room (laminate) and the kitchen (vinyl) and soaked the base cabinets. The damage was assessed by them on the first day and fans and a dehumidifier were brought in.On the second day, Rhace Towns came out and removed the damaged laminate and pulled up the vinyl flooring in the kitchen to ensure it would all dry out and prevent mold growth. Rhace was responsive, punctual (Austin traffic never helps!), very helpful and answered lots of questions I had about the work being done.

We had to call Servpro on a Saturday to handle a bio cleanup. They were extremely prompt and the project took multiple days. Cannot speak highly enough about the entire team, especially Damon. I hope to not have to use them again in the near future, but if something does come up at least I have a company and team that I know can handle the job.

Nobody wants to deal with the headache caused by water damage due to a broken pipe. I wasn’t sure who to call for water remediation and I’m sure glad I called ServPro! From the lady who took my call to Rhace, my on site technician, the process was smooth and easy. Rhace was on site same day, communicated his findings, provided me an estimate and expertly executed the remediation.I’ll definitely call them again if we ever in need of their services. Top Notch!!

I requested a mold inspection for my condo. Rhace Towns and Brand Muriel worked with my tenant, inspected and sprayed but found no microbial action, which was a big relief. Wow is all I can say. We were *totally* blown away by the service we received from ServPro Downtown + East Central Austin. Our home had moderate smoke and ash damage and was a MESS. The ServPro team was incredibly communicative, showed up early and stayed late. I have never seen a team work so hard or so well together. We are especially grateful to Pablo, the team lead, who made us feel really taken care of and listened to. Our home is clean and safe again, all thanks to ServPro. These guys are the hardest working in the biz and we are so so thankful. I cant recommend them enough.
