    The customer service of this company, specifically from April & Will, is unmatched. From day 1, their response and work ethic was outstanding and I recommend them for any and all water mitigation & construction services. Even while fighting with the insurance company, they remained patient and helpful. I hope I never require water mitigation and construction work for the sake of my home (and bank account), but I will certainly utilize their services again. If youre looking for a good, moral work ethic, timely response, and beautiful work throughout your home, go with Servpro from Deridder - you won’t regret it! They are wonderful!

    Servpro of Deridder,LA came to my help with an overflowed tub. I was panicked and unsure what I needed to do. I immediately spoke with Mrs. Pat, she is a truly wonderful woman. She told me what I needed to do first. We got a crew out and they came in and got right to work. Once the damage from the water was dried out comes the next phase. This company can come back and restore the damage too. They walk you through each step, so that you aren’t left to it alone. This experience has been so much better having someone there to hold your hand. Having your home flood is never going to be easy to deal with, but having the right help is essential, Servpro of Deridder has been that for us. The crew was kind and respectful. They didn’t stand around, they had a lot of really hard work to do, and they did with a great attitude. Can’t say enough about how they handled it for us. We will always recommend Mrs Pat and her family at the Deridder Location, Thank you Servpro

    We are so thankful for Servpro in DeRidder! Our home had water damage in the month of April. I spoke to April on the phone. She was so nice and easy to communicate with! She had a crew at our home quickly.Mike and his crew put in some hard work!Will Sylvest was the nicest man, so helpful , personal and professional! He kept things moving!I can’t say enough good things about Eddie and his crew! They were such hard workers and so peasant to work with!We are VERY happy with the construction job they did!We are very pleased with ServPro in DeRidder and appreciate them very much!

    I previously paid to have our carpet cleaned and restored but the technicians did a poor job. About three weeks ago, Servpro sent Mr. Michael Butler who came and did a thorough cleaning. Our carpet still look outstanding! I offered to tip him but he would not take any money. When it’s time for my carpets to be cleaned again, I will ask for him!

    After Hurricane Ian Scott and his crew Will and Mike jumped to acting and got my home demoand water mitigation done , was able to move fast and Pat at the office was very helpful and made the billing easy. They were very affordable and didnt take advantage of me and that is a great quality in situations like this . Will recommend them to anyone who has flooding issues !!Thank you guys for all your hard work and helping to make this a great experience

    The torrential rain flooded our 18,000 SF store early Sunday morning. I contacted Servpro‘s 1-800 number and they dispatched me to the local office in DeRidder. They mobilized quickly and showed up with several technicians and trucks full of equipment to execute their plan. The whole team was very professional...they extracted the water so we could get the store re-opened for business. At my request Samantha loaded the progress images onto thumb drives so I could deliver them to my insurance company. Thank you SERVPRO for being there when we need you.

    I had a water leak in the wall of my kitchen. Servpro came out the day afterwards. Immediately got to work. Placed fans. Came by daily to check the moisture in the wood/walls. One of the works accidentally picked up our drill and took it, thinking it was theirs. I called them back asking if they had it. They immediately apologized and went to check their van and brought it back. No complaints at all. Unlike other companies, they were very professional. While the other company kept messaging me on Facebook degrading Servpro. Im very glad I trusted my gut and went with Servpro.
