Jim and Marco of Servpro were here today to clean and deconstruct our dining room after a major flood. They found mold and were able to contain it and eliminate it through a series of processes. Sean Killingsworth and the ServPro team did a fantastic job cleaning up a flood we had at a commercial business. Sean was out in an emergency situation on a Sunday evening, staying through the night with his team to extract all the water. Called after hours and spoke to a human, nice. I didn’t get the expected call about an appointment time so I followed up. Chris B was our person on-site. He assessed the water flooding in our crawlspace and shared his thoughts. The water had drained away, was still damp. He discussed that the crawlspace was serving its purpose and no work needed at this time - more rain coming. We might benefit from a dehumidifier but not necessary as would only be temporary.Thanks for not selling us into something we don’t need. Thanks for explaining water and flooring issues.

They are so punctual and knowledgeable, as well as personable and patient. I am very pleased with the water cleanup service provided by SERVPRO. A massive water leak in the attic of my house happened in the middle of a weekend night. We shut down the water as soon as possible, but the damage to the ceiling and to the carpet was already substantial. I called SERVPRO around 2 am on Sunday morning. They arrived at the house at 9 am. The team, led by Danny Howard, professionally evaluated the damage and provided multiple pieces of drying equipment. Danny came to the house daily to monitor the drying progress and to adjust the equipment as needed. As a result of such quick and professional response the drying time was substantially reduced without compromising the quality. I am particularly thankful to Danny Howard, who was punctual, professional, courteous and friendly. He clearly explained all the steps, shared and explained all the monitoring readings. Thank you!

This company did exactly what they promised. The initial phone conversation was direct and reassuring. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning to start the drying process. The representatives showed up promptly,with equipment in hand. An explanation was given of the entire process from start to finish. This included a schedule of when the equipment would be monitored and picked up. Im very amazed with their technology and equally impressed with their service!!!

ServPro Came to our 6,500 sq ft office just a day after calling for a quote. They explained everything in detail what would happen and how long it would take. Sure enough, it took the day and a half they said they would and were out of our way the entire time so that we could work our hours from 9am-5pm. They did a deep carpet cleaning and deodorizing as well as cleaned our windows and window sills. They also did our tile floors in two rooms which now look very glassy and clean, no scuffs. They even went through and spot cleaned on their way out. They were very nice and had a smile on the whole time which meant a lot. I would highly recommend them for any cleaning you need done.

Our rental property had a leaky kitchen faucet that apparently had gone on for some time. ServPro came out and tested for moisture in the cabinet, the floors, and all around the island. They removed soggy particle board, island baseboards, and drilled some holes before setting up the fans and dehumidifier. Both the set up and pick up crews were very courteous and professional. I would use them again.

These guys rock it! My office flooded and I was frantic when I called. Lacy showed compassion and was calm. She was at my office in about 15 minutes from the call and they took care of everything so I could take my computers and go find another place to work. This allowed me to minimize some of the damage to my business.Landlord was still waiting for their company to show up after Servpro staff was already done with my space! Due to their fast response, I believe my furniture and items should come out okay. Well have to see. Huge thank you to Servpro for the professionalism, compassion and quick response.

I had a water leak in a bathroom wall and after I had it repaired, a friend suggested I call ServPro to see where the water from the leak had gone. I did--and I am really glad I did. My technician was a really sharp guy named Danny that found water under part of my wood floor in the den, the carpet in my office closet and the sheetrock in the bathroom wall. He installed six fans and a dehumidifier in the bathroom and 3 days later, all the areas that got wet were as dry as a desert and the wet carpet odor was gone after his treatment. Danny and Servpro did an exceptional job!
