    SERVPRO Clear Lake helped me with mold remediation and clean up/restoration after a flood and their service went above and beyond my expectations. Everything was clearly communicated to me in a professional manner and response times were extremely fast. Jordan went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and everything was repaired and restored to my liking. Craftmanship of the repair crews was also top notch. No corners were cut and everything was done the right way the first time. I wouldnt go anywhere else and highly recommend their services!

    These guys were extremely professional. They assessed water damage at our shop in Houston and helped us get everything dried out along with helping with insurance. They were on time and stayed until the job was done and also followed up afterwards. Travis led the group working here and was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything along the way and kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend these guys!

    WOW! I am not one that normally leaves reviews but these guys deserve ALLLL the stars! I am so very happy/thankful that I called Servpro! I had a water leak from the ceiling in my guest bedroom at 10pm - by 11pm Sam and Andrew showed up... (VERY RELIABLE SERVICE given the time at night) They were professional and walked me through everything! They explained what to expect, what they were going to do and most important- what to expect/do after. Sam and Andrew are the reason I will HIGHLY recommend their service to any of my family/friends. So very thankful! They deserve a vacation after leaving my house at 130am!Fast and reliable service hands down!

    Servpro came out a week ago to do an inspection for water damage restoration. I was very pleased with the services, but Servpro actually came back out today to start services. Rashad Kennedy was the lead and displayed remarkable customer service and Im very pleased with his services. I will definitely let State Farm know that Servpro is outstanding and highly recommended. I was overwhelmed at first, but Rashad made this situation very easy to deal with. 5 Stars 🌟

    We had Servpro of Clear Lake assigned to us by our insurance company to assist in cleaning up after our water heater failed and flooded our house. There are many Servpro locations, and we had several representatives come by to measure moisture levels daily. Felton Price from the Clear Lake office was very professional, prompt per the schedule, and seemed to make getting our house back to normal a personal priority. We did not get to choose Servpro of Clear Lake, but we are glad that they were chosen for us and we highly recommend them.

    ServPro arrived immediately upon notification. I was walked through the process Kevin answered all of my questions and questions i didn’t even know to ask. Kevin & Xavier did an amazing job of removing the damaged flooring, Sheetrock, etc. my home was sanitized and left cleaned. My family & i were so impressed with their fast work and how thorough they cleaned. They were very respectful and concerned for the family. They relieved us of so much stress . Thank you ServPro.

    The winter freeze broke pipes in every room of our office building. Total disaster. Luckily we were recommended to Servepro by our contractor. They worked with our insurance and immediately got out to our office and started removing the wet carpets, insulation and ceiling tiles. They set up machines to dry everything out. And even with thousands of people calling them across the county, they showed up and worked hard to take care of the problem. They even bring a dumpster and throw out destroyed materials. They ripped out sheetrock, insulation and even damaged countertops. They use moisture meters and spray for mold prevention. You could reach them any hour of the day. Biggest props to Kevin and his team Oscar, Jason and Desmond. Kevin answered all our millions of questions and kept us laughing during a very stressful time. They worked fast, efficient and did a great job. They also had teams follow up for days with moisture meters and made adjustments until all areas are dried. Highly recommend them for any remediation project!

    First of all I would like to start off by saying I am so grateful for Servpro my washer malfunction at 2:30 in the morning the team was there by 5 o’clock am wasn’t complaining did their job very professionally, very respectful and I am 100% referring in this company so anyone else with a water issue can depend on Servpro. They checked on me every day to make sure everything was OK. I had been laid off due to Covid since June 1 and those guys were very understanding about my situation not one time did I let my situation affect how I was feeling with the water damage I just want to say thank you guys for praying for me and taking care of me and you guys deserve kudos for everything you did forever grateful Ms. Little. Kevin, Felton, Desmond, Darian, Oscar and Noah. ( My Guardian Angels) May God continue to bless you and thanks for being a blessing in my time of need. ❤️

    I highly recommend Serve-Pro of Clear Lake for water/mold remediation. We experienced water damage due to contractor neglect and Jordan and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful in drying out our walls/ceilings and in preventing further mold growth. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat, should the need arise.
