    Our primary care office had a sprinkler go off along with the fire alarm causing water to enter multiple offices & patient rooms. Sean and his team were quick to arrive and start the remediation process. They were fast, friendly & professional! The came in, got to work setting up dehumidifiers, blowers and air scrubbers. They were easy to deal with knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions we had. Because they were so quick and efficient, they saved the office so much damage. It could’ve been a much worse outcome. Even the electrician that came in to check everything out electrical wise said Serve Pro did one of the best jobs he’s seen in a long while. I highly recommend Sean and his team for any of your commercial or home remediation needs, you won’t be disappointed!

    We had a water leak in our house that spread very quickly. Servpro was there within an hour of us noticing it/creating the insurance claim, and they walked us through every step of the way.     Servpro technician David was awesome. He was super methodical in damage assessement and next steps. Had to take out kitchen countertops for reuse and he did an excellent job. Ensured the correct dryer and dehumidifier combinations were setup and got the kitchen dry with minimum disruption. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend Servpro of Central and West Plano for restoration services.

    It give me a great pleasure to review this team. They did an excellent job of restoring our bedroom and bath. My project manager, Ryan was the most involved PM , I dealt with in any company. If Ryan said it, I knew it would be done. He ensure us that we had to satisfied and that was the most comforting thing you can ask under these circumstances. His communication skills are superb. His knowledge and business acumen are unquestionable. He along with his partners , Jessica, Bri, and Nicole are the team you want for your project. With all said, I really felt a true partnership with all of them.

    I met Andrew, Kyle and Dave with Servpro today. They’d been remediating the house next door over the past week after the freeze had ruptured the pipes in the home next door. The team ripped all of the drywall and flooring out and dried the home leaving it looking like a brand new build under construction. These three gentlemen, and I mean that firmly, completed this job flawlessly. They are professionals! My first impression of ServePro is OUTSTANDING because of them. If you need a ServPro team in the DFW area ask for this team. They were professional, kind, thorough and left zero mess behind them. The machinery was CLEAN and looked brand new it was so well maintained. I felt like I was talking to Super Heros; humble. they made my heart smile. Servepro you have made a believer out of me and the ones I’ll call for my remediation needs. They are three memorable men that own and represent the TRUE Servepro brand.

    Zach led the storm mitigation efforts in my home after damages to the roof and the resulting water leak from the attic after the recent storms. He is very knowledgeable and skillful in his area of expertise and was able to address all my questions and concerns in a professional manner. He was very efficient in the use of the drying equipment and as a result the moisture situation in my home was under control in about a week. I would also like to mention Justin who visited a few days to monitor the equipment and make the necessary adjustments. Together this team has done a superb job and I highly recommend Servpro and this team for any mitigation or restoration project your home may need.

    We had a flood in our home when a water pipe burst in an upstairs bathroom in the middle of the night. It happened on a weekend and ServePro sent out a team to address the issue. We had damage in five different rooms on two levels of the home and I couldnt be more happy with the ServePro response. Brandon and Kole were our most regular technicians during this time although Raul, Eddy and Dave were all part of the team that supported us. It took eight days, 26 fans, 2 dehumidifiers and 2 air scrubbers, but we finally dried out. ServePro was at our house every day monitoring and making sure we would be ready for remodel. We are just starting that stage, but so far ServePro has lived up to their name. Thanks Brandon, Kole, Raul, Eddy and Dave.

    Sean and his team did an unbelievable job. He’s helped me in the past but I called and asked them to come in to help with flooding in my physical therapy clinic the Friday before Christmas and they were there in 30 minutes.     We called Serv Pro of Plano and they were out the next day. Kevin was the contact and was extremely Professional, Very Knowledgeable about the process, and kept us updated on the process. It is always stressful when your house and contents are damaged and everything is a mess and turned upside-down. Kevin and his crew did an amazing job and didnt just start tearing the house apart.
