This company was fantastic! We bought a 3level house that had 20 yrs worth of cat hair in the vents. I had another company come that wouldnt touch my vents. Servpro was the only company that I could find that was willing and able to do the job. Jacob & Karen came the first day and did most of the work, they are young but hard workers and respectful! They were able to overcome some unexpected challenges with grace. Any mom would be proud. They came back the second day with Stevie and finished the job. Everyone did a great job! Super happy with SERVPRO and their team. Highly recommend. -

One of our properties had a fire and our insurance recommended Servpro to us. We called the office and set up a meeting that same day with Gage, who walked us through the whole process of the fire cleanup. Servpro was able to get workers started the next day. We were very impressed with timeline and how quick and efficient they were at the cleanup. Some of the soot and smoke damage we thought for sure would have to be removed, but they were able to clean it. We were also able to use them to put the home back together, which was a huge relief and time saver. Very grateful for the Servpro Carlsbad, Hobbs team. Thank you all for your help! -

Gage and his team are amazing! His timeliness and professionalism made a very difficult situation much more tolerable. We had a LARGE water leak, that resulted in much of the house being water damaged and moldy. Gage came out the day I called him and had his team working the problem 2 hours after that. Gage coordinated everything and communicated with me every step of the way. It took about 10 days for the pack out, mold remediation, and drying process, but there was never any doubt in our minds that the job was done correctly. In addition, Gages team also cleaned the home after re-construction was complete. When I reached out to Gage for the final clean and pack in (1 year later), he remembered me, gave me a time frame, and exceeded it! If you are in need of services that SERVPRO of Carlsbad/Hobbs provides, you will not be disappointed. Gage and his team provide quality, timely, professional, and friendly service!
