Erick of Woodlands ServPro gave me professional, expert, and knowledgeable advice when he came out as the adjuster for my water heater damage 2/10/23. He also explained the insurance process since this was my first claim. Oscar and Isaias did the water remediation work and got the work done in such a timely and efficient manner that no mold grew. Isaias was especially careful when he removed baseboard and floors. Both Isaias and Oscar were helpful and courteous and very neat and careful. I would highly recommend ServPro of the Woodlands for excellent water remediation work.Rebecca Simonette

Stephen and Connor were simply first class. In what was very possibly the most harrowing experience of the life that my wife and I have built together Stephen and Connor offered patience, constant support, extreme work dedication and almost most impactful kindness. They were a positive light and really helped us keep it together. Had we not had such a positive experience it would have been very easy for us to break down as we faced near total destruction of our home. The entire team’s response rate and willingness to help us attempt to stitch our lives back together has been top rate. Stephen and Connor worked until after midnight to ensure that dangerous water damage and micro bacteria was mitigated so that we felt we could sleep safely after a harrowing tornado in the Houston area. They were back at it the next day working late on the Friday of a holiday weekend to ensure that they were setting us up for success with our insurance company. Simply out they were outstanding, rather than offering a bulleted list I’ll simply leave you with this. In the darkest time they were a reassuring and stabilizing force that picked us up and helped to re-establish my family.

I think that helped me through the whole process. The team worked fast. They were careful with our belongings which truly impressed me.I trust this company. The workers were here to help us. Sam and Andrew were extremely professional and polite young men who did a thorough job in accessing the situation and mediating my sewer damage by cleaning & disinfecting all areas. They were very considerate and wore their masks the whole time. They also cleaned up all debris from all sheetrock /carpet removal.
