I would leave more stars if we were able to. We recently had a fire sprinkler break at our property and ServPro came out immediately to handle the water mitigation. I want to commend Weston and Nacho for their outstanding professionalism. Their communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful during a time of chaos. Both were respectful, positive, and went above and beyond to ensure the leak was resolved efficiently.I highly recommend them and this company for their service. Thank you Weston and Nacho!

We came home from the hospital the eve of New Year’s Eve to find that the hot water heater had developed a leak and flooded the kitchen and dining room floors. I had no hope of getting any help until after the New Year. We called ServPro and they sent a crew on NYE. Jason and Weston were awesome! They didn’t leave until the flooring and the insulation were removed. Even though the work dragged into the evening, they were professional and thorough. So glad we called them. Highly recommend ServPro, Jason, and Weston.

I was so relieved when Amy told me the team would be here shortly. Jason was a pro and explained everything and went to work. He checked on the progress daily and repositioned the equipment. We had water damage from a plumbing problem. Water actually rained from 2nd story space to our livingroom. Plumbers called SERVPRO. They were at our house first thing in the morning with all the equipment needed. They were professional, courteous and most of all, knew what they needed to do to dry out our house and prevent mold from forming. I would HIGHLY recommend this Bastrop company. If their services are ever needed again, they are the company we will call!

When returning home from heart bypass surgery, my wife and I were greeted by a lot of water on our kitchen and dining room floors from a leaking water heater.Normally I do all of my own maintenance and repair around the house as I typically don’t like the quality of work i receive from contractors.Obviously in this case I had no choice. My wife and a very good neighbor did a quick cleanup to remove as much of the water as possible and the next day we contacted our local ServPro.My experience with ServPro amounted to seeing their TV ads. I was somewhat skeptical.The two techs that arrived, Jason and Weston, immediately put any doubts I had to rest!!! My wife and I were instantly comfortable with them.After their introductions and initial fact finding they jumped right in to mitigate the damage and stabilize our home so as to remove any possibility of microbial growth.Since it was New Year’s Eve, we asked if they would like to stabilize the area and come back on Thursday to finish up. My wife and I both felt bad that whatever plans they may have had were getting ruined due to our situation.Both Jason and Weston, very politely refused, saying that we were more important than anything they may have had planned.It was extremely hard for me not to get involved, but Jason and Weston had the situation under control and were even more determined to get the job done right considering my medical condition.In summary, ServPro Bastrop is a fantastic company to deal with and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank You Jason and Weston and all the staff at ServPro Bastrop!!! We hope we won’t need your services again, but if we do or if anyone we know does, your names will be the only names on our list.

The team from Servpro of Bastrop, Fayette County did a great job remediating the mold problem in my house. Hunter, Chris and Nacho showed a real interest in my job and in getting it done right. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else needing mold remediation.This week Servpro completed the reconstruction and a team came out to move the furniture back. Hunter, Jason, Kevin and Chris did a great job. They were very polite, professional and attentive to Sandy’s instructions on where she wanted the furniture placed. I had a very good experience with bastrop Servpro. They came quickly and with nearly everyone in the company to remediate my home when it flooded because the toilet broke. They were friendly and professional. They also took time to tell me every step and gave attention to my crazy loving dogs that wanted all the pats. I also had them do a pack out and pack in. It was more expensive than I thought it would be but it was reasonable after I actually did the math and took into consideration the vast amount of work they actually did. I don’t have everyone’s names but hunter and jessiah were outstanding as were all of the people in my home honestly. Would definitely use them again.

January 6, 2024 brought a water event to the house of my 94 year old mother. I called ServePro of Bastrop/Fayette County Texas. This was a Saturday and they responded from 45 miles away in less than 2 hours. The crew chief and the entire team were in uniform and very professional. They helped clean up and dry out the mess. I would highly recommend this ServePro branch along with Ryan, Kevin, Andrew & Jonathan any and every time you would need a clean up!!

We had a water heater leak that was detected, called and spoke with the office, the receptionist said someone would call within the hour, this was done, and they were here within the hour. Robert, Braylen, and Chance were professional, they explained everything they were doing. This was such a pleasant experience for such a mess we had. Each day when they came for monitoring, they called to let us know their arrival time. Would use them again and recommend them.

We called to ask if their service included checking for moisture in the house as we had a leak after a storm. Robert was friendly, professional and explained that due to conflict of interest, he could check for moisture but couldnt check for mold. We made an appointment and he came out promptly and checked the entire house and found no moisture. He advised most likely there was no mold but he couldnt say that 100% and he gave me the number of a reputable person that could check for mold. Robert was professional, pleasant and if we need anything done we would definitely call him. We would highly recommend him.

Despite widespread damage in area and possibility of ten a day wait Robert said he would do best to get out sooner. True to his word he came out 4 days later.Always professional and friendly he explained in detail necessary work in detail. The following morning, a Saturday, he had Braylen and Chance on site. They were always professional, informative, and friendly. Could not have ask for more.Would highly recommend for any emergency. Couldnt have found any better!

I called ServPro in Bastrop to explain problem & Bailey came out right away (on her way to another job!) to test with the water meter. She & Braylen came back a few days later to start the “tear out” process & put out machines to dry moisture & spray mold to stop growth. The entire process was great. Especially how careful they were in removing the granite vanity top without any damage so it could be put back. Their attention to detail & keeping area clean the whole time was very appreciated. I had asked for a bid from Robert back in January. Hind sight being 20-20 I should have taken it. I used someone else for reasons that had nothing to do with ServPro and have now regretted it, and had a mess left on our property by the contractor I did use. Robert went out to see if he could help me now clean it up and was honest enough to tell me he couldnt be cost effective for me. We were in a real bind due to the mess this other guy left us and monies paid out already. Robert took it upon himself to call a friend of his that was local to us, and licensed and bonded and refer us. We are going to be able to get our mess cleaned up. Robert was such a kind soul to listen to all the drama I had been through and very courteous and professional. Any future needs I have or that I can refer to him he can count on being the first call.
