Kimberly was very nice and helpful when she came to check if I had fiberglass in my apartment. I had washed my sons bed and unzipped the mattress cover and she was able to confirm that it wasnt fiberglass and explained to me what fiberglass would look and feel like.I would definitely recommend them. From the moment that my Mother’s bathroom sink sprung a leak, ServPro swooped in and took care of everything. Cassandra and her remediation team came almost immediately and removed wet, damaged flooring, carpet pad and drywall and set up fans to begin the drying process. They came by every day (even on the weekend) to check on the progress. After everything was all dried out, Melissa came to take pictures so that she could coordinate with the insurance company. She worked closely with them to get us all the money we needed for the repairs. Michael, the construction manager, came and walked us through the reconstruction process and came by frequently to check up on progress. Miguel and his team of workers were pleasant, respectful and kept everything cleaned up at the end of every day. The quality of workmanship is some of the best I have seen. AND, from start to finish, ServPro worked directly with my Mother’s insurance company to coordinate estimates, payments and any unanticipated added expenses throughout the project. We would not hesitate to recommend ServPro to all of our friends and family. Thanks Cassandra, Melissa, Michael & Miguel. We appreciate every thing y’all did.

ServPro of Alamo Ranch immediately responded to my household flood SOS call late Sunday afternoon. Kimberly was here within an hour, and began assessing damage, and removing the remaining water and soaked area rugs.The next day Matthew and his crew removed the affected flooring and baseboards. Today they removed the affected sheet rock and insulation, and after everything dries out reconstruction can already begin.After 3 days they are finished with their part, making a traumatic experience much less painful. If only someone could invent silent fans!Matthew and every one of his crew was friendly, polite and respectful. They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly, and I am grateful to them. They assessed that I had more water under a different area. They lifted up the floor and removed all damaged flooring. They brought fans in and strategically placed them to dry the baseboards which were measuring dampness. They explained everything along the way. I highly recommend Servpro of Alamo Ranch. After overflowing an aquarium in my living room late in the evening before a holiday weekend, I frantically contacted them. Tommie put me at ease, telling me that he would have a crew to my house within the hour. By the time the three man crew arrived in my drive way, just 35 minutes after my call, my kids had helped to drain the aquarium. The crew even offered to help us to move the aquarium and stand to the garage. They were very professional and responsive, explaining what they were doing the entire time they were addressing the issue. I was contacted daily while the equipment was drying out the sheetrock and carpeting. A technician came and measured humidity in the carpet, the walls and home twice over the three day ordeal. Three days later, its like nothing happened. Service like Servpro is uncommon today. I am very happy that I made the decision to call Servpro and recommend you do the same if faced with water damage issues.
