We came home from vacation to find our house flooded. Our insurance company (State Farm) connected us with ServPro, and the lead guy, Jon, was out at our house the same day, reviewing the scope of the work and making his plans. Since then, ServPro has been at our house all week working hard to dry out our kitchen and the other affected rooms, and now theyre starting the (necessary) demo work, pulling up the floor, pulling out the walls and insulation. They know what theyre doing. Project leads Jon and Andrew have been very responsive to all of our questions and requests and all things considered, theyve made a stressful and frankly bewildering process about as easy for us to deal with as I can imagine it being. Ashley and her team went above and beyond for us It was a tough project: a large home, a flood, move out, remediation, more moving, over a year of storage, multiple phone calls from me, walk-throughs, inventory, the list of asks by me was extensive. All of this was delivered. with a smile. Each time I called, it seemed as though Ashley had been waiting for my call and couldnt wait to assist me. It was a very difficult situation, but Ashley and her team made it so much easier. Thank you!

Pipe burst during extreme wind chill factor temperature -36 degree in nashua on February 4th causing water damage in three levels of the house. Servpro came and removed the damaged areas after we had the plumber fix the pipe involved. It took from Tuesday to Sunday to dry out the affected areas and now it is done so we can start remodeling the two bathrooms and closet in my craftroom(bedroom).

From beginning to end, this crazy mess at my house has been made better by the team that was assigned to my claim. Evan and Joel kept in touch with my husband and me almost daily to let us know the next steps being taken after being in touch with our insurance. Someone from the office called every other day to ask if we needed anything else or how the equipment was working. Danny and Abraham were friendly, professional and efficient with their part of knocking down tile and drywall, plus installing and taking out the fans that helped with our water damage. I recommend ServPro if you have problems!

Came home after 6pm to a kitchen and utility room full of water. After calling insurance company, Serv Pro was one of three companies recommended and the one we are glad we chose. From the first phone call, excellent customer service. Within a very short time, Jonathan the Operations Manager, came to our home and explained the process.Brandon, another member of the team showed up and two got to work bringing in equipment to extract water and set out fans. Before 11pm the work was done for the night. Fans left in place. Outstanding service, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and sympathetic.

I feel they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done professionally and with quality. Very well mannered and respectful around my family and talking to them as well, my youngest curious son especially. They took the time to temporarily cover any holes that were exposed to prevent drywall or debris from getting on my counters so we could use our kitchen. They taped down cords to prevent trip hazards and cleaned up the smallest mess they made. A little goes a long way and the little things make great impacts. They definitely earned my respect and possibly future business for home remodeling. Thank you for the type of services y’all provided as they are greatly appreciated!!!

We had a dishwasher that leaked from the kitchen into the master bedroom. Evan arrived 2 hours after the phone call. He walked us through the steps that would need to be taken and explained in detail how the insurance might work out (the dishwasher was installed by a company who’s insurance that had not yet accepted responsibility for the leak). I highly recommend Evan and his team. Each technician that came out to check the equipment was professional and efficient.

Erik displayed “bull dog tenacity”, when it came to locating and securing a storage facility for my belongings. He never gave up.He kept the search ongoing until he was able to find what was needed. I really appreciate his efforts on this issue.Evan was a delight to talk to. Every day I received a report on what was accomplished with my house. He created a course of action to address the issues at hand. He executed his plan; stayed on task; and kept me informed every step of the way. Evan is a wealth of knowledge in regards to water mitigation.And, he took the time to explain in detail everything they were doing to make my house dry.Jacob had a “can do” attitude. Every time I had special issues that I needed addressed, he was there to answer questions, to follow up, and to offer guidance and direction. Jacob is definitely a “ take charge “ kind of guy. He kept the project moving forward.Hector, the crew chief was also instrumental in keeping the project on schedule as well as ensuring objectives were achieved. Logan, Lucio, Vincent, Bryce and Roland, the technicians were the “go to guys” who did a wonderful job setting up the equipment used to dry the house out, and they were also instrumental in debris removal and pack-out. It was amazing how they were able to clean out the house in such a short period of time. Not only was the house cleared out, but, my belongings were safely wrapped and boxed, and secured in the storage facility.In summary, the Servpro team did a wonderful job and exceeded my expectations. Had the unfortunate experience of what I thought was minor flooding in our home from some plumbing issues. Contacted my insurance carrier and they sent us Servpro. I had no idea what they did or what kind of work quality they are known for. I was mainly in contact with Evan, who was very professional, polite, and responsive to all our needs, he was able to empathize with our situation, the damage was more than we anticipated, and he helped us through the whole water mitigation process. The situation was frustrating and heart breaking but he was patient with our frustrations and kept calm and continued working for us. I was also in contact with Rosita who called every day to check on us, asking if we had any concerns, questions, or comments, we only communicated by phone and email, but her genuine concern over the phone, made us feel like much more than just customers, Im actually going to miss her checking in with us!! Her politeness and professionalism shined through over the phone. Having your home damaged and reluctantly dismantled because of water damage hurts, but with Servpros assistance and hard work, we will get through this. Hopefully you never need their water mitigation process, but life just happens. So...If you do, definitely ask to have Evan, and the amazing Rosita, handle your case. Thanks again guys.

We had a broken toilet which caused water damage in four of our rooms. ServPro was the provider set up to dry our house out by our insurance company. Luis Alvarez from ServPro contacted me immediately and was ready to send a crew right away. Luis was very thorough and his crew took great care of our furniture and belongings. They set up tons of fans and humidifiers and got the entire area dry much faster than expected. The entire team was very professional and I would definitely recommend them.

Never had to use this service but was extremely pleased with the crew at SERPRO-BRAUN STATION. Very prompt, instructions given as to what was to be done was explained nicely, work was done timely and very clean and they kept daily check on the process of drying the ceiling. Also PM Evan explained the chemical sprayed on wood to keep mold from developing, all the process was done very professionally by Evan, Luis and Roland. I would definitely recommend this crew and if ever I needed their service I would rely on this company and crew!

I had just bought a new house and was living there for about 6 months when we notice water spots starting to appear on the ceiling. We called SERVPRO to see what could be done and they immediately were available to help. All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about working with the insurance and what was needed to correct the damages. The leak seemed to have been a long term leak causing mold to grow. We were very happy with the services and all the employees that help make our house a home again. I would definitely recommend this location.
