The day before New Year’s we had a serious water leak and I didn’t hesitate to call Service Master. They came within an hour and brought all the equipment they needed to get me dried out. By the time I knew they had a game plan for me and checked on us for the days after. Phillip and Andy took great care of us and was very caring about my little boy’s well being in the home while this was going on. I would recommend their services to everyone and I appreciate what they did for me and my family and our home. Great service and caring hearts.

Let me tell you!! Andy Peters is unbelievable. He explained everything so well to us and helped me so much with all my anxiety about having potential mold in my house. He said that everything was good. It helped me out so much. He wanted to help everyday but it was during Christmas and New Year and my insurance didnt want to pay him to come out those two days. He said he would anyways. Of course we said no! Thats family time. But he came the next day early to make sure we were still doing great! He was just great, even the dog loved him. We do miss seeing his face everyday!

Service Master provided water mitigation and restoration services after my house flooded. I have nothing but good things to say about them! Andy was attentive and extremely helpful while navigating a very stressful situation. He stopped by every day to do a progress check when the floor was drying out, and he’s really helped me understand the insurance process. This is the first time I’ve worked with a contractor where I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience. 5 out of 5 stars, well deserved!

Shaquita and Isaiah were great. They dedicated so much time to cleaning the mold and treated my home and family with so much respect and kindness. They checked in with me often and answered all of my questions with patience.Updating my review because I am having multiple teams come out and help me get my home squared away. Brandon Dawson was so attentive with my home. He was thorough, communicated so well, and did an incredible job at cleaning up after his work. We were awakened at 3:15 a.m. by a water pipe break in an interior wall that flooded our bedroom, closets, hall and 2 other bedrooms. We called Servicemaster A-Town Hi Tech at 3:45 a.m. for service. Phillip and his crew were at our house within the hour and got to work. The crew had the water up, drying fans and dehumidifier in place and gone by 6:30 a.m. They also took our area rug with them for cleaning and proper drying. Jonathan and another employee (I didnt catch her name) came by daily for the next week to check the drying process. We cant say enough about the excellent service we received.

Our Technician, Brandy, arrived on time and she was very professional. She and I went through the house and she explained what was going to do while she was here. After she cleaned my carpet she and I went through the the room and ask how it looked and if she needed to change anything. When she finished my house and I was extremely happy. I definitely will use Service Master and I will definitely request Brandy. She was so professional and did a wonderful job. My carpet looks new. Thank you Brandy and Service Master.

ServiceMaster was great, from the very start to the very end of their service. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Our technician, Zach and his co-worker were very friendly, informative and performed their job well. We had our ducts and vents cleaned. Zach and his co-worker worked hard to finished the job in a timely manner. They even interacted with my three boys and showed them how the equipment worked. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster and Zach.

Nate, Joseph and V were fantastic. They communicated well before arriving and were very polite throughout. We needed them to board up three windows following a hail storm that caused a bunch of external damage. The team arrived and quickly began their work. They ensured their setup area was okay and quickly finished. They walked through their process and cleaned up as if they were not even here after. Great job and thanks to the team for their efforts.

We have been pleased with ServiceMaster in the past, and decided to use them again. Zach Garcia, was the Technician who arrived at our house to clean tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom. He was not only competent but professional in every aspect of his work. Courteous and thoughtful, he also spotted an area rug which needed some attention, offered to take it with him and return it the next day, which he did the next morning. We were pleased with his work and expect to request him in the future.

ServiceMaster was a lifesaver. Standing in a puddle of water throughout my entire home and wondering what to do first, I was able to find this company online who work 24 hrs. It was an after hour call and within 15 mins they had a team here helping to remove the 1/4 water covering my floors. They were professional and accommodating and made the overall experience less stressful than I anticipated. They promptly set up air movers throughout the house and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process. Within a few days my house was back to normal. Ed and Phillip were fantastic and easy to get in contact With whenever I had questions. I hope I never have a water line burst on me again, but if I do, I will be calling them.

Brandy was on time and very courteous. She was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns and spots. She knew all about what she was doing and got the spots out. While she was cleaning she showed me an area she had just cleaned and the area that she hadnt. It was remarkable how well the carpet looked where she had cleaned. My carpet actually looks brand new. Service master has brand new equipment. Brandy worked very hard the whole time she was at my house and payed close attention to details. She even used a tool to clean my baseboards, and cleaned the area under my sink. She went above and beyond the call of duty and I would for sure use her and Servicemaster again. I give Brandy an A+.

Zach is was very professional, attentive and thorough, he got this carpet cleaning project they started on one half of the 5th floor, of our building, and Brandy took over with her exceptional professionalism, enthusiasm, dedication and hard work to finish the job and ensure the greatest standard of excellence that Service Masters is known for. This is the second time we have had Zach and Brandy out to do the carpet cleaning and as long as Brandy and Zach are onboard, we will reach out to them for future carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning! While out for a couple of hours our very large dog had a very large accident on our living room carpet. The stain was IMPOSSIBLE! This was not a cleanup job for amateurs! Called Servicemaster immediately and Brandy squeezed me into her already tight schedule, pulled out everything in her bag of tricks to tackle the stain and stench, and my carpet looks and smells great again! Servicemaster never disappoints!

Matt Irons did not cut ANY corners! In fact, he went the extra mile on all details while cleaning my carpet, furniture with pillows, and even cat towers. He did a thorough job and even moved small things out of the way that I hadn’t noticed before he cleaned. Matt is a Certified Master Rug Cleaner, and his ethics, attention to details, and pride in his work show throughout his finished product. I am exceptionally pleased!

He called as we getting ready to leave Dallas and said our house was flooded and standing water every where. I called Hendrick Hospital in Abilene And got her admitted for latter that night.. A-Town Hi Teck was called and they had 2 crews out the next day They worked for several days and did a great job. In my book they are the best..
