    Serenity cleaned my carpet and tile today. It was absolutely the best job I have ever had done. My 14 year old tile looks brand new. My carpet is clean and stains are gone. I can keep it a few more years now. The guys did an unbelievable job. I have used at least 4 other companies. There is no comparison. AND the price is very reasonable. I will use them again and recommend to all my friends.

    Absolutely love their work. We have a 1000 square foot of hall way and kitchen tiles and they did a quality job cleaning both the area. Leonard and his partner even called us beforehand to let us know they were on the way. All went as smoothly as a gentle breeze. Price was reasonable considering the good job they did.     We contacted Serenity to clean the carpet. During the visit they recommended tile cleaning and sealing. First, you should know there is a big difference between using Serenity and those national chains.Serenitys method and equipment were first class. Fast drying and cleaning feeling carpet after the service. They wore protection on their shoes to keep the area clean and paid attention to detail.What impressed me was the responsiveness. The tile work wasnt right the first time. Serenity had a great attitude and very quick to response to my questions and request to correct the issue.To me its most important to know a company is will to stand behind there work and do what it takes to make it right. I am a life-ling customer. Thanks for the great work!.

    What a wonderful experience! They were very professional and made sure we were happy with the service. My carpets havent looked this nice since the day they were installed! I will definitely be contacting them again to clean the tile.

We have pets and had some issues in several places and Leonard was able to fully resolve those spots and their lingering odor.     The techs showed up a little late, but did call to let us know they were on the way. Very considerate of our home, wore shoe covers. The initial cost for our home was Angie listed at 249.00, but they cant even pay for the truck for that so we knew there would be some inflation. For our two-story with carpet upstairs and tile down, it came to about 900.00. A little steep, but the floors had never been cleaned so it was worth it. It has made the house smell better and our allergies are better, at least for a while! The crew cut us a few price corners where they could and overall, worked hard and were courteous and professional. There was a little issue with being double charged by Angies List and Serenity for one of their deals, but they refunded us immediately with no hassle.We were pleased overall and would use Serenity again. Just be sure to save up!

    I was stressed trying to find someone to come clean my carpet as I was due to turn in my old apartment keys the same day. After calling a few places who were either booked or way too expensive I called Serenity. One of the owners told me they were booked, but he would make the trip over and clean my carpet for me which I greatly appreciated due to me calling at such short notice!I had an appointment for 11:30 but when I arrived they were already set up and waiting. They gave the carpet a visual inspection and got to work! Let me just say I am BEYOND impressed at how clean they got my carpet. It was pretty bad to start with including pet stains/odor, and now it looks brand new! They also fixed a seam ripping in the carpet at no charge to me. Not only do I appreciate the fact that they came out at the last minute for me, they also charged me SUPER fairly for the job they did. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for carpet/floor cleaning.

    This is the best carpet cleaning I have had. The customer service was impeccable and my carpet looked exactly like it did the day I moved into my house.They were quick and they actually came with a fan to speed up the drying the process.I wouldnt have anyone else clean my carpet after this...     Used Serenity carpet cleaning to clean the carpets in our home. Our carpets are about 10 years old and worn but in pretty good shape. Needed a cleaning and a few spots removed to revive them.     I saw someone elses comment about their floors being the cleanest ever, and while I was suspect that it was true Im joining them! We have a low nap burber carpet in our living room - a great expanse of it in fact so when theres a spill or wear in a particular traffic area its very evident. Weve had it cleaned before, and probably would have had it cleaned more often if the results were as satisfying as what Serenity accomplished! Im particularly thankful for the scotch guard treatment upgrade because the event we held a couple of days latter put it to the test (and it survived pink-drink drips!)In addition to seriously effective prep, pre-treating stains and an efficient process that yields such great results the technician (Leonard) is professional, knowledgable, courteous and helpful.Great service, great value, excellent results - win Win WIN!
