I used Andrea and her team on a post construction home. After fixing a clients foundation there was a lot of dust and debris in the house. They did a phenomenal job getting as much of that dust out as they could. Unfortunately, my client was unable to move all of their things out of the house for the job so there was a lot of trapped dust, however, the work they were able to complete left my customer incredibly grateful and happy! Would recommend Kwik Dry Total Cleaning to anyone who needs a cleaning, big or small!

We receive Home Concepts, a guide in which home improvement and remodeling companies announce and advertise their services. That was how I learned about Kwik Dry Total Cleaning. I spoke with Andrea and scheduled the Grout Cleaning and Sealing service for $99.Keith came and got to work immediately. We discussed the process and how long the cleaning process would take. Keith also told us how long to stay off the floor. He told us that Andrea would be following up with the names of companies that did grout regrouping. I told him that we had been quoted around $650 to regrout an area about 25sq.ft. That is outrageous!We have discussed not recounting. The floor looks that good!Thanks to Andrea and Keith!

There was a time I had to call one company back to do a repeat cleaning. Not with Kwik Dry Cleaning. The results were beyond my expectations. My sofa looks new and the chairs that had stains that previous companies could not remove are gone. I have used Kwik Dry two years in a row now, and I love their work. Both times they were out, they were very good about scheduling quickly and arrived on time. The workers were very courteous and polite, even when my toddler wanted to watch everything they did and had questions about every little thing. They vacuumed the carpets before washing and got out the pet fur and dirt tracked through the year. Then they washed both rooms and cleaned up any mess they made while walking through. The whole thing was very quick and efficient. I live in an apartment with 2 cats, a dog, a toddler, and a husband that does manual labor. I plan to continue to use them once a year to keep our carpets clean and to help keep allergens down. Highly recommend!

This is the second time in two years I’m using her service to clean my couches. Today I did my couches, a 5x8 rug, and one side of a king mattress. All of this was completed in under an hour and a half! Everything looks fresh and clean and smells very nice. The stains previously on everything completely disappeared! Super fast and professional service. Pricing may seem a little high, but the service is only needed every so often so definitely makes it worth it. I will continue to use this company in the future! I’m just sad I forgot to take before pictures to show what an amazing difference!

They explained that there may be residual pet urine smell due to the water, but we fared well and there is virtually no odor. The floor looks as brand new as old carpet can look.
