    I called The RugGuys after seeing their reviews. I had them clean 3 really large rugs for me. The entire experience with this company was excellent. I have 2, 150 pound dogs and the paw traffic on my area rug was terrible (color is a light blue, white, and grey) A distinct dark black ring around the carpet from them going in and out and laying on the carpet. Wet paws and new black mulch caused even more staining. I can not believe how amazing all three rugs came out. They look brand new. Sam is one of the kindest people. He was extremely courteous, helpful, honest, hardworking, and throughly explained everything. My rugs are nice to look at but were made from some of the worst materials to clean. He explained why and set realistic expectations on what he could and possibly could not do. However, he over delivered on the rug. I still cannot believe how beautiful they look. Like I said, they look brand new. I wish I had a before picture to show the difference but as you can see from the after the rug looks new. I would highly recommend this company for your area rug cleaning needs, you wonā€™t be disappointed.

    Sam was very professional and explained their washing process and pricing very well! He quoted us and took our rug the same day and had it back with in the expected time frame. Our rug looks almost like new and smells so much better! They were even able to get the matting to look fluffy again. Would 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a rug cleaning.

    Rug Guys did an incredible job with our hand-knotted wool rug!Upon arriving we understood we could trust Esam and the team - he showed his expertise and passion for rugs right away.Our rug was repaired and cleaned in about two weeks and we were highly impressed with the clear communication, high quality service and FANTASTIC customer service.The rug which we bought second-hand now looks like new.     Had a really good experience with the Rug Guys. I worked with Sam to get two of my rugs to be cleaned after having big stains. They were pretty big rugs and had bad pet stains from dirt and spilled drinks. They came out really nice- all stains gone and was back in a few weeks! They were also very helpful moving furniture out of the way and back on, which I was specifically looking for

    Many people are quick to complain but few will take the time to congratulate a company on excellent service. We were in need of getting an area rug cleaned and it was our good fortune that Sam took my call and explained their rug cleaning service in detail, explaining required remedies. He explained the free inspection and quote service along with the fact they pick up and return the rug once the cleaning is complete. He communicated when he would be in the area and scheduled the inspection. Sam was professional, answered questions, detailed the methods used to clean the rug to ensure I would be satisfied. He took the rug and provided an estimated date for the return. Sam contacted me when the rug was ready and advised me of when he was in the area. He arrived within the time frame he stated, and was excited to share the results with me. The difference was noticeable. He went over what they had done and even showed videos of the process. Wow!! Such quality work! I will recommend the RugGuys and especially Sam whenever the opportunity presents itself. He came out the day I called, gave me a very competitive quote, and did a wonderful job of cleaning our sisal rug.     Sam was incredible! I called him last minute to help me move my grandmother to assisted living. It was Friday afternoon and he adjusted his schedule to pick the rugs up that day and deliver by wed am. I am very grateful as my granny was able to move to a new place at 88 with a clean rug to help her not slip and remind her of her home. It means more than you would think and Sam understood that. Will call again!!

    From the very first phone call RugGuys stands out. Very prompt, very efficient, amazing prices.Sam explained how they clean the rugs, and once again I can see the vibrant colors and patterns in my rugs. Went beyond my expectations..I also had Sam clean a room with wall-to-wall carpet. I thought it would take days to dry, but given the technique he uses, it was just a couple of hours.Mine was a small job, and not all companies do that.     The Rug Guys cleaned two of our rugs and did a wonderful job. We can see colors in the rugs we did know were there before the cleaning! They are brighter and more vibrant than before. They picked the rugs up, delivered them when promised and helped get them back in place in our house. They also repaired one of the rugs and it is like new again. Rug cleaning isnt inexpensive, but their price was less than others we checked and reasonable for the quality of the work done.

    Our dog had a few accidents on our brand new rug, almost covering half of it. They came the same day to take the rug and were super professional! He also said it could take up to 2 weeks when it only took them 1, and they delivered it back to us cleaner than we imagined with all the stains gone completely! The price may feel high but they do quality work and are cheaper than other cleaners in the area! I recommend them for everyone!

    When our rug was stained by a contractor I immediately called Rug Guys. Sam came out the next day.     Such an easy experience! We got our 10x13 Feizy rug cleaned after being in our living room and it looks new. Coordinating pick up and drop off was quick and easy. Took about 3 weeks to get the rug cleaned and it was about $400 with taxes. We definitely recommend for rug cleaning.

    I needed a large shag rug cleaned because my cat had marked it after some anxiety issues.     Sam is Amazing!! Not only a great and genuine human(rare these days) He is knowledgeable, punctual, and thorough. He was able to accommodate our schedule, kept us informed on the process, and the rug came out amazing! We had a dog that was unknowingly marking, and we found out when it was too late. Sam got it cleaned quickly, got the smell out, stains out, and pickup and drop off was seamless as well.     Sam and Max were both professional, cordial, thorough, and easy to work with. Best of all they do excellent work!I had my ducts and two rugs cleaned.     Had an awesome experience with Rug Guys! They did a great job, were kind, and were very reasonable. I didnā€™t realize when booking that I needed to include that each bedroom had a closet, and I really appreciated how when they came and saw the 2 closets, they were really gracious and charged me a little less than 2 closets would be so that it didnā€™t go too far over our estimate. I thought that was so sweet! That type of customer service is what makes me want to go back to an establishment.

    Read the reviews, they were really good. Had to find out for myself. I had a tenant move out, the rug was incredibly soiled and stained. I was willing to settle for a decently clean rug. I booked them, Sam came out, and I could not believe the incredible job he did. That nasty soiled rug looks brand new. Iā€™m more than pleased. I plan to use them in the future.

We were about to throw a rug away because of the urine smell from our little dog and it came back to us squeaky clean. We could not smell or see any urine spots in the rug at all.     I recommend Rug Guys for carpet cleaning service without reservation. Due to a roof leak, I hired a contractor to replace a wall in my living room. Following repairs to the wall, my living room and dining room carpets required thorough cleaning. After some research on Google, I found and contacted Sam at Rug Guys. I hired Sam after he quickly earned my trust during a couple of initial phone calls. He arrived on time, armed with a smile and all his equipment. He completed the job efficiently and made sure I was completely satisfied with the result. He was very friendly and helpful and worked hard, and he was clearly determined to gain my trust and satisfaction. I also opted to have the carpet cleaned in my master bedroom and on a flight of stairs. While in my home, he also provided me with some practical, money-saving advice regarding my shower tile.     Rug guys did a good job with cleaning the carpet for our small church. Our building needs a hot water heater but he still worked with me and got the carpet done.     Absolutely love Rugguys! I inquired about my viscose rug with a large red wine stain on it knowing it was super hard to treat these kind of rugs but sure enough Sam had emailed me back that night and told me he would come check it out the following day. When he came he said it wouldnā€™t be a problem and he could get it done, I was shocked since I was almost 100% positive I would have to throw it away. I also told him I needed it back in a week as I was moving. He told me it wouldnā€™t be a problem at all! He was super sweet and removed the rug and brought it back for me while also putting it in my U-Haul truck! I was so happy he removed the stain and I was able to bring it with me to my new home!     This company is great!!! As a mom of two toddlers and two little dogs, my carpet was a huge mess. I was so close to completely giving up on my carpet until one of my colleagues at work strongly recommended Rugguys since they did such a good job cleaning her furniture and her rugs !!!Let me tell you, Sam has removed all my carpet stains that my son has managed to spread everywhere around the house and sanitized my entire two floor home. The house became so clean and fresh even the air flow has changed. Thank you so much Rugguys!! After I hosted my party a week later, my guests have complimented my carpet and my shiny tile floor. The house looked as brand new. I will definitely call them again, I am even thinking about just scheduling regular 6 months cleaning to keep my house clean. During a process of moving out, there are several costs and things that come at you out of no where and carpet is definitely one of them.
