Used this service for cleaning a modern area rug. The rug was complicated with approx 1 inch protrusions across the entire surface (pencil rug) and our representative was amazing. Sean came over on time and did a very good job of applying shampoo and steam cleaning our rug. The best rug cleaning service in Houston. Will definitely use them again next time. -

Nice job, but quoted dry time is far off. Took about 3 days to fully dry with floor fans. We were told 3-4 hours dry time, lol. -
