    We recently had a substantial amount of work done to our home (painting, retexturing of walls, flooring, etc.) and the contractor did not do a good job of protecting the HVAC supply or return vents. After we moved back in we noticed a steady stream of dust from the construction and called Ripley Services to come out and clean our ductwork. They came out the next day, were extremely professional, and did a great job for my family. Would highly recommend their work!

    Reece was professional and friendly. He explained what treatments would be done on my carpets and did a great job getting up all the spots and stains. He was flexible and worked around me having my new bed delivered when the delivery men showed up earlier than expected. I will use them again to do my tile. Great job!

    I was so impressed by Ripley Services. We moved into our rental home over the weekend and somehow got a big black grease stain on the carpet. I called them after a quick Google search on Monday and they got us an appointment that same day. The technician was kind, thoughtful, and efficient and was able to get the carpet looking better than it was before we moved in. After that, their owner followed-up with me personally to make sure we were pleased with their services. I cannot overstate how impressive their customer service is and I would recommend them to anyone!

    This is the second time in a month Reese and Alex have cleaned furniture for me (different residences). They did a GREAT job both times! They are nice to work with and don’t give you that creepy feeling that you have when some men are working at your home.

    My dryer vent got clogged, and everyone else I called said it would take a week or more to get to me. Ripley Services got to me the very next day at no extra cost. Reece was super friendly, quick, and efficient! He cleaned out my dryer vent, and I went ahead and got the Platinum service for my HVAC vents and ducts at the same time. He also cleaned my AC unit, and underneath it, and also cleaned the coils on the outside AC unit IN THE RAIN. It took a little more than 2 hours, and I was really happy with the service and cost. The cost for the Platinum package was actually about $200 cheaper than the other guys quoted me for just regular dryer vent and HVAC vent/duct cleaning, without the extra stuff. I recommend them to anyone needing this type of service 100%! So nice to have my dryer working again. Thanks Reece and Ripley Services!

    Greg, Kevin & Ripley team, thank you so much for the great job you all did for the 5 large area rugs. My husband and I could not believe how great each rug looked (e.g., more vivid colors on top, removal of stains). You warned me that the underside of the rugs might not look so good due to large amount of pet stains. Much to my surprise, the undersides looked much better with only light stains. Kevin did a super job in bringing back and setting up the rugs exactly where needed. His persistence in setting up the round area rug with the new under-pad showed his professionalism as he did more cutting of the under-pad so it laid down perfectly all the way around. His attention to detail and patience with each rug was appreciated. The new under-pads look and feel great. Its nice to not have any rug slippage on my newly waxed hardwood floors plus the nice feel under the rug when walking. Im looking forward to having the new under-pads being cleanable and having the lifetime warranty. Also much thanks for your patience in holding the rugs while my husband was completing his medical treatments and our daughter was getting married. Your willingness to wait until we were ready to accept the rug was much appreciated, too. Will definitely use your team again.

    Another fabulous carpet clean from Ripley Services! Ive been with them over 10 years and every time I get a great clean! I use their Forever Clean plan which is a fabulous option for paying it monthly and you get an extra clean per year! The guys are always so nice and really work to get your carpets as clean as possible. If youre needing a carpet cleaning company, I can put 10 years behind my referral to Ripley Services.

    I really like Greg’s team. They are always friendly and professional. And the best thing is that they do excellent work! I’ve utilized Ripley’s for air duct cleaning, mattress cleaning, carpet cleaning, and tile cleaning over two different appointments.     Great Service! They were on time, did a fantastic job on my air ducts. I had them cleaned about 6 years ago and was charged a lot more than Ripley. But the quality of service was not nearly has good. I highly recommend using Ripley Services if you need you air ducts cleaned. I will be calling them again!

    I called to schedule my carpets to be cleaned as we had a big accident from one of our dogs, and I spoke with the owner, Greg, who took care of me after hours and got me all setup for an appointment. I couldnt be there during the visit, and when I got home I was a little disappointed that I couldnt smell the clean smell you get after having the carpets cleaned. Some people dont like that, but I do. I just kind of let it go, but then noticed an area of my carpet where there had been a bigger dog accident, and I smelled the area and it still smelled like it hadnt been cleaned very good. I didnt want to bother with it, so I didnt do anything about it. The next day I get a call from Ripleys asking if I was satisfied with my carpet cleaning, and I decided to mention my disappointment. Within minutes the owner, Greg, was texting me apologizing and asking to come out that day and get it corrected. My father met him at my house and he himself did another cleaning on the carpet that I wasnt happy with free of charge. When I got home that day I was greeted with a wonderful clean smell and I checked the carpet again and everything was GREAT!! Very very pleased with the way this company went above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I will definitely use them again as having three dogs, Im sure our carpets will need a regular cleaning.     Besides the fact Ripleys has always done a great job for us, we have never been in doubt as to the integrity of employees. Weve been on the Forever Plan for several years, so the price cant be beat. Having scheduled cleaning makes it easy to keep carpets maintained. Spot cleaners for the in-between times are provided free of charge. So, whats not to love?

    Update; 2/4/19....The dog smell just would not leave this house....Ripleys Services to the rescue! This time we had the air ducts cleaned. We were provided several options and pick the one that fogged the ducts with an environmentally green cleaning agent that removes airborne pollutants and freshened the air too. Tony and Kevin were knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I am so pleased with the professional cleaning Ripley Service provides!As a side note; it was great to have these cleaning professional come into my home and be so respectful, cautions with my possessions, and stay on task while cleaning in my home. No cell phone usage and no foul language was used. I felt safe and comfortable having Ripley Services cleaning professionals in my home.     Ripleys is the most honest carpet cleaning company Ive met yet! This company could have taken our money and moved forward with the job but Terry gave an honest assessment regarding the job. We were going to have them additionally stretch our carpets however, our carpets roll up onto lower wall to form a baseboard-like effect in our sunken den. They didnt want to tackle a special situation as this but referred another company who specializes in these. The other company came out quickly and performed the stretch nicely. Ripleys cleaned our carpets and our rugs! Really nice to have beautifully clean carpets and rugs that are free from chemicals and soaps!

    Ive had Ripley Services as my exclusive carpet cleaners for over 10 years now. Every time, and I mean every time, they go above and beyond for me. My carpets look fabulous and smell great. No, they arent magicians, but they can make most spots disappear. Very few times have they not been able to get something out. But when they cant, they tell you why and explain what might make it come back. Ive never had them clean and not been satisfied with the results. I trust them so much, I had them do my duct cleaning as well and they did an excellent job there too. (You have no idea how nasty your ductwork is until they show you that dirty water... ewww) Short answer is, you can trust Ripley. Theyre honest, they work hard, and they do the job right. Oh, and their Forever Clean maintenance program -- WELL worth taking advantage of this great option!

    Found Ripley Services through a google search for dryer vent cleaning. I called and left messages with 6 other businesses in the area, and Ripleys was the first to call back the next day. They were able to come out the same day they called me back. Reese Wilson was the technician. He was prompt, courteous, fast, and efficient. He even gave me a referral card for $50 my next service if I refer someone and my referral would get $50 off a $150 service.I wish I had found them first before going through ProConnect an on-demand service advertised on my homeowners warranty website. They assigned a technician that showed up in an unmarked car - no company logo, name, or insignia. Neither of them was carrying any tools or equipment. The main guy didnt seem to know where to look for the dryer vents. He pulled the dryer out not even halfway to even do a proper assessment. After walking all around the house, and not even 5min later he tells me it will cost me $300 for him and his guys to perform the cleaning. And he would have to come back another day to do it. I said thanks but no thanks. I will gather a few more quotes. Also, the guy was getting combative with me the whole time. I will never use ProConnect again and contemplating changing my homeowners warranty company.

    Ripley Services did an outstanding job on my carpet and kitchen tiles! My carpets looked wonderful and he did an excellent job getting all of the pet urine smell out of my daughters rooms. I also had Mr. Ripley clean the tiles of my kitchen. My husband put travertine tiles all throughout our kitchen and then became very busy and did not seal our floors. The grout lines in the kitchen where extremely dirty. When Mr. Ripley was finished cleaning the tiles of our kitchen our floors look brand new again!! I would definitely use Ripley Services again and recommend this company to friends and family!

    I was one of those customers who called a different company first. When they forgot to show up for a cleaning I scheduled 3 weeks in advance, I was in a bind. I googled carpet cleaners.     I was more than impressed with Ripleys services. We only had our carpets cleaned - but they definitely wowd us. With children and dogs we get stains that are impossible to get up.     Ripley Services has provided carpet and floor cleaning for several office locations for me over the last several years, and I have to say without any reservation that this has been a company that is very focused on serving its customers with the highest level of quality work and total customer satisfaction.. The company has been extremely responsive in getting their work sheduled to accomodate our office environment, and their prices have been fairly based and very competitive, and its workers are courteous and highly efficient in carrying out their assigned duties while on our properties.I would not hesitate at all in recommending Ripleys Services for your floor and restoration cleaning needs. We have been well-pleased, and will continue to call on them for all of our carpet and floor cleaning projects, as well as for their other specialty services.     We just moved to Southlake and knew nothing about the carpet and tile cleaners in the area, so we took to the web to research. Ripley Services had some glowing reviews so we selected them and WE ARE GLAD WE DID!! That was 6 months ago. We had all of the carpet and tile cleaned in our house prior to move in. The previous owners had pets and left the place a mess. Ripleys did a fantastic job. They got stains out that had obviously been there a long time and the carpet and tile look great. Here we are 6 months later and no stains returned and we couldnt be happier. Unfortunately our kids have made a few of their own, so we will be calling Ripley Services again soon! Give them a call, youll be a customer for life.

    Ive been using Ripley Cleaning for a few years for carpet, upholstery, and duct cleaning and have always been very satisfied. Im sure they are not the cheapest around but you do get what you pay for which is very professional service and great results. This last carpet cleaning Greg convinced me to let him add his new power scrubber option to my service. They spray the carpet with pre-spot and then go over with the power scrubber which digs through the carpet with some kind of tines and drags all the deep down dirt, pet hair, etc. out. The scrubber is followed by the regular carpet cleaning. My carpets were in bad shape in the heavy traffic areas and were pretty matted down. The power scrubber made such a difference in not only cleaning the carpets but in rejuvenating their texture--making them look and feel thicker and softer. This builder grade carpet now looks like new. I didnt have Greg do all the rooms because I didnt feel like moving stuff around in all of them but need to because there is such a difference in the carpets were were power scrubbed and those that were not. Try it. You will not be disappointed. It added about $30 to my total bill but its completely worth it.

    I had my carpets cleaned on Monday January 2, 2017 and the crew that came out was professional and explained everything to me. The carpets looked amazing and I love that they use all green products that are safe for the environment and for us humans as well. I had several areas where my dog had marked so i had the pet stain treatment done in addition to the carpet cleaning. That night i used a black light to inspect the carpet as there were no visible stains. If you have ever used a black light it is very unforgiving. I noticed some of the stains under the black light were glowing indicating proteins present which are found in pet urin. It was just along the perimeters where my pet had market. There was no smell and the carpets looked clean. The black light was my only indication. I sent an email that night letting them know what I found and in the morning was surprised to see the owner Greg had responded to my email. He came out the next day to see what my concerns were and explained how some pet stains even when cleaned can show up under a black light. It only takes a very minimal amount of protein to show up under a black light. Without hesitation he had a crew come out that same day and redo all the areas of concern. I cant say enough about this company, Greg and his team. Customer service earns 5 stars and so does the job they did. I will be using Ripleys again. As an added bonus it is a chemical and detergent free company.

    Had a cloth sofa and swivel rocker cleaned for the first time ever (they are at least 12 yrs old). We had spot cleaned them occasionally, but what a difference it made to have them professionally cleaned. The yellows are actually yellow, and not goldish brown!! The ladies were very professional, and cleaned up more of the surrounding wood floor than I would have expected. I am very pleased with the results, and the company.

    Ripley Services is the carpet cleaner you want if you want results! Greg Ripley is a total carpet geek! He knows, understands and employs science to treat stains and clean carpets--he and his wife, Dawn, are passionate about their business. Ive tried them all -- Stanley Steemer, ServPro, Dalworth, ZeroRez, etc. Ripleys is not the cheapest (though they are reasonable given the great results) but they are the BEST. Consider what you paid for your nice carpet, how much you value cleanliness, products that are truly Green Certified, the value of honesty and someone who you can trust to stand behind their work and THEN--give Ripley Services an opportunity to show you how good they truly are. Theres no one else I will ever call for carpet cleaning and Im so excited by their new wood cleaning services and they are lined up to clean/seal my master shower/bath!
