Today, Chandler Chambers and Turner Williams started the mold restoration process in my house. They arrived with smiles, worked with a joyful attitude, and were so gracious to help and explain throughout the day. The day was fun to me as I watched them work so well together. They also thoroughly did every chore, making sure that they were not infringing on the functions of my home. They also made sure I understood each step of the process. It was a delight to have them here. What great work ethic they show, and what great representatives of your company! Im so glad that they will return tomorrow! (Their names were not listed in the roster at the beginning.) Please give them 10 stars each, not 5!Today, Feb 19, John and Paul came to do the encapsulation - the final step of mold remediation. Just like ALL the other staff members of Rescue Restoration, they came with smiles, and went right to work. Explained every detail, and made me so comfortable that the job was complete. They were professional, yet personable. I thank this company for keeping really great team members. As I said before, give them 10 stars, not 5!

I recently bought a house that had carpet in the dining room and office; while I redid the flooring myself in the dining I didnt want to do the flooring in my office-its HARD WORK! Not to mention I am not experienced in transitions-which would be a tricky one considering the threshold for my office is not existent (pictures attached) SO I HIRED Rescue Restoration to come in and do the office flooring- AND I AM IMPRESSED!The two man crew was friendly, professional and efficient. They explained what they would do-even after I pointed out my concerns about the multiple transitions (semi-circle closet, traditional door, and French door opening).JUST WOW! It is a professional job well done. I recommend using Rescue Restoration for ALL your flooring and remodeling needs. I have already saved them in my favorites! You should too.

100% recommend! We had sewage back up into our house from a faulty pipe. We filed a claim with our insurance to get the water mitigation and repairs completed. I want to thank Rescue for the absolutely wonderful job they did in our home. We had a water leak in our kitchen which ended up under the dining room floors. That resulted in needing a new kitchen cabinet and removal of the dining room wooden floor.Everything they did to replace came out beautiful. New wood floors, sanding and staining the new floor and the adjoining living room wooden floor was matched perfectly and looks better than new. The kitchen cabinet was replaced and restained to match the other kitchen cabinets.Everyone we dealt with at Rescue was wonderful. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and timely. Cameron, Monica, Chris, Josh, Mark, Danny and Hunter really showed they cared about the customer. We honestly couldnt have had a better group of folks helping us in a high stress time. They were great!We can without hesitation recommend Restore Restoration, if you should unfortunately need then.

He took the time (and patience) to explain to me in detail their process while inspecting the damaged areas of my home. During the month of May 2023, I had a slab leak at my home. I didnt even know what that meant. I asked my plumbing company for a recommendation and they recommended that I use Rescue Restoration. Thats when my positive journey with Rescue Restoration began. From the first time that they arrived, I was treated with respect and courtesy.The first guy was Ty. He relieved my fear by explaining the process of what would need to take place, step by step. He even stayed with me while I contaced my insurance company. He never got impatient with me no matter how many dumb questions I asked. He really calmed my fear. I was scared to death; I had never been through anything like this.The first three guys, I cant remember their names, explained what would be done, why and how, when they came to dry the floors, etc. They were very careful with moving my furniture and protecting my clothing in my closets. The first step was done, efficiently. The floors were dried and prepared for restoration.Next, I met Mark G. He guided me through the next phase of the project. He, also, was very professional, courteous and patient with me. He was also dealing with the insurance company. We spoke almost daily and he never appeared to be frustrated with me; FRUSTRATED WITH THE INSURANCE COMPANY, YES!!To make a very long story, short; I have been very pleased with the transactions between Rescue Restoration and myself. Because the insurance company took so longggggggggg,I just about know everybody at the Rescue Restoration Company.All, I mean ALL of them have been very helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and considerate. There have been no hiden cost or surprises. All details and cost were given up front and in writing. The employees are very professional and prompt.I have worked with Ty, Mark, Cameron, Vivian, Artem, Anthony,Brandon, Kamryn, (I forgot some names) and all who have answered my MANY phone calls. Drew was the emergency response technician that came out in evaluating the severity of the damage. He understood his job well interacted professionally and provided education. I was expecting somebody to come out right away with the equipment to help me clean up the mess but the first step they take is evaluate the mess. She then offered to have technicians come out. By this time, my wife decided to shop around, since we already had contractors we were working with. It seems though like they would’ve done a great job like they were very quick and available and that the prices would not have been outrageous or unreasonable, given the amount of damage that we had.

On June 13, we learned that we realized that our home may have extensive water damage. As a result, we decided to contact a water restoration company.After conducting a google search, we contacted rescue restoration. We arranged for a family member to meet the representative at our home. The representative informed us that our home had water damage and mold issues.After a few weeks, I signed the contract for remediation services.But I was still not sure if rescue restoration was the best company for this service.As soon as I met Kevin and Fabian, I knew that I had made the right decision. Kevin is the crew chief. He is a visionary who has great organizational skills. He knows how to pace the activities and procedures.Fabian is one of the service men. He has a vast amount of knowledge about water damage and mold damage. Over a 2 day period, I posed about 30 different mold relate questions to him. He answer every question with a thoughtful and detailed response. He helped me to understand the different aspects of mold.Both Kevin and Fabian are extremely polite, diligent, and professional. They took special care of the affected areas. They guided us through every step of the remediation process.Thus, if your home ever has water damage, consider Rescue Restoration. If you select Rescue Restoration, you should ask for Kevin and Fabian. Better stated, you must insist that the company appoints Kevin and Fabian to work with you.

Rescue Restoration was a life saver! We had a water leak in a bedroom and bathroom. After our plumbers fixed the leak, Trevor and Will came first. Trevor gave us a quote although we weren’t sure what that covered. Will was doing cleanup of wet carpet and came to tell about finding mold. Was able to talk to Kevin that night on the phone. He came the next day and had 2 workers here to take care of mold. After 3 days of drying out, Hector came and looked at repairs needed. We are very pleased with the wall repair and painting. The new carpet is beautiful! We are still waiting on insurance to replace the tile around the bathtub. At this point we are very happy with the service from Rescue Restoration. Hector was most helpful in getting us timely quotes and providing advice. We ended up changing the scope of work several times and he got the quotes adjusted quickly. Once things were finalized he got the crews out working. The tile guys were awesome. Some of the hardest working men we have ever seen. They were always on time and very professional job. Painters were great. Matched colors really well! Carpet installers were fast and professional. Sent in a cleaning crew after all the painting, tile and carpet was finished. They did everything-blinds, windows, fans, dusted walls, flat surfaces and floors. Highly recommend the Rescue Restoration team!

Rescue Restoration helped us to clean up and mitigate water damage after our hot water heater leaked into the attic and ceiling above our living room. Ty was very helpful in providing the estimate and setting up the project. David and Briston performed the clean up work and did a great job. They explained their process clearly and stayed past midnight to complete the initial setup of fans, dehumidifiers, and other equipment, then followed up the next day. They were protective of our home and took extra care to move and cover furniture and other property as they removed damaged portions of the ceiling, insulation, etc. The drying process took a little over a week, and Sebastian and several other employees who stopped by regularly to check on the status were also efficient and kept us informed with regular updates.

For any remediation project, I would trust this company. They came highly recommended by a top mold inspector in Dallas. They are awesome to work with. Honest and very thorough in their work. I had a small job which most companies dont want to work on but they jumped in to solve my problem as if it was a $10K job. They showed up with 3 guys on time to knock out the work. They even found a large issue that was not visible to the inspector that ended up being the root of my problem. I will never use another remediation company. Jeremy, (the owner), Mary Ellen and their entire remediation team including Vadale are great people to work with and very competent at what they do. Great customer service!

Rescue Restoration responded very quickly to our plumbers request. We had about 8 inches of water under the he house from a plumbing issue. Vidale was the technician who came to setup the sump pump which worked very well in about 8 hours. Another technician came back the following morning when the plumber returned. He went above and beyond to assist the plumber to get the last of the water removed so the plumber could get under the house to fix the problem. I highly recommend Rescue Restoration. I was referred to Rescue Restoration by Milestone plumbing company. Toilet on 2nd flr in residence had leaked and the floor had to be rebuilt, re-tiled and the ceiling and insulation in the garage replaced. The project is in the process of completion and coming along on schedule. The crew focused on the job and the work is good quality. When the toilet is replaced, they will come back and complete the garage work. In my experience the cost was reasonable for good quality work.
