We are so happy that we used Rasmussen Cleaning Service DFW for our carpets and air duct cleaning.We also love that it is a third generation family owned and operated business!When I called to make the appointment, Dakota, was very helpful and had great customer service.The day before our appointment, he called to confirm to make sure nothing changed on our end.Rick & his son, Aiden, were very friendly and walked through our house going over everything in detail. We had friends stay with us who had dogs and Rick even showed through a special light urine stains on the carpets! He was able to treat those areas with special solution for odor and stains. He also found mold in the one air duct that was able to be contained and taken care of same day visit.Our HVAC guy was actually there due to a heating issue and he was even impressed how clean the ducts were with the before and after photos!We are very pleased with the service and the price.We highly recommend this company! -

I called Rasmussen to get my upholstery cleaned. They called to tell me they were running a little late and got here within 15 minutes of the time they said. The workers were pleasent and very professional I was very satisfied with the work done and will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. -

I havent had my air ducts cleaned in years and they looked very very black so i called rasmussen cleaning service and got to talk to the owner personally and he answered all my questions then the next day sent out his field supervisor Tylertyler was great as well was very professional and explained everything and showed me a after pic then he also explained he could do my carpets as well then he gave me a great price on the carpets and looked brand new i will definitely recommend this company to every onethank yallllllll for everything !!!!!!!!ask for Tyler when you call -

Rick and his team did an amazing job! We wanted to get all of our carpets, airducts, and grout cleaned before we brought our newborn home and they did a great job! We have three dogs, and they got everything out. The house looks good as new and feels amazingly clean. We will definitely use them again! -

I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet in one bedroom because it was so soiled. Rick came out, said he could get the grease out, and he treated and cleaned three rooms. All the carpets look new. Quick service at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the outcome and would definitely use them again. -
