Josh from Nicks Carpet Cleaning came on a Sunday to clean an 8 x 10 rug. He is the sweetest guy and took extra time cleaning a quite dirty rug! I asked Josh for an estimate to clean all the tile in my house. He bundled the services and gave me a good discount. I ended up getting all my tile cleaned, as well! WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! All my tile looks brand new and gorgeous!! I was thrilled with his work, and Nicks Carpet Cleaning will always be my go to!

After a bit of confusion about the appointment, the representative showed up on time, gave us a very good quote, and did the job all on the same visit. We were very pleased with the professionalism exhibited by the representative and were impressed with the job itself. Our whole house carpets were installed 24 years ago and were in pretty bad shape with stains and overall dirt accumulation. After Quick Nicks work, they look like new again. I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaner to anyone. Excellent work at a reasonable price.

Nick and his crew are very professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. Jason cleaned our large sectional sofa + two chairs and did an exceptional job. Everything looks brand new! I could tell within 5 minutes of Jason arriving that he takes pride in his work and wants to do his best. He worked extra hard to clean a stubborn water stain on one chair and probably stayed much longer than needed to get it perfect. The chair looks terrific!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW! Forget the rest, Quick Nick is the best!I have never seen this much attention to detail on cleaning and I have been in the same home 25 years and used numerous other “cleaning” companies. The others were in and out of here pretty fast and super cheap and the results did not last, so it makes you wonder what they did or didn’t do? Quick Nick was here for longer than even expected, but we did have a pretty big list and it was so obvious they really cared to get things SUPER CLEAN. They definitely have every right to use the slogan...THE ULTIMATE CLEANING SERVICE! I Highly Recommend.

I called Nick to clean the tile of a home that was remodeled. The dark tile and grout was covered with white construction dust that would never have come up no matter how much I mopped it. He gave us a quote over the phone based on what we told him. And, when he got to our house and assessed our carpets he stuck with his quote to the penny.He was on time, professional and efficient! I dont say this lightly, but if anyone on this app deserves 5 stars, its Quick Nick.I bought a house but wanted the tiles to be cleaned out from the previous owners, and so I hired them to come in and steam and clean all the tiles. I got multiple quotes and they comparable, but just talking to Nick on the phone gave me the peace of mind that I needed. After spending thousands of dollars after moving, I definitely didnt want to spend so much more on something that I wasnt totally sure of. I sent Nick pictures of the tiles and he gave me a quote right then, and the person who came out and did the job (I cant remember his name- sorry!) Walked me through the process and spent time working on it.Unfortunately, we werent able to get all the stains out since there were rust stains as well, but they did their hardest to make sure they could get as much as they could out.Nick seems like an honest guy, is a fantastic sales person to be honest, but you can tell he really has a passion for what he does and I can tell he takes pride in his business. I plan on using them again for my carpet needs.I think if more businesses were like QuickNick, the world will be a better place.

Once he got here, he looked at our rug and gave us a quote for what it would cost, also quoted on what the cost would be if we wanted to add another rug! Once he finished cleaning the rug, he explained thoroughly what all he did to clean the rug, how what he did cleaned it and the equipment and materials he used. He also told us that his company also does air duct cleaning and tile floor cleaning! The technician came early, and took the time to really focus on problem areas of the carpet (tea stains), as well as the upholstery of the furniture that I had them clean. Great experience. They serviced my couches from my garage and made sure they updated me on everything that was happening. As my wife was working and I was watching our two yr old son. To be honest i wasn’t expecting super duper clean coaches as we have two kids and a two yr old that loves to wipe his hands on the couches. But it turned out better than I expected and they deserved the tip I gave him. Super helpful and gave me a bottle of their solution so I can keep it clean from future spills and showed me how to use their special cleaner. Would definitely recommend. My only “grip” would be I wish it was a little cheaper as my couches were old and I just wanted to clean them before I moved to a different apartment (as to not bring all that dirt from the old apartment into the new apartment) but also they did offer me a good rate compared to other places. I’m just being picky and a little bit cheap lol. The dude that came to clean was polite and professional, offered him some water and a portable fan since it was hot as hell in that garage. Would recommend and definitely higher again. Thanks a lot. I wish I had before and after pictures but I don’t. I also don’t leave reviews for places without feeling good about the review. 5 stars guys!

Carpet cleaning companies can be hit or miss with both service and results, but Quick Nick offers consistent excellent, outstanding and reasonably priced service each and every time. I have two dogs, three cats (and a teen) and I have called Quick Nick to clean up pet emergencies as well as for area rug and Persian rug cleaning, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. They even got the filtration lines out of my carpet (those dark lines that form next to the wall no matter how clean you keep your home)!I highly recommend their service technician James! I request him every time and he has removed pet stains and other stains that I was certain would never come out! He was professional and worked hard the entire time he was there. Our couches look brand new, our carpet is fluffy again, and our kitchen grout is clean!I appreciated the incentive to bundle at a discount and it inclined us to pay for more services. I chose Quick Nicks over the other companies because of his customer service. Prices are great for the quality of work that is done. I received a used couch and love seat that had a dog smell and a few stains. Nick was able to get the smell out completely and whatever weird stains (possibly paint or glue or something difficult to remove) that were on the couch are now gone. He took great care of my furniture and cushions while cleaning. You can tell he really cares about what he does. Great guy with a great company!!! He worked very hard to get our horrendous carpets cleaned in the new house my husband and I purchased (the carpets smelled of cats and dogs). Michael was fantastic. Extremely professional and courteous from our very first interaction. He did a great job in cleaning our multiple rooms and hallway as well. There was a bright blue stain (from who knows what our kids were playing with) and he was able to fix it! This was a concern for me because we were renting the house and were going to get charged by the landlords if we couldnt get the stain out. So aside from the fair cost that Nick quoted me, they actually saved us money! Also, remember, you get what you pay for; in our case I think we got MORE than we paid for. Thank you Michael and Nick!

Houston was fantastic helping me get my car cleaned after a really crazy flood in Houston yesterday, my carpets were soaked and I was so afraid I’d get mold but he definitely spent a lot of time getting the water out with an enzyme treatment and assured me he would do his best work possible to make sure I got NO mold. On top of all that, I had protein stains on my drivers seat from over a year ago that even a car detail place wasn’t able to get out and he was kind enough to offer the service and actually managed to get the crazy stains out. I called Quick Nick right before closing time on Friday April 12, 2019 after having to deal with someone who seemed to be rushing through my home and just wasnt pleasant.Quick Nick answered the phone right away, didnt rush me off the line and was very polite. He took his time with me explaining the cleaning process and was able to schedule me on the following Sunday afternoon. Over the phone he came across as easy to talk to, knowledged caring and passionate about his profession. He sent me before and after pictures of his work but most importantly didnt try to pressure me into choosing him.What ultimately swayed my decision to try out Quick Nick is that he didnt make any promises he couldnt guarantee, my bedroom closets werent extra (even though we didnt have the closets cleaned) and his price was within reason. He wasnt the cheapest or the most expensive but the most trusted one.On cleaning day, even though we had an appointment time, the technician still called us with an eta...That was very appreciated.He was ON TIME, RESPECTFUL and just the sweetest most professional young man I have ever encountered. He went over and beyond to make sure we were pleased with his work. My husband and I tried to vacuum a few places but he insisted we were okay, he had it. Tyler was amazing!
