    Over the years we have used several different carpet cleaning companies. Most have been good to very good. However, none have come close to the service we received from Quick Dri of Grand Prairie. It is almost like our carpets have been restored to like new condition. We cannot thank the folks at Quick Dri carpet cleaning enough.They were right on time; they gave us an accurate estimate before starting the work, and they made valuable suggestions regarding heavy trafficked areas of our carpets.     I’m only giving 5 stars for the professionalism of the technician. I probably won’t use this service again because I probably could have achieved the same results if I rented a machine and did it myself. I was quoted one price over the phone and then additional charges were added once the technician arrived. I see areas in the rug that were not cleaned very well and I have not even walked on it since it was “cleaned.”

    I would like in our sincerity to thank the owner of Quik Dri for coming to our aid, in two extraordinary circumstances; approximately four months ago, we had a house fire caused by a lightning strike. We were fortunate to only loose part of a roof, damage to an attic and a guest bedroom and bathroom. A personal thanks to our local fire department. The salvageable furniture were placed on the carpeting of another bedroom for several months while the rooms were totally replaced to new condition. I think you can imagine the stress of the situation after a fire, the smell of smoke and moisture from the water damage in our home and just being grateful to alive and have no further damage to our new home. We called Quik Dri to come and clean the rug after the furniture could be removed and to our astonishment the rug looked and smelled brand new.Sadly, a little over two weeks ago we had another very strange circumstance happen to us. We had an invasion of black small ants in the master bedroom. I hired immediately a new exterminator and after removing the ants at last from our home, he suggested having the very new mattress stream cleaned to be to sure they were gone. I again called Quik Dri and they not only steamed the mattress clean, but also treated it to be sure no ant eggs could be found. Two very unusual circumstances where in a few months time the owner of the company personally handled both situations with kindness, professionalism and actually found results to aid us in difficult times. I thank God for this company.

    We hired QuickDri / Tim on recommendation of a church member who is in the carpet business. We needed the carpets of our church cleaned quickly ahead of a large special banquet and change of pastors. Tim was responsive in getting us a bid and then did the job PERFECTLY. He was on time, got out some long-existing stains and made the carpets look new. The sanctuary had not been cleaned in 6 years and the Education Building in 10.Best of all the carpets were dry the next day so there was no disruption. And the price was reasonable.The whole experience was definitely 5-star.

    Late Entry: During the Holiday Period, My Familys House has some sewage back up into our home three days before Christmas. After the Sewage problem was fixed by a 3rd Party, Quick Dri Carpet and Tile Cleaning came through for my family and I in the clutch. Even coming over on Christmas Eve and the day after Christmas to continue working on fixing this issue for my Family!! I owe them so much and will continue to use them for any future needs.     Carpet cleaning and pet odor removal. Tim and Aaron were AMAZING! Very professional. Very thorough and our carpets seem new again. He used a black light to find pet tinkle spots I had no idea they had gone there. Bad dogs!! I will highly recommend and use this team again.
