I have been buying, renovating, renting and building houses in Abilene for over 20 years and Quality Carpet has been my go to since 2001. Since meeting the owners: Cain and Patricia, I have been impressed with their pricing, dependability and they always stand by their work. Even when I had an issue with a type flooring I picked out, Cain insisted his guys remove the entire floor and replace it with a higher quality flooring at no charge. That’s Quality you do not find in many businesses. Patricia and Maria have scheduled numerous carpet and LVT installs, cleaning, water extracts and always within days of a firm closing date or move in date of a renter. Additionally Cain even visited a newly purchased house and attempted removal of stains and doors from the concrete of the garage floor. Their name Quality says it all. SoThank You! For all you’ve done for my business over the years and let’s keep it going for another 20 years!!

Isaac came out and did a great job of cleaning out our air vents. He was very professional looking and acting. He was quick about his work, and cleaned up after himself. Quality Carpets also recently put in new flooring me, removing some nasty carpet! They did an EXCELLENT job overall, and they were also the best price I found. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Absolutely a pleasure to have Jason come out and check out our carpets and clean them for us. We had contacted a couple of other carpet cleaning companies in the area one being Bulldog Floor Cleaning with an appointment scheduled to give me an estimate and they were a NO call NO show. I then called Quality Carpet Cleaning after my mother-in-law recommenced them and scheduled an appointment. Got a call to see if we were available to come out sooner than appointment and it worked for us and our schedule so we accepted the new time. Got here in a timely manner and was honest with us about our carpets and very knowledgeable and was really enjoyable to talk to. Didn’t just come to our house for the money of the job, but actually cared about our experience with him and the clean. Will highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning to anyone and everyone in the Abilene area. Definitely the best experience with a carpet cleaning company (and we move a lot with my husband’s job). Jason is definitely an asset to the company and hope that they continue to keep him around.

We called Quality Carpet Cleaning to come and clean our carpet and two couches before moving . They did the most amazing job cleaning them. Our couches and carpet looked and smelled great.I was a little concerned about them cleaning due to us having wood flooring. Our floors had recently been waxed , so needless to say i was nervous about possible water stains. They came fully prepared and took ever precaution to ensure that our floors were not damaged in the process. Jason and his co worker did an awesome job. Very cool guys,they were very upfront about everything . We are very pleased and would recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs. We look forward to having them come out and do our other carpets soon. Pricing is very affordable too. No hidden fees just great work for a great price.

I was very impressed with this company Quality Carpet the young man that came to clean my carpet was named Isaac he was very friendly and he was able to answer all my questions and concerns.He took his time and cleaned my carpets in my house and made them look brand new again. He did an excellent job.I will be using this company for all my carpet and upholstery needs from here on out and I recommend that you use this company too. And ask for Isaac he is the one that did my carpets.

I have had several carpet cleaners come and clean my carpet. Jason came to my house and was very up front about what is wrong with my carpet and the best way to deal with it. He took almost all the pet stains out of my carpet and the ones that I didnt think could be removed Jason got them out! It is very affordable carpet cleaning and Jason I believe was the best out of all the others Ive hired. Last but not least hes very knowledgeable of what hes doing and a very nice guy. Glad I chose quality carpet cleaning.

Wow!!!!!!!! Thats all I can say!!!!!! These guys did my family a great service at very short notice and we appreciate that. Not only did they do that, they also did a wonderful job with the expectations we needed new carpet due to bad pet stains. They also gave me a receipt and said to save it and said in the future if we ever decided to get new carpet that they would deduct that with new carpet. Didnt know they did installation too. Wow, is all I can say, my wife and I were thinking about just having the carpet replaced due to how bad it looked. Had cain out, he looked at the carpet and told me he could get it clean and if we werent pleased with the way they came out he would put the money towards replacement of the carpet.
