My house got flooded and I called this company and they did a fantastic job. They arrived in less than 30 minutes and immediately started removing all the water from my house. 2nd best part was they worked with my insurance and I didn’t pay anything out of pocket. They left my home just like new my wife & I were very pleased with the work they did. Highly recommend Quality Carpet Cleaning for 24 hour water damage extractions and it was a plus when I found out they also clean carpets and couches!!!!!

The name Quality Carpet Cleaning El Paso says it all. I called around to get a few quotes on my hardwood floors and shaggy area rug, and I did not get far until I called Quality Carpet. Quality carpet gave me great prices and they were willing to get my area rugs cleaned up for me when nobody else would. My wood floors look amazing and my carpet smells fresh again. I first heard of the company when I worked at Wells Fargo bank. I saw the work ethic and also the quality work which is definitely a perfect suitable name! I have 3 cats and they destroyed the carpet in my previous home and to top it off, an underground pipe broke due to a tree root that had grown through the foundation of the home. It was a mess! I remembered the company and looked them up. To my relief, they offer services around the clock, so I immediately called and set an appointment. They are fair with their prices and often have different promotions, the customer service is amazing, and again, its great quality work!! Especially with water damage. They are life savers and helped me get my deposit back when I moved out.

Cannot say enough great things! Very responsive, quick turn around time. I needed them to repair my carpet due to pet damage and clean the carpets. They communicated when they were on their way. Did an outstanding job. They even helped me put my daughters closet door back on after it came off the hinges. A dove and beyond. Highly recommend!

It was after hours around 3am and I called this company and they immediately came and started extracting water and took care of everything from the damage to my insurance claim. There is no other professional carpet cleaning company other than quality carpet. From the on hand detailed work, to the professionalism of their staff is beyond amazing! I had very bad carpet stains thruout the high traffic areas of my home and the carpet looked like new after quality carpet. A kitchen pipe burst mid afternoon and I called this business to provide water damage removal services. They were fast, efficient and quickly extracted all the water from my new rental home. Later I came to find out they provide all carpet cleaning services to my landlord at Star Spangled Realty and they do a great job. They are a mom & pop shop but they exceeded my expectations and did exactly what they advertise that they do. Thank you Quality Carpet for getting my home back to normal!

This is for sure the best carpet cleaning company in El Paso Tx! I’ve used a number of other companies here and you can tell they use cheap products to clean. My dog sheds so much hair and during the time she was learning to potty train she left so many stains I was sure I wouldn’t get my deposit back and thanks to Mando Jr. I was wrong! He was so knowledgeable of the severity of my pet odor removal all the stains came right off! Thank you a million times to the team at Quality Carpet El Paso for caring about your customers!!!!!!!

I had flew to El Paso to clear an apartment and had a very short suspense. I contacted Quality and within a few hours, my appointment was scheduled. JR even called to confirm what I needed and if the scheduled appointment would meet my timeline.The day of the appointment, he sent text messages to provide updates on his ETA. JR and James arrived and immediately started prepping and cleaning the carpet. They were efficient and effective. Within anhour or two they were done! The carpet looks AMAZING!They are aptly named! Top notch quality, professionalism, and service! I would definitively use them again and recommend them to my military family and friends!

I recently had an issue with my water heater which busted and I had water all over the place in the middle of the night, the only company that even answered the phone was Quality Carpet Cleaning El Paso, they came quickly and cleaned up all the water and avoided any damages that may have occured by responding quickly.
