Maurice cleaned out my dryer lint duct. This is something many may not think about as routine maintenance for the home. If you have moisture build up in the dryer, probably time to clean out that duct. This is an honest and well established family business. I highly recommend them, and they’ll be my go-to company moving forward for duct cleaning, carpet, or other floor cleaning issues.

This cleaning service did amazing! Maurice was very professional and considerate of our specific needs. He was able to eliminate all of the dog hair from the carpets, our main concern. The cleaning also pulled up a few of our tough stains with ease. I tend to be wary of carpet cleaning, as some tend to leave soap which in turn sticks to and collects dirt, making the carpet grow dirtier faster. This was not the case, the carpets are free of soap and so far still looking great! This company is very flexible and easy to communicate with as well. They were able to visit our house on very short notice and had the carpets done in no time!

I also appreciate the care that was taken to protect wall corners & furniture while working with their equipment. I was concerned that there may be a few tough stains that might not come clean. They treated the stains and have upgraded equipment with scrubbers that did the trick! The team at Quality Carpet Cleaning stopped by our home today and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had heard about their professionalism and great results and decided to hire them to clean my carpets, tile and dryer vent. The results were exceptional. The previous owners of our home had pets and young children so we wanted to start fresh by having our flooring and vents cleaned before we moved in. They were able to clean everything beyond my expectations and left our home looking and smelling like new. The equipment they used was of high quality and I didn’t have to vacuum or do anything to prepare for the cleaning. They even sealed the grout and cleaned the tile in the master shower at no extra charge. I was also given some recommendations on how best to properly care for my flooring going forward. The price was very reasonable and they were finished in no time. I got a chance to chat with the owner, Mr. Maurice, and I was inspired by his story and how he was able to establish his business. I contacted 6 companies in College Station to clean the townhome I recently purchased. The previous owner had two large dogs, and was a smoker. Of the 6 companies I contacted, two responded with a quote. The first company provided a blind quote, and Quality Carpet scheduled with me a site visit before providing a quote. Their price came in $20 higher than the blind quote, but there were no curve balls or discoveries made after the fact that one might experience with a blind quote. Their assessment was fair and accurate, and worth every penny.I highly respect Quality Carpet for their business operations for on their own time travel to a site and prepare a formal quote. They knew the work to be completed, and I was confident in my decision to use them based on this business decision on their end. As a small business operator myself, I highly respect and value individuals and companies who make this extra effort.For the work completed, they hit a home run and arrived 5 minutes before they said they would, made respect for Lombardi Time! Stains from the previous owner are gone, and the house is fresh. From one Aggie to another, I trusted them in my home, and they locked up behind themselves. Excellent service! We’ve had multiple companies and people come out to try to clean our dryer vent and resolve an issue with our dryer and none have been able to fix the issue thus far. Quality came out (accommodating my schedule as a busy vet student as well) and immediately found the issue and unclogged the vent from both directions. They also helped reattach the pipe on the back of our dryer properly so that it wouldn’t leak dryer lint everywhere, after which they actually swept up the mess that was there before we got here!Incredibly professional, incredibly friendly, and they actually got the job done. They came out with the big guns and took care of business, and it was an amazing experience overall. Definitely recommended.

I had not used Quality Carpet before but they came yesterday for an estimate and today to clean two tiled areas and four carpeted rooms. They arrived on time, were courteous and got right to work. They explained the equipment they were using and gave me progress reports as it was being done. It is very good work. The areas had all gotten bad lately between three pets and all the rain and mud being dragged in. There were several small stains in a few of the areas and they removed them all. The house looks and smells great. They also did a small bathroom for free without my asking. Im very pleased with their professionalism and courtesy. Maurice & Mauricio came out the same day I called them to resolve a seriously clogged dryer vent. Let me add that I had the equipment to solve most such problems myself, but I still couldnt clear the blockage and couldnt figure out why. They got right to work and inside of twenty minutes had realized even their heavy-duty equipment couldnt get air through. So they crawled around in a (very cramped) attic and discovered something even I didnt know after years in this home: the dryer vent line was installed in a crazy fashion, and a joint of some sort had come partly undone. Lint had started to spray into the attic. They reattached the disconnected vent tubing, supported it better than it had been, and finally blasted the rest of the lint out.Twenty more minutes after that and they had reattached the dryers vent hose, swept up the remaining dust and lint, and everything was running properly. I also enjoyed talking with them both about how they came to be here and their outstanding worldview & business ethic. Did I mention that Maurice is an Aggie? What more could you ask for? Ill be calling on them again when its time to clean some carpets! In the meantime I can finally do laundry without risking a house fire. Please give this company a call, youll be glad you did.

Had my tile and carpet cleaned today and am very pleased with the outcome and service. The staff were very friendly and attuned to doing a good job. They did something extra to the grout to get a deeper clean (a little embarrassing that my tile was THAT dirty!), and it looks fantastic now. Also, Ive tried steam cleaning my carpet before, and couldnt get the dog smell out...after Quality Carpet came by, I think they finally got rid of it! Definitely worth the money!

They arrived exactly at the time they told us they were coming, which is much appreciated with our busy schedules, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much for the great, efficient and honest service. I was scheduled an appointment with this company in an very fast way. On the day of the scheduled time, the tech went to my house and told me that some stain cannot removed by the deep cleaning no matter which cleaning company does the work. I canceled this carpet cleaning from this company. I was really sorry for the last minute decision and wasting their time. The manager was so nice and told me to notify them at least 24 hour earlier. I definitely recommend this company for their professional service.

A little back story for ya Ags, I bought my mobile home back in May of 2016 and it was in need of some TLC, it is almost 20 years old. Well I have done everything and had everything cleaned except the ducts. I finally broke down and decided to have them cleaned to keep my heat/AC running at top performance. I called Quality Carpet Cleaning (dont let the name fool your, they do so much more!) and they worked with me down to scheduling the service to fit perfectly into my schedule. They were in and out in an hour and a half, house is not very big, and did a top notch job. I can’t recommend Quality Upholstery Cleaning highly enough. Some red dye from a new shirt rubbed off on my cream-colored recliner, and I was afraid it was ruined. Other upholstery cleaners hesitated to tackle the job, but Maurice promptly responded and worked on the recliner until the stain was virtually imperceptible. I won’t hesitate to call Quality again whenever I have any challenging cleaning needs.

I had to schedule late in the day and even though it was after regular working hours for QCC, they fit me in. Im a first responder and during this pandemic, scheduling anything is a nightmare. Anyway, he showed up on time, ready to go. Took less time than I expected, 2 rooms, fair price, quality work, was mostly dry in an hour. I would recommend QCC to anyone.

I had problems with my dryer not performing. My clothes were limp and wet even after full cycles. Plus there was a strange rattling noise coming from the back of the machine. An expert having found that the engine on the dryer was still revving and that the noise was not an Eastern Diamondback, I needed someone to handle the exhaust port. Given that the distance to the roof opening was about 2 meters, I knew I needed someone strong with the force to hit the bulls-eye, enter Maurice. He was able to schedule service just TWO HOURS after my plea for help. He arrived and immediately began wrasslin that rattler. As I was distracted with the college bowl game that I definitely didnt have any money on, he finished his work and called me to the laundry room. There, he held the mummified remains of the Cardinals Yadier Molina. No, it wasnt a catching legend, but it was the corpse of an unfortunate bird, maybe an Oriole. That rattling? Probably this poor b@stards detached beak, endlessly tumbling, serving as a metaphor for how words are just circular reasoning, forever justifying our tortured existence or some such thing. Anyway, Maurice handled the bird and his destroyed home which had somehow managed to infiltrate the drop pipe. In all seriousness, he did handle a situation that had the potential to be catastrophic to our home. We enjoyed a good laugh and he was gone to the next call. We highly recommend QCC and will use their services again soon.
