Very friendly and helpful person, he explained what is going and what work needs to be done. He took pictures of before and after for the job he did on the A/C units in addition to the ducts. Little I new that we had mold and mildew in our system. I am glad I called and got it fixed although it was a big expense that I did not anticipate but that is no fault of theirs, mostly because we never had cleaned our ducts before and had clogged up our water drainage which caused the mold -
