I called on a Saturday and they were able to fit us in next day. Dave was on time and called when he was on the way. He came, assessed the issue and came up with a plan. Gave us the option to just keep the estimate or have the project done today. We wanted it done same day. Dave went to get the parts and came back with a team to get the job done. All very kind and professional. We really appreciate it. Will definitely be booking our annual cleaning with them from now on.

David was very detailed as to what the problem was with the ducts and vents in my house. He explained how the process would take place. The crew worked diligently together and got the work done. The mold and insulation fragments were removed from the ducts and vents; now the air in my home has a fresh smell. I can breathe better. This company offers excellent service. I recommend them to anyone. I give them a five star service but they deserve higher.

Most of my vents were put on upside down, my dryer vent was still dirty, and many of my vents now need to be fixed since the drywall somehow fell apart when they unscrewed the vents. Good price, but I wont use the company again.Edit: I was contacted by the professional that cleaned my vents. It was incredibly nice that he offered to fix whatever was wrong, and truly wanted to make it right. While I wont take him up on the offer, it was a very nice gesture. Ill call a contractor to fix the drywall and ensure that the vents are flush to the walls.

At first I was hesitant on getting my air vents cleaned due to the stigma of it being a scam but let me tell you Im glad I took the chance. Now I cant speak for every vents cleaning company but Asi and his crew with Pure Air Duct Cleaning Services was absolutely awsome. I watched them thoroughly clean all my vents and they found mold that would of been left unnoticed if I did not get this service done. They got rid of the mold and installed a UV system for a great price. Even through in a filter for free. I will definitely recommend and/or use them in the future. Isaac and Melvin were awesome! They cleaned my dryer vent inside and out, quickly and efficiently! They were also very courteous and polite. Just be certain that you are aware that $89 is the cost for a basic 8 foot or less lint cleaning. Anything over 8 feet in length is $10 every additional foot. Any blockages, like a bird nest, cost an additional $150 to be removed. $69 is the basic fee to have them install a dryer vent cover. Thank you Pure Air!

Truly.Miss Helen in the office made my experience very personable and smooth. She has been dedicated to seeing that the job was done properly and was exceptionally responsive to all of my concerns.One week after the cleaning, there is much less dust in my home, and I am no longer coughing and sneezing from environmental issues. The furnace and the air supplied through room ducts sound different after the cleaning - amazing how we dont realize how wrong something is until its been fixed!The team leader was very professional and personable. He answered all my questions and went out of his way to check on the unusual sizes of the vent covers (my house is old, and a number of items are non-standard sizes). He was very responsive during our follow-up walkthough upon completion of the job.Much to the team leader and his workers credit, they each were wearing face masks and put on boot covers immediately upon entering my front door, using the floor mat and keeping my hardwood floors, carpeting clean.The reason Im giving overall 4 *s and not 5, is because of issues with the workers, themselves. Pure Air took my concerns and related documentation very seriously and took appropriate action. I expect that future customers will not have the same problems that I had.Most of the issues that the workers left behind would probably not have been visible to the team leader / technician upon walkthrough - I only discovered them later when I moved furniture to thoroughly clean the floors of dirt previously accumulated. It was on these issues that Pure Air took immediate, corrective action.A heads-up for customers considering the disinfecting. Allow several hours to open windows to allow the scent to disipate. I also kept the furnace fan on, and room overhead fans running for the day.For potential customers who may have read my original, low-rating review, this updated review reflects Pure Airs dedication to customer service and doing the right thing. Miss Helen explained to me that Pure Air hires its own workers, and does not contract out. Mike arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He took photos to show me the before and after work. I knew it had been several years since the last cleaning so I was expecting the worse. Yep, it was bad, but it could have been worse. The previous company (name hidden to protect the guilty) did not clean the main return. 😲 While cleaning part of the return there was a lid (looked like from the duct work) INSIDE the duct. Mike cleaned it and found where it came from. He helped me understand which direction my filter should be place (air flows right to left), and how often I need to have the ducts cleaned. He also installed a UV light. As someone with respiratory ailments I really needed my ducts cleaned. He found mold on a couple vents and told me to replace them. It was a pleasure having him & his assistant come & do the work. Shout out to Ms Helen to scheduled the appointment. She was very professional, friendly & her nice voice was easy to understand. I will tell my neighbors, friends & coworkers about Pure Air LLC. I can smell the difference!

The only reason Im not giving all five stars is that the quote we received on the telephone was MUCH less (75%) than what we ended up paying, after they inspected our ductwork. It was needed -- the unit and one duct had mold growing -- and they did what looks like a good job. I just wish I had been told the range of service needs in order to be better prepared to pay the bill. But I have peace of mind now (and respiratory peace), and do recommend this company.

The guys came in and got right to work while Asi and I ealked through the house so I could show him all of the vents.They pulled various items such as old childrens toys and hair ties out of the vents and disposed of them. They even changed the Furnace filter and Asi showed how bad the prior owners had left it. It was caked in a thick layer of dust.I would highly reccomend Pure Air and especially Asi and his crew.

For example since the old home owners had painted over all the vents, David told me they will use a razor when trying to take out all the vents and that it might possibly leave a noticeable mark around each unit after putting it back. His team took their time visiting each and every single air supply and return vent and once they showed me in pictures how dirty everything was, I decided to go with a higher package but I beleive it was definitely worthit and much needed for my home. Pure Air is a company that cares. The person I spoke with over the phone was personable and kind. She answered my questions and gave me enough information regarding the cleaning of my dryer vent that I felt good about scheduling a date for service. The cleaners arrived in a timely manner and focused on the job of deep cleaning the dryer vents. After measuring the distance of the vents, the cleaner told me the length of the vent and the cost of service. With my approval, the 3 cleaners went to work from both the inside and outside. They took a snapshot of the vent. Omg! Totally clogged with lint and no air flow to the outside. It had been about 5 years since the last time Id had the vent cleaned. Way to long ago! Im thankful for the ⚠️ to clean out the vent yearly to prevent a fire from starting in the vent. Dont wait and dont hesitate to have Pure Air clean your dryer vent. Dont risk the danger of a fire. Im relieved that my dryer is now safe to use and more efficiently drying each washer load.

My technician Isaac was highly professional and very patient. The previous owner of the house did a lot of patch work and, based on Isaacs assessment of the duct, never cleaned it. My roommate was having sinus/allergy issues and mold in the duct might have been part of it. I did full clean and sanitization package then got UV light which Isaac assured me that would prevent mold in the duct work in the future. These guys were wonderful to work with — specifically Asi and his crew were punctual, professional, and went above and beyond. Asi noticed that the ducts in our new home were not cleaned in a long while by the previous owner. He walked me through what needed to be done, pointed everything out, and he and Dina (from the front office) send me a fair, updated invoice on the same day. Then his crew took the time to carefully clean, add UV light, and repair all the ducts all over our new house.We could literally feel the fresh, new air after the job was done. Not only did the house smell so much better, but breathing in the air was actually refreshing in our house.These guys really went above and beyond. Asi also replaced all the duct covers without charging me any additional cost for the labor and the drive he had to make to Home Depot (I did not tell him about the duct covers beforehand, he just noticed some of the were old and offered his time to get the replacement parts from Home Depot, he saved the receipts and showed them to me, charging only for the cost of the duct covers on the receipt and nothing else). He also noticed the airflow connector to the drier was old and about to break down, so he gave me a very fair deal to take care of that too. Lastly, he noticed the airflow in our top floor was not working properly (something our inspectors missed when we were contingent on the house), and now we know what options we have to explore to fix that next. We wouldn’t have known right away if it wasn’t for him walking us through it, again taking much more time from his schedule to walk us through something without charging us anything more.We highly recommend these guys and will be using them for annual air flow cleaning to keep our house ducts in the top shape they are in now thanks to them. This was my very first time using Pure Air Duct Cleaning, LLC and after today it will not be my last. Johnny and Omar showed up on time, were efficient in their team work and very informative throughout the whole process. Each step of the way, Johnny was professional while explaining what he was doing, provided pictures for a visual understanding and worked within our budget. The team work was impressive and they were done in a timely fashion. We can tell the difference in air quality in our home and our heat has already been running more efficiently. We will be using this company from here on!

Johnny was great. He arrived on time and very thorough. He explained everything he was going to service from start to finish. Cleaned the vents and change out the filters that I have previously purchased. He showed me how bad the ducts were by showing me the dusts collected which recommended doing deep cleaning on the main unit. Got the job done in the amount of time said before. I will definitely recommend him to others.

Arrived on time, asked me questions about the home and showed me the issues with the ventilation. Providing recommendations on what to do moving forward. David and his helper did a superb job. They were respectful of our home, but were quick to point out where a couple things were unhealthful, and in need of repairs. They fixed the issues, and left their work area cleaner than they found it. We’ll breathe cleaner air and our furnace will last longer as a result. He took the time to educate me about how to maintain the system, and was quick to point out how to save money on maintaining quality air flow...including recommendations on filters. We spent a little more than I expected, but, after seeing what a couple years of rental use had done to the ducts, coil and fan motor, I was ready to drop the cash. I am also a far more educated consumer as a result. I was very happy with the service.

These guys were great! So as a first time homeowner, I called them to get my dryer vent cleaned because my dryer was losing performance. When they came to do the job they discovered that one of the previous owners built siding over the output vent! They spent the time to find the thing and clean out ALL THE LINT that had built up. Then they put in a new vent like it should have been done in the first place.The main person I spoke with was Asi. He made sure to explain things as the job unfolded, was very nice and very professional. I would absolutely recommend them!!!

Outstanding job at a great price! We had the whole house cleaning and dryer done today. The furnace needed cleaning, as well, so we paid a little extra for that. Asi was great. We have pets, but my wife and I cannot believe how much junk they removed from our ventilation system and furnace. It’s really amazing, kind of embarrassing.Thanks again for doing such a great job. We highly recommend Pure Air Cleaning, LLC for how well they cleaned our ducts and furnace, and for such low cost. 10 stars!

Jonathan, our technician, was awesome. He explained the process and was very efficient,polite, and professional. Kudos for a job well done.Only one suggestion for the receptionist. When a client call, please inquire as to the number of AC units in the home. i was a bit surprised when there was an additional charge because the additional charge line was not on the coupon regarding the Whole House AND DRYER. The additional charge line was only listed on the whole house coupon

After an initial SNAFU with this company (technician did not show up as scheduled; I was notified of a delay very late; finally, the appointment was cancelled) I am circling back to say that I am impressed with their customer service and their workmanship. The office manager reached out to me after learning of my negative experience, rescheduled my appointment,and honored an original coupon I wanted to use at the initial visit. My technician, Jonathan, was courteous, upbeat, and professional. Mistakes happen - this company made up for theirs and I would recommend them to others without reservations.

I’ve worked with Asi and his team twice now and I’ve been impressed both times. They’re professional, thorough, and very communicative!After moving into a new home last year we used Pure Air to clean the vents and dryer vents. During their visit Asi took a look at our ducts and physically showed me the mold growing in them. He gave me an estimate for sanitizing and cleaning the ducts and when I called Pure Air a year later they still honored that estimate!
