If you want honest hard working people doing your chimney cleaning, then Professional Air Duct Cleaning is who you want. After cleaning the chimney stack, I was informed that the ceramic floor to my fireplace was cracked and compromised that could lead to an unwanted disaster. They replaced the floor for a fair price. After the installation of the floor, I notice the floor wasn’t exactly level. No problem, they removed the floor and made adjustments. Lastly, they installed a new gas fire log system which relieved me from having to do it myself just before Christmas - at no extra charge. Overall, it was a very positive customer experience, which I believe we all want.

Gave his personal recommendations of what to do and what we shouldnt do, ended up changing what we were having performed and saved a decent bit of money by not spending on extra services that werent necessary. Maydan was professional and answered all my questions with patience and insured I understood what he planned to do in order to clean the fireplace. In addition, he explained what additional pieces were needed to use the fireplace after a plumber completed installation of the gas line. He also spoke to my roommate who had additional questions on the phone and answered her questions. He explained in detail why gas was better than wood in this particular fireplace. Pricing was excellent. Highly recommend.

Professional Air Duct Cleaning came and took care of my parents chimney and dryer vent. They were very friendly and took their time with an examination before actually cleaning. They took photos and video and explained what they found and their recommendations. We were originally going to have the air vents cleaned, but our service person expressed some discomfort because of their age and condition. Rather than risk rupturing a vent, he gave us options to consider without pushing one way or the other. We appreciated this and will definitely return for continued service and likely duct replacement.

Today we had two of the employees from Professional Airduct Cleaning service our in-door propane fire place. Both employees were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Their knowledge, skills and abilities are second to none. They first listened to my concerns then quickly assessed the equipment and diagnosed the problem. They recommend a course of action to return the appliance to optimal working condition and had it apart then back together and functioning properly in a short time. The explained what they were doing with each step and provided several tips for maintaining the appliance that would save me another maintenance or repair call and also save me money in the future. I learned a lot form the Technicians today. It was a very pleasant experience using Professional Airduct Cleaning to service my fireplace. The cost for the service was more than reasonable, they didn’t try to push any unnecessary extras on me and the Technicians were pleasant to deal with. I will HIGHLY recommend Professional Airduct Cleaning and all of the services they provide to my family and friends.

Hey, just wanted to share my experience with Professional Air Duct Cleaning. I noticed my house was getting a bit stuffy, so I decided it was time to get my air ducts cleaned. I called these guys up, and they were super chill and easy to schedule with.They showed up right on time, and the team was friendly and really knew their stuff. They went through my whole house, cleaning out all the air ducts and vents. I called to have my dryer vent cleaned because it was clogged with lint. Nathan showed up and took good care of me. He had everything he needed and made quick work of the issue. He was professional and a really great person in general. After the cleaning, my dryer works amazing! Its never dried a load of towels in one cycle, now they’re dry in 30 min. Well worth it!

We used this company to clean our wood stove and a fireplace. Before beginning Nathan inspected wood stove and fireplace. He gave us a quote before starting. We had never had them cleaned so we expected it to be higher than basic price. He also informed us of what needed to be done to repair and maintain. We will definitely use him again.

I used this company to do a basic cleaning of my air ducts and dryer vent. The tech who did the job was nice and did a decent job. He showed me before and after pictures for the pre-agreed areas he did clean. However, he seemed distracted as he cut off mid-conversation after his phone rang towards the end. He rushed out the door so fast that he almost forgot the vacuum he’d brought with him. Also, he was late. The original window was 9-11 a.m. and the tech didn’t call to advise he was running late until after I called the office at 11:20 a.m. to ask if someone was still coming. He ended up arriving around noon. My issue wasn’t so much the tardiness but the lack of communication about being late. Otherwise, it went ok.

OK, I’m a fan. Netanel (AKA Nathan) was fantastic! He kept at it until he resolved my problem.Let me set the stage… My wife rescues bunnies, and we keep them in a room in our house. We have big wood cages, use towels and cotton blankets to make the floor a little easier on their paws. Unfortunately, bunnies are not always the most consistent at using their litter boxes, so we need to wash their towels and blankets frequently. In addition, bunnies eat hay, so the towels and blankets are usually full of hay as well as other material. We shake them out as best we can, but we can’t get rid of all the hay particles and other “stuff”.We bought a super large washer and dryer, and have been using them for over five years. But, our dryer kept giving us a low flow code. Netanel tried to blow the residue from our vent, but it didn’t work. He then climbed on the roof and noticed the vent cap was clogged. He removed some lint, but mentioned we should change the cap to another style that wouldn’t clog as easily. He also disassembled the vent pipe through the attic and cleaned all the built up lint (the “before” pictures showed the lint blocked about 60% of the pipe, even after he blew it out with his super-high-powered blower.) He then said I could use the dryer, but that I should avoid drying heavy loads until he could change the cap. Then the cold hit, and then the windy days. I didn’t want him on the roof, so we waited a few days. He finally came back when the weather was more conducive, and changed the cap. He also changed the tube that connects my dryer to the wall, as the one I had installed prevented me from getting my dryer back to the correct location.I also appreciate how easy it was to talk to him about the issue, and how he was able to explain what was going on and how he gave me several options to resolve my problem. Finally, he re-emphasized that if I still had a problem, I should call him back. He guarantees his work 100%Yup, I’m a fan.

The services (a) air duct cleaning $144.00, (b) HVAC ducts deep clean $432.00, and (c) HVAC coil disinfect $144.00. Total $779.40. Here are a few comments. (1) The service is expensive, maybe that is ok depending on service. (2) I would expect that you would provide EITHER the ‘basic’ OR the ‘deep’ clean, we apparently got both. This seems like a redundant charge. (3) We enjoy the service provider, but he was a bit unprofessional. When asking about services, cost, etc., we find his responses defensive and sometimes intimidating. My wife’s questions about charges were very reasonable. Also, frustrations over service related challenges were expressed a bit too extremely.
