Showed up timely. Was polite. Wasn’t pushy when I declined the upsell in deodorizer. Only negative is it’s been 9 hours and my carpet is still damp. Besides that all went great.Update- owner reached out and offered air blowers if needed. That was really nice! I expect the carpet to be dry by morning so don’t think that will be needed but that was a kind gesture.

Josh and his team were exceptional from the initial booking to the actual carpet cleaning. We first enlisted Joshs services when we were selling our old house, and we didnt hesitate to call him again for our new home.To give you some context, we have four dogs—four lovable but accident-prone dogs. We also have four kids. So, you can imagine the stains and pet accidents (possibly even human ones) that plagued our carpets. It was so bad we thought replacing the carpet was our only option. But then Josh came in and worked his magic. Our home smelled brand new, like it had never seen a single stain.Weve had other carpet cleaners in the past (Carpet Tech), but their efforts were short-lived. The smell would return in just three days. Not with Josh. The smell stayed gone, and we were able to sell our house with confidence.We recently moved into a new home, and although the carpets were in much better shape, we still called Josh for a touch-up. Once again, he did an amazing job.If youre looking for a reliable and thorough carpet cleaner, Josh is your guy. He also offers tile cleaning, which we hope to try soon!

Its been a couple of weeks since Pro Fresh cleaned the carpets in my house, but they left such as strong positive impression on my my family that I had to complete a review.
