I have run restraints for 16 years and this crew is the most personable and responsive crew I’ve worked with in Dallas. They even left me in even better shape with less than ten hours notice When I had a huge inspection come up, and when there was a key issue (not their fault) they stayed on the phone with me to make sure we got taken care of.Can’t say enough good things, saved me today!

So happy with everyone on the Pro Duct Cleaning team! Dawson and his team responded and scheduled us quickly for service along with tackling unexpected issues that arose, without hesitation. Everyone was friendly and quick to answer any questions that I had. Definitely recommending to friends!

We called on a busy Saturday as we noticed grease was leaking from our vent. We sent them a picture of it as we were not due for a cleaning for another month. After they reviewed the video I sent them, they agreed that it needed cleaning. They came the next day which was a Sunday and spent 4 hours cleaning the hood. It looked like a brand new hood when they finished. They were punctual, and professional. They took their time and didnt rush through even though it was a Sunday, would have preferred to be sitting on their couch watching football. If your looking a professional team to clean your vents, these are the guys to call. Couldnt be happier!!

Extra impressed with the flexibility speediness, and professionalism provided I took over my restaurant from previous own who neglected the cleaning of vent hood and filter they were black and now shining like stainless steel. I am extremely satisfied with the teams service and their quality of work. For less price than our previous company, they cleaned our hood filters without extra charge!! They were on time and they finished the service in half the time too. (They sent 4 people, instead of 2 unlike our previous company!). They were courteous and professional and Im so glad Ive found them after trying so many other companies.
