    I have 2 area rugs that needed a GOOD cleaning due to our ‘outside’ dogs. Spencer and Dillon showed up and were VERY polite and professional. They worked the entire time and made our rugs look and smell great. The bedroom carpet looks great. The woman that took the call and schedule my appointment was friendly and professional. This was a great experience and I will use them again.

    We had Prime out to clean our oversized shower. They cleaned the grout and ceramic tiles on the walls as well as the grout and stone tiles on the floor. They also resealed the shower floor afterward. Could not be more satisfied with the result. The technicians arrived as scheduled, took care to protect our floors and walls from their hoses and wiped up after themselves. Very courteous and thorough. Really glad I chose this vendor.

    From the first call about getting water out of our floors and room to all the way through replacing the floors, Jordan and team were absolutely amazing! They will keyed all the way through making sure every detail was done right! No shortcuts to try and finish fast but made sure it was done as we needed it. Clean and floors look like nothing had been done and look amazing!

    Can’t say enough good things about Prime Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning! Our carpets have never been this clean with other companies. And they cleaned our dryer vent from top to bottom. It’s was very clogged and they had to come out again and get more out, but they came the day I called and got it taken care of.     I needed air ducts cleaned as well as carpets and thought I would have to pay two separate companies to come out to do it, but I was referred to Prime carpet and air duct cleaning and called for a quote. The owner himself returned my call, he was very polite and explained how everything would work, broke down the pricing, and got me set up with an appointment. Their services were very affordable and cheaper than what other companies were wanting to charge me just for the air ducts alone. The service techs that came to the house called ahead of time to let me know they were coming, they were professional and polite. They explained the process as they did everything.     Great guys to work with. My family recently moved into an older mobile home. It needed the air ducts cleaned to help with our allergies. After a few failed attempts with other companies we finally found a company that would service the Eustace area. (Insert happy dance!) The gentleman that came out to clean the air ducts was wonderful! He was professional, informative, friendly, helpful, very patient with my children who just had to see how the process works, and found an issue left by the previous owners that we will need to get an AC company in to repair. Very happy with our service.

    Gold and Indian were ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. We bought a 10 year old house that had never had duct cleaning and it was FILTHY!!!! These two guys not only were polite, respectful and kind but extremely informative and honest. I would COMPLETELY recommend this company for your air duct needs. My house already smells so much fresher. With a serious “candle burning” habit and 5 dogs, it was definitely filthy. These two guys got it cleaned and my vents look BRAND NEW!!!     This company is absolutely hands down the best in the business! Do not hesitate to call upon them. When my dog got sick all over my carpet they were here in a flash and soon it was good as new.     We have used Prime Carpet cleaning several times and have always been pleased. I have several animals and needed some stains removed and they are completely gone.     These guys were amazing! When they first showed up I thought these two young men are awfully young and probably dont have the work ethic that I do or that someone my age does. Boy was I wrong!     These guys did a phenomenal job!!! I live in an older home that gets a musty smell if you leave the air off very long. We got a quote for cleaning the air ducts and were scheduled very quickly. The guys who came were very courteous and professional and showed up when they said they would be there... not like a cable guy at all!!! While they were there we also had them clean our couch and love-seat and our carpets. These guys were able to get baby formula stains out of my dark couches and got the dark spots out of my carpet! I had previously tried the dry cleaning method from a different company and was told that the stains were permanent. My house now smells clean and my carpet and furniture look new! Ive already recommended them to several people.

    I requested an online quote w/ Prime on Monday of this week. Jordan called me directly within the hour and explained the process, in great detail. Jordan came by the very next day to access the duct cleaning job and to advise on another issue. He was efficient, polite, knowledgeable and the pricing was beyond fair. We scheduled the service for 5 days out, but Jordan personally called me and offered to send his crew the very next day to accommodate my immediate needs. Jacob called beforehand to inform me they were running EARLY (unheard of in my experience with other companies). Jacob and Colby arrived within 15 minutes, accessed the job, explained the process and got right to work. Jacob was informative, thorough, clean and very kind. Colby removed all the returns and the guys pressure-washed and painted them like new. The guys worked well together and were a true pleasure. The cleaning was completed within the timeframe and the guys waited patiently for me to return as I got caught up in town. 🙂 Upon entering my home, the air was fresh and clean and the guys did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Jacob and Jordan both followed-up with me the same afternoon to ensure my satisfaction.     Our nine year old house has been spewing drywall dust from the HVAC vents ever since it was built. After years of dealing with the dust, and worsening allergies I decided to try having the ducts cleaned. Prime Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning looked like they had great reviews on Google and Facebook so we gave them a try. After a brief and informative chat with Jordan we scheduled an appointment for them to clean our ducts and carpets. It appears they cleaned the ducts pretty well and were hopefully not going to see all the drywall dust settling throughout our house anymore. The carpets looked new after they were finished. The two guys that came out were very nice and professional. I have already recommended them to family and will soon be recommending them to some friends.

    We were having problems with coughs, irritation in our throats, itchy eyes etc. We called Prime Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning and they sent out two real nice guys named Damien and Jermain. Both of these guys were super friendly and extremely detail oriented. 100% rock stars both! They cleaned all the ducts, including the return air vent, and the dryer vent. Our house was built during the Truman Administration and never had the vents been cleaned. Already, not 5 minutes after the guys left the place smells a lot fresher and healthier. I cant recommend these folks highly enough, and oh, btw, the price was fair too!

    These guys cleaned all the air ducts and clothes dryer vent in my home last week. Weve lived in our house for 10 years and never had it done. They did a great job. They take down all the vents and return covers, paint them and put them back up after cleaning. They made very little mess, and vacuumed up when they were finished. I will definitely call them again when I need a service.

    The carpet on my stairs was over twenty years old. Even so, we were not ready to replace it, but when our hot water heater had to be removed because of a leak, we had rusty water run all over it. Before we called the carpet cleaners, it looked ruined. Prime Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning traveled a distance to my location, arrived right as scheduled, and cleaned it right up. Our carpet looks almost as good as new! They also cleaned an area rug that was badly affected by the water leak and it looks (and smells) fresh and new too!
