These guys have done a couple of projects at our house. They are prompt, personable, kind and meticulous. The first time they came Ruben took care of my issue, not only that he cleaned and bleached the area when he was done. Most recently Austin took the lead on doing some major work for us. I sent a text and where the other company I reached out to couldnt come for 24 plus hours, they were at my house in just a couple of hours. His service was excellent and his customer service and care was even better. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are priced fairly and made me incredibly comfortable. At the time my husband was deployed and Austin was SO patient and thorough explaining things more than once and in great detail. The guys who completed the job were great too!

I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Premier Pros. From our very first contact till now, Jacob Moreno, Jorge Cisneros, and Jack (don’t know his last name) have done an outstanding and professional job. Always responsive, polite , and courteous, this team has certainly delivered.Jacob’s management of and on the job, Jorge’s impressive tiling skills, and Jack always at the ready to fill in the gaps, have made it a wonderful experience. The initial job was to finish out a bath/shower with tile and glass shower installation.Late Friday afternoon and on an unrelated job, Jacob came out and demonstrated his plumbing skills. Knowing we would be gone next week, Jacob made sure that a leak in the attic was located, repaired, and refinished before he called it a day.These guys are turnkey. We’ve had a few leaks in this house and most companies will come in, locate the leak, plow through the easiest access point, usually inside the house, fix the leak, and then leave you to figure out the rest. Not Premier Pros! These guys do the job and follow through till your property looks like it did before the incident or at least to where we didn’t have to rush out to cover gaping holes in the ceiling or walls. Never expected the plumber to get all the way to the back of the house via the attic to avoid unnecessary damage to the interior or exterior of the house.Hats off to Jacob, Jorge, and Jack in a job well done. Premier Pros is lucky to have them!

All of the folks at Premier Plumbing have been great! Their personnel, including Vincent, Jamil, and John, have been out to the house on several occasions to do repairs and installations, and they have always been efficient and so very courteous. And the young lady in the office is always extremely helpful and nice. Their lead man Jonathan is very friendly, professional, and straightforward when it comes to discussing the various available options for equipment and installation procedures. His attention to detail is impressive, and if he says he is going to do something, he does it! I cant recommend this company enough!

May 10, 2023, Austin Cantu came by to service our water heater. Really nice, friendly, knowledgeable guy. As he was familiar with our Rheem model, he offered tips and pointers on maintenance, which I appreciated. After testing, he determined the heating elements were bad. He found it still had a warranty and ordered the parts for us. Afterwards, he presented us with the options to have him install the parts only, or the parts and additional suggested nice-to-have parts, or have someone else install the parts. We liked him and asked him to come back when we got the parts only. Ive dealt with plumbing companies before and they all push to sell their services. I totally understand. But I didnt feel like I was on the defensive with Austin. He told me the options and I told him what I needed and that was it. It was a pleasant experience and I didnt have to justify my decision. I look forward to seeing him again. I hope I dont need to but if I do, I hope I get Austin on my next plumbing problem. I totally recommend him. And no, hes not related to me, but I wish he was!*Update 10-16-2024*Austin came back for the mid-year check-up. What i really like about Austin is that he is very personable and explains in detain what he is doing. After reviewing, he didnt see anything that needed repair but did have suggestions for improvement and presented them in four levels, ranging from basic to really nice to have. He even presented examples of affordable payment plans. Never once did he pressure us.As a side note, when Austin arrived, he greeted one of my neighbors who was outside. While Austin was inside my house, the neighbor called and said they liked him and asked what we thought about his work. Of course we gave him 5 Stars! She immediatly asked if he could come over to her house, which he did after completing his work with us. I wish all the service technicians who came to my house were like Austin!!

The sewer line at our house backed up, it was late in the evening so the next morning I called premier plumbing. I had seen their trucks around town and heard good things about them, they had a technician out in less than an hour. The technician was Jacob Moreno, the first thing I noticed was how professional his appearance and attitude were. He ran the camera in the line and it showed that the line had separated and that section has to be replaced. He went over several options that I had to fit my budget because Im retired and on a fixed budget. They had a crew and their machinery out within 2 hours and completed the job by the end of the day. I dont usually do reviews but I wanted to thank premier plumbing for making this process as painless as possible and to let other folks know that if you do use premier plumbing youll have peace of mind knowing that youre getting a good job at a good price. They guarantee and stand by their work.

Five stars all around. Affordable, extremely knowledgeable and patient with explaining all of the AC terminology. I am extremely grateful for their honesty and hard work. I didn’t know about maintaining your unit every year nor did I know about turning off your unit when mowing to keep your outside unit clean. Those small tips make a big difference. I noticed a huge difference in how cool my house was the night they fixed it and it resulted in me having to turn my AC temperature up because it was working that good. I needed a new duct added to my configuration in the attic and they made it look easy. They don’t charge for small things (like if they see something wrong they fix it without any extra charges) and what they quote they honor. Give them a call and have them come take a look and do a quick free diagnostic, you won’t regret it! They present 3-6 options to keep you within your budget and do quality work. They are amazing!

I had a water main leak. Austin Cantu is the plumber technician that came. He assessed the probable point of the leak; then explained in detail my options of repair. He also explained that depending on the condition of the pipes there would be different options there too. When he found exactly where the leak was he knew it had occurred because of too much water pressure. He also installed an outdoor shutoff valve which I knew was needed, but had neglected to install. I was very impressed with his knowledge; the speed in which he worked, and his courteousness. Most of all I was impressed with, and pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the cost was. I cannot recommend Premier Pros high enough - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was visited by Rueben, Edward and Jorge - all three were professional, friendly and very efficient. I discovered my Rheem 75 gal water heater leaking Tuesday night; I picked Premier Pros because they were listed on the Rheem website as one of their Pro Plumbers. I called Premier Pros at 8:15 AM Wednesday; Rueben was at my house by 9:45 AM. Rueben verified my issue, confirmed my warranty and found a replacement water heater by 10:15 AM. Edward and Jorge arrived by 12:30 PM with the new water heater and had it all installed and everything cleaned up by 2:15 PM - they even made sure to wipe everything down so it was clean and spotless. I will never have any reason to look any further than Premier Pros in the future.

I highly recommend Premier Plumbing. I was skeptical at first because my 40 year old house was having sewer smell and fumes from my bathroom tub. With Austin helped he cleared all drains but unfortunately the smell was still coming through. Austin gave options in which direction s to resolve. I chose the mid course to perform a Static Test to see where the smell was coming from . Through the optic camera they can see a few possible leaks. Austin gave options to resolve problem chose the premium package. They replaced both bathrooms pipes under the house, corrected the direction of pipes did a professional job. Install a back flow to prevent sewer smell from city lines. Thank you John Arispe and crew. Fantastic job.

Premier Plumbing has been my go-to for years now and they just knocked it out of the park again. My home was never plumbed for a water softener and I wanted to get one installed.Austin came out and gave me different options on water softeners and described what it would take to plumb the house correctly. The following Monday, John and his team came out and did a fantastic job! They had to dig a huge trench in my yard to run pipes from the main water line into the garage, where the water softener would be. I have landscaping (no lawn) and the trench was dug within a pea gravel pathway. The trench was about 9 long x 3 wide x 3-4 deep. When all was said and done, you would have never known the trench was there! They filled the trench back up and raked the pea gravel back perfectly. And they somehow were able to dig underneath the concrete walkway leading to my front door and run the pipe up to the wall of the garage.I absolutely love my new water softener... what a game changer. And, as if all that work wasnt enough, they replaced the two old outdoor faucets that were spraying and wasting water, AND installed a faucet on the hard water line so that I wouldnt need to waste soft water on my patio plants, pressure washing, etc.As always, nothing but an extremely pleasant experience with everyone at Premier Plumbing! Thank you!

Ive had some bad experiences with unprofessional plumbers. I asked Edward Salinas for his business card, so I could mention him by name (I didnt have any cash for a tip, so please give him a bonus and/or a raise). He arrived on time; found the leak; called the home warranty people; went and got a new sink faucet (exact same features as the other one--only new; and installed it for me. Also, he cleaned up the water puddles under my sink, which I know he didnt have to do. He had to go and get the part and bring it back. I told him to go ahead and get his lunch while he was out, but he didnt. He came right back and installed the faucet. Very professional, and this is the company I plan to use for all my future plumbing needs. Thank you!!
