    While researching reviews and calling around to learn more about scheduling a carpet cleaning with local companies, there was one company experience from the start that exceeded expectations. When I first spoke with Chelsea, her customer care and listening over the phone to what we were hoping to achieve was wonderful. She was kind, friendly and very detailed in explaining our options and pricing, including recommendations based on our preferences and sensitivity to fragrance. After our research we chose to book with them because of our experience over the phone with Chelsea. José arrived at our home and was an absolute delight to work with from beginning to end. He did an excellent and thorough job, making our carpet look fresh and sparkling clean!     First time we used this company, husband felt we could get carpet cleaned cheaper.They arrived and walked us through the process, no hidden charges.     The ansolute best carpet cleaning in 30 years. Was an able to remove wicking stains which would resurface about 3 days with other carpet cleaning services. They have a method of removing these stains that most other carpet cleaning services don’t have. Saved me about 2k because i thought i was going to have to get new carpet.     Power Steam is the BEST carpet cleaning company I have used and have very fair pricing. The representative I talked to on the phone to schedule my appointment was kind and gave me great pricing info so I would know what to expect to be charged. The technician Daniel came out and did a FANTASTIC job on my carpets. He also was kind, friendly and he did such a thorough job! Don’t call another company. Call Power Steam.     This company was very accommodating with my schedule and allowed me to reschedule.     Amazing! There are not enough words of praise for this company and the work that they do!     I am pleased to take some time to tell you how impressed I have been with the crew of Power Steam Carpet Cleaning. A week ago they took on a daunting task. The carpet located in our Claims and Treasury departments, had carpet so stained that I was sure that it could NOT be cleaned, and therefore, had to be replaced. In fact, our building engineer had set aside $56,000.00 to replace the carpet.Well, it didn’t take me long to see just how impressive the Power Steam crew at cleaning carpet was. It was a total shock how clean our carpet was after Power Steam finished the task.Jose, Chelsie, and Brayden are 3 of the hardest working people I have ever had the privilege of working with. They made absolutely sure that every foot of carpet was cleaned very well. These 3 worked tirelessly to complete the 1st cleaning task after working for 17 straight hours!!After our employees returned to work (on the next workday), and showed how grateful they were for the newly cleaned carpet, we took no time to rehire Power Steam to clean all remaining carpet on the 1st and 3rd floors. Jose and Chelsie measured all remaining areas and gave us a quote (for this second project). My boss QUICKLY approved the quote. Jose and Chelsie graciously made room in their busy schedule to return and to clean all remaining carpet on the very next Saturday and Sunday!As I write this (on 11/10/24), they are cleaning our remaining carpet!I cannot stress enough how good this company is! I hope that everyone who reads this review (who needs carpet cleaning), seriously considers hiring Power Steam Carpet Cleaning. I can assure you that you will NOT be disappointed!Today (11/10/24), Jose, Chelsie, Brayden, and Jayden are all here, cleaning more carpet, and impressing me yet again.And, one more thing!     I have a son with medical problems and needed my carpet cleaned rather quickly due to him having a procedure done. I was concerned about not being able to let him crawl around due to the floors needing to be sanitized. I called this company and they immediately scheduled me even though they were booking into the next week. They made time for me on Saturday and then when I failed to have everything moved enough for the deep cleaning I was paying for, they rescheduled me on Sunday even though they do not typically work on Sundays. My son has been able to enjoy crawling around the house safely which is something I will always appreciate. They did not have to come out so quickly or even return on a day they do not work, but they cared that much about my situation they came out and took care of my house. They did a fantastic job cleaning. I was truly impressed. My carpets were grimy due to my own efforts to clean them. My carpets are still nice months after their service and never became sticky or grimy. I highly recommend this business.

    My carpets have never looked better! They are 17 years old but having them cleaned regularly has kept them in good shape. Highly recommend the pet treatment as well if you want your house to smell amazing. Jose and Chelsea did phenomenal.

    I need to start by saying I have had my sectional cleaned before with another company and had a terrible experience.Power steam carpet cleaning was a breath of fresh air. Jose was our technician and he was thorough, patient when I had a million questions and gave updates along the way of the job. My sectional is very large and with 2 kids under 3 and 3 pets, there were lots of stains. After the cleaning, it looks SO good.I also like the deodorizer that was used. I am very sensitive to smells and usually don’t request those but this was very light, crisp and didn’t smell chemically or like cheap febreeze.We had a great experience and would highly recommend!

    Power Steam Carpet Cleaning was terrific to work with from booking the appointment through the completion of service. I spoke with a person (no automated system - hooray) and was able to book an appointment within a few days. I received a confirmation call the day before, and the technician was on time. He did a very thorough job and my carpet now looks and smells terrific. He added a deodorizer at no charge (not too strong, just smells fresh and clean). He invited me to make sure I was happy with the service before he left, and he did a wonderful job. Great prices, excellent service, terrific work. Theres no reason to call anyone else.

    First time using this company (7.24.21) - found them by searching online for carpet cleaners. BEST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE IVE EVER USED!     What a great experience! The technician was on time, professional and did a super great job. I can not believe how many stains they completely removed! One room has really old carpet with many stains. I appreciated the technician telling me that one of the stains may not come out completely, which I already assumed as it was really bad, but now 3 days after the job I can barely see that stain from before.I also had a couch and two chairs cleaned and they look brand new now!     I have had horrible allergies this year. We had been in our new house for almost a year and my allergies were going crazy. Looking for answers we had our air ducts checked. We found out they were very dirty. In a very timely manor, we had an appointment scheduled to have our air ducts cleaned by Power Steam Carpet Cleaning. The technician was very professional, nice, on time and helpful! He answered all our questions and did such a thorough job!! We are very pleased with the results! I noticed a major difference with my allergy symptoms within just the first few days and they have continued to improve!!     Edit: The owner responded to my issue and offered a recleaning or a refund. The refund was issued promptly. I appreciate that he was polite, professional, and prompt. I have adjusted my review to four stars because I believe his customer service goes a long way to showing this is a business that cares even when things dont go as expected.Needed to clean carpet in house i just purchased as it had pet stains in one bedroom. It looked better as soon as the guy was done but it took 48 hours to dry, the stains returned even darker and the smell got increasingly worse, probably due to the long drying time (I put fans blowing on it the whole time as well). I had to follow up with several treatments of natures miracle to try and get rid of the lingering odor. The natures miracle resolved the issue mostly but I am very unhappy to have spent almost $150.00 on cleaning one room that only made the issue worse. Was told on the phone that they would use enzymes and paid extra for that but I seriously doubt it was done. And 48 hours to dry with fans... that carpet was soaked and done improperly.

    Power Steam Carpet Cleaning did a GREAT job on our old, stained-up carpet and furniture upholstery. Our carpet is not brand new (12 years old) and had a lot of stains. The technician with Power Steam spot-treated the stains and they lifted right out and the carpet looks a lot better! They even repaired an area of carpet that was pulling up by a hallway wall at no extra charge for us, and without me asking! That was cool! And we also have an old all-white sofa, which we like, but its showing its age. Power Steam cleaned it right up and it looks great again.     I called Power Steam Carpet cleaning and was really impressed with the service. They were a little late getting to our house but they called and informed us that they were running late. The Carpet cleaning technician gave me a few tips on how to save money during the cleaning process which cut back on the amount I ended up spending for the cleaning. Usually, the old adage is that you get what you pay for when getting that good of a deal, seeing that it was quite a bit cheaper than their competitors, but with this company, it was the opposite. They really did a fine job on the carpets. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I would have given them an excellent rating if it wasnt for the fact that they were a bit late getting there.
