Called with an impossible job. Cleaning five 20 year old wool rugs with pet stains. Installed carpet with pet stains. Previous companies could not get the smell out. When Cody dropped off the rugs, there was no smell! Stains were gone and even the fringe was white again. I was impressed with how clean everything was. Would recommend to anyone no matter how big or small the job. -
