    Easy to schedule, very responsive in communication, clarified needs for the dryer clean out.The technicians arrived at the expected time and called with their exact ETA. Techs were polite, careful and made sure to walk us through every step of the process.The biggest “mess” during the process was som dust collecting on the the floor that they vacuumed up and the deodorizer spray dribbled that was also cleaned up. Dakota and Naamon were very sweet and focused on working so hard the entire time they were in our home. Cautious of our pets and careful with our furniture. Some photos of the equipment and gear. They also showed us live video of what was happening as it happened when we asked. This is not a quick in and out kind of job. Expect these guys for several hours and to breathe cleaner air!

    We are extremely pleased with the service we received from Planet Duct. Daniel and Zach did an amazing job. They were on time, worked hard, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We were especially pleased with how respectful they were of our house. They wore covers over their shoes, laid down a tarp for the hose to lay on so it never touched our carpet. Since we just had new carpet installed this was so nice.The pricing was great compared to other companies we looked into. The fact that they price based on square footage of the house instead of number of vents made a big difference.We would highly recommend Planet Duct to anyone. Thank you again Daniel and Zach!

    I recently had Planet Duct clean my dryer vent, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. The technicians arrived on time and were extremely professional from start to finish.     Zack and Steven were great to work with to clean my dryer vent. They were delayed and called me to let me know. Due to the snow, they had to put on and take off their shoe covers constantly while working inside and outside the cabin. Very friendly with great customer service engagement.

    Kyle and Joe did a great job cleaning our dryer vent for us. Our property was a rental before we moved in. Our dryer was taking three cycles to dry anything so we knew what needed to be done. They came and cleared the clog in our dryer vent and they even cleaned the dryer out for us. Everything is working so much better. We appreciate that they were able to come the next day on short notice!

    Dakota and his assistant arrived on time and did a great job getting our dryer vent cleaned and and even went the extra mile by cutting the coiled air vent from the dryer to the vent hookup to allow better airflow. He explained the process and provided the readings he took of the air flow pressure. Will definitely use Planet Duct again.

    At my apartment complex, the air intake vent was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. So I raised my concerns to the apartment manager and they had Planet Duct come out. John O. and Bryan were the technicians who came out to assist with cleaning out the air ducts. These two gentleman were professional and efficient. They took their time to make sure that everything was done correctly and vacuumed through each air duct in my apartment. They also sprayed solution into the ducts to keep them clean. I really appreciate that they were able to come out and clean the ducts and HVAC unit. Great job and thank you!

    So incredibly happy with our service. We just moved into this home and immediately realized our dryer was not performing optimally.     The guys from Planet Duct were great! Cameron and Zack did an amazing job at our house cleaning out the ducts and dryer vent as well as our AC coils. They were super thorough and diligently took the time each area needed. My only complaint would be that they left a bit of debris in one of the areas in our basement, but that was easy enough for me to vacuum up afterwards. Other than that they were fantastic. I will definitely be using their services again in the future! ☺️

    After purchasing our home and using our heater a couple of months, it was clear that we needed to have the ducting cleaned. After doing some research, we chose Planet Duct.Scheduling was easy, pricing was transparent, and they send text and email appointment reminders. On the day of our appointment, they sent a text reminder that included a photo of the senior technician who would be showing up to perform the work.The technicians wore covers on their shoes to protect our carpet/flooring and also covered the areas to protect it where they ran suction hoses.The process was different than we expected, but much more efficient and effective! Prior to starting, the senior technician explained exactly what would be done. They changed the furnace filter (customer provided) and made sure the vent registers were clean as well. We have seen an improvement in the flow of air coming from our vents and less dust!The technician were extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and polite. We are extremely pleased with the service we received by Planet Duct and will definitely use them again in the future.We wholeheartedly recommend this company.

    I hired Planet Duct to clean my dryer vent and they did an outstanding job! Cameron and Zach arrived on time and explained clearly what they would do and how they would do it.     The two gentlemen that did our duct cleaning were exactly on time. I also appreciated the text letting us know they would be here right on the dot. We didnt have to ask them to wear booties. They protected our floors, doors, and everything else. The only thing they could have done better was shown us the before and after pictures. They showed us the after pictures but we wanted to see the before ones too. However, it was a great experience and it feels good to keep our air clean.

    What a great experience! Technician Joshua and his teammate (who gave me his name but I have forgotten it) were polite, patient and very professional. My vents have never been cleaned, the house had been vacant while under construction and renovation dust and dirt were everywhere. It was gross. We didn’t want to restart the furnace without a thorough cleaning, so we called in some help.They cleaned all of the vents and several sections of the furnace and furnace compartment. The weather was freezing and the wind was absolutely relentless and they never complained as they worked in an unheated house. They had to deal with boxes and construction materials and difficult vent locations. They were cheerful and so kind about answering my questions. At the end of the appointment, they vacuumed the floors around the vents and removed all of the debris from the cleaning.I would happily recommend Planet Duct to anyone who needs a cleaning, especially the team they sent to my house. It’s stressful to let strangers in your home. I felt very comfortable and safe because of how friendly and respectful they were.This was an excellent experience and I will be using Planet Duct’s services again in the future. We had a major water leak that leaked into one of our vents the night before our service. I called Planet Duct to cancel because I was overwhelmed. They came out early, dropped off a snail fan, treated all wet areas for mold & spores & then came back a few hours later for my scheduled cleaning. They were incredible thorough. When he walked in, he said that he liked the way the house smelled. I wasn’t running a diffuser & I don’t use any air spray.     We were under contract for a 1960s home with under slab duct work. The inspection found rust throughout the ducts, and some places where they had totally rusted through. We weren’t sure it was going to be fixable until we found Planet Duct and their Duct Armor service. From our first phone call they were responsive and helpful. They did an excellent job protecting our home during their work, and they cleaned up well afterwards.     I was recommended these guys by Ranals Resolutions and they did not disappoint. They called ahead, were on time and both men were extremely professional. The service I requested was a dryer vent cleaning because apparently whoever owned our home prior never cleaned the vent (ever), despite the home being built in the 70s. It took a couple of hours, but they thoroughly cleaned everything, took plenty of photos and talked to me a bit about an area of concern for them, but that they personally dont deal with as its electrical work. Their invoice included all the photos they took which I appreciated and the price for the work I requested was quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company. They are A+ if you need any sort of vent/duct cleaning done.

    I was very impressed with the professionalism of the young men who blew out our dryer vents. They were early and called to make sure I was available at an earlier time. They took pictures to show the build up and to show what it looked like after the blow out. My dryer is working beautifully. I have already referred people to them.     I found Planet Duct after getting the do it yourself kit stuck in my dryer vent tube. I called Planet Duct and spoke with Brandon. They came out and got the tools unstuck and cleaned my dryer vent tube. Brandon the owner and his staff were very professional and the work done was phenomenal. In addition to the dryer duct being cleaned they cleaned the tube in the dryer and ensured there were no loose particulates in the laundry room.     My dryer went out on us, was the heating coil. 8 managed to fix it and use it for a day before going out again. I than decided to clean out the dryer vent myself thinking it would be easy... turns out that the vent had too many right angles. It didnt go so well, the brush ended up unscrewing and getting stuck in the vent! I called them up and was able to get service tje next day! My window was 130-330, but they were able to come way sooner which freed my day up! Im glad i jad a crawl space or it probably wouldve taken way long than a hour. After all said and done they removed 2 trash bags of lint!! Im glad we called when we did because it was really close to starting a fire! I h8ghly recommend them for all ur vent cleaning needs!

    We were very impressed with this companys service. The two young men did a thorough job. As we watched them treat our home with respect... cleaned, vacuumed as they went along, we were more than pleased with their work. There was a mishap though. They punctured our gutter with their huge truck as they backed into the drive. Just as we were ready to call, the manager showed up the next morning and personally apologized. The young men were in training and learning to handle the huge vehicle. He asked us to find our own handy man to fix it & they would reimburse us. Amazing! We cant recommend this company enough!!

The company was very helpful with moving the time around that was convenient for me to have my air ducts clean. Austin and Luvion were very detailed oriented and they explained the whole process before they began. Though it seems like a long time when they tell you it will take about take about up to 4 hours to clean, but you will fully understand why because of how detailed they are in those 4 hours. They make sure that your ducts are extremely clean and they are very professional. They are on time and keep everything clean when they do the work.The guys were very friendly and professional and i definitely appreciated their cleaning especially showing me the dust n insulation accumulation they cleaned.
