Overall I was satisfied with the service their technician provided. Mr. Shannon was friendly and courteous while at my residence. I had absolutely no issues with him at all. I did have an issue with the fact he wasn’t told he would be working on a tankless water heater. When I called for the after hours service I specifically gave the dispatcher all the information needed. Of course when he arrived he didn’t know and didn’t have any parts to at least do a temporary fix. He then gave me a price estimate to get it repaired and I asked him when he or someone else would be able to come back and did the job. I was thinking the next day, because it was an emergency call out. Well I was wrong he apologized and said it wouldn’t be until Tuesday about 5 days later. I told him that wasn’t feasible, because of the water leak. He said dispatch would call me the next day to see if they could schedule something earlier. Well they never did so I called another company out and they completed a temporary fix until they could come and do the permanent one. Like I stated before I absolutely no issue with their tech just more of the lack of communication.

Yet again, another pleasant experience. It never fails with these guys. I always call Pippin Bros because I know that they have great knowledge and experience in what they do, and I know that Im going to be very satisfied with the quality and of their work. Not only is it good quality work, but they get it done relatively quickly, and unlike other contractors, I dont have to watch over these guys. I can work on other tasks that I have while theyre handling their business. Thats a major plus in my line of work. A big thanks to you guys at Pippin!

Shane Little of Pippin Bros did a great job when he arrived. He assessed the trouble, sought an experienced estimator (my gas line troubles exceed 300 ft) and gave me 2 options to get my gas on quickly. Always have been happy with Pippin Bros for plumbing, heating and air since long before 2012.

If you want the work done right use Pippin Brothers! My parents moved to Lawton in 1986 and have been in the same home ever since. My parents have been using Pippin Brothers exclusively throughout those 39 years, and have ALWAYS been pleased with their work.Recently, my mother needed her hot water tank replaced, and had planned on having a few other things done in the Attic. Upon inspection Pippin Brothers found that the last roofing company DID NOT connect the venting to the gas water heater or HVAC. Please look for my google review on Salazar Roofing.In total my mother had the water tank replaced (it was almost as old as the house), closed in the top of the utility closet, replaced an Air Duct that was previously damaged, insulated the hot water line that was in the attic, and added 12 inches of new insulation throughout the attic.Throughout this process, I was in constant communication with Pippin Brothers as I needed to help my mother make decisions on what work needed to be completed and the various options to choose from. Everyone I encountered was tremendously helpful and understanding. I want recognize a few people who went above and beyond:1. Robert Werner - Service Manager2. Chole - Receptionist3. Dustin Baggs4. Ron Martinez and Aiden were our technicians for 2 days while repairing a pipe leading to the main drain; a job that proved far more complex than originally anticipated. We weren’t charged anymore than originally quoted, despite the job being significantly more work. Both of them were so professional and explained every step of the way. They were so patient and answered every question we had. They worked diligently and accomplished a lot in a short amount of time. They kept the work area clean and when they left, they left my yard very clean, free of trash and debris. They were incredibly sociable and friendly. If any work is required in the future I will continue to hire Pippin Brothers and ask for Ron and Aiden!

Chris came on time and went straight to work. When he arrived before he started working, he asked what the problem was and went from there. In about 30 mins he determined we had a concrete slab leak with our hot water line. What I loved is he didnt push for the repair to be done with his company just asked us if we want a price Quote and said to think about our option. Overall we are happy with the service he provided and will be highly recommending him and his company to our friends and family if they ever need a plumber. He didn’t try to convince me to replace anything I didn’t need which is extremely rare compared to many other companies that I’ve dealt with in the Lawton area. We had a great experience with Austin! I called Pippin Brothers desperate late yesterday after having a new fridge delivered but a leaking valve in our wall that needed to be used as the water connection. The receptionist walked through the process of someone coming out today thoroughly. We were notified multiple times of new time frames and even received a text with Austin’s picture. After walking through our concerns in other parts of the house and advising us, Austin was able to identify the problem, went to 2 locations to get the part, and come back and fix the problem, and then asking AGAIN if there was anything else he could do for us. Great first experience with Pippin and we will be asking for him again.

I had previously contacted a different local plumbing company (because my home warranty uses them) to look into a sewer line issue. That company was not responsive, couldn’t ascertain the problem and was going to charge much higher prices. I then decided to go with Pippin Bros because of reviews I read online. They sent Shane out and he quickly determined I had a sewer line cut by a fiber company installing fiber Internet in my neighborhood. Shane was phenomenal and lived up to other reviews that mentioned his work. He quickly discovered the issue and fixed it for much less than estimates I had received from the previous company who couldn’t even find the problem. He also helped me document the issue with photos to allow me to file a reimbursement claim with the fiber company. I was very impressed and will use Pippin Bros and Shane for any future needs.

Dustin did an emergency repair on my furnace this morning and threw in a little extra help for this “old lady.”Jason unclogged a sagging drain and told me I didn’t need a seal I thought I needed, so I appreciate the honesty. Good guys at Pippin Bros.Austin did a thorough inspection on my plumbing for my annual maintenance plan in January 2024 and let me know they could install a water softener if I wanted since we have hard water. Dustin B inspected my furnace and let me know where some potential problem areas were down the line since the furnace is nearing 30 years old. It still works great thanks to the previous fix by Dustin C. Glad to have Pippin Bros looking out for me!I’ve had a garbage disposal put in and clean outs of my drain line ( tree roots).Shane did a great job fixing the problem and even checking on a few minor issues in the home I just moved into.
