I called this week and I was so happy to get an appointment within a few days. Everything was handled as it was explained to me on the phone. Brandon came out to clean our carpets this morning. Their advertising touts having the best technicians and based on our experience with Brandon today, Id agree. In addition to his accurate estimate and prompt arrival, Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable. He did a thorough job and was very careful around all of the furniture. He was clear about the services hed be performing and the total cost. He made me aware of options like carpet protection without being pushy. He was a quick, experienced worker and our carpets look amazing. -
