    Straightforward service provided by a professional technician at a very affordable rate. The process couldnt have been easier with an online scheduling tool that took less than 5 min to schedule. The owner/operator does follow up and answer questions if you do decide to text which is extremely helpful. Once the technician arrived he worked quickly and efficiently and answered any questions that we had. Whenever a service company offers a flat rate with no hidden fees and STICKS to their service i would absolutely recommend and use the service again.

    5 Stars and I dont give those easily. Called James from Patriot Dryer Vent & Chimney Cleaning and had him come out to clean my Dryer Vent. He gave me a flat rate that was considerably less expensive than the two other companies I called. Upon his arrival James analyzed my situation and immediately told me that I did not need his service and recommended a roofer that I could call to resolve my issue. I offered to pay for his gas for the trip but he declined. It is refreshing to have a veteran owned business do what veteran owned businesses should do and that is continue to provide for the residents of the great country in which they served with honesty and integrity. I highly recommend James and his family operated business Patriot Dryer Vent & Chimney Cleaning.

    They cured what ailed me! My clothes dryer drying times were getting progressively longer, so before I called an appliance repair company I called around for a dryer vent cleaner. Patriot came in with a great price and could come the next day. They removed a lot of lint from my vent tube, and now the dryer blows with no resistance and the clothes dry in the normal time again. Recommend.

    Dry vent cleaning was fast and easy. No worries about moving the dryer and taking the wall connection apart as they go in through the vent (mine was on the roof) to clean it out. Removed dryer lint screen and did a great job vacuuming out that part of the dryer. Very friendly service, called ahead and was able to come early. James was super friendly and was nice to my dogs. He was very communicative and responsive in setting up the appointment, then arriving exactly when he said he would.Once he arrived, he explained the process and got to work. There was no attempt at any upsell or additional services.     Ive had my dryer for 3 years and since year 1 it has been terrible. It takes multiple dry cycles to dry the smallest loads and is very inefficient. Recently we started to suspect it was maybe due to us never ever having it cleaned 😅. We have pets that shed a lot of hair and there always seemed to be a ton of lint. I found Patriot online and chose them based on great reviews. It was so easy and convenient to schedule a service directly from their website and view transparent pricing. I had a vent cleaning and interior machine cleaning today. Lucas the tech was knowledgeable and skilled. After this service alone we were able to dry a full load of laundry with only one dry cycle! It is a miracle. So so glad we chose Patriot and we will be adding this as an annual home service going forward.

    Getting the laundry dried was a slow process as it would take 2-3 cycles to dry the laundry (cotton towels seemed like it took forever). I was listening to Martin Bomba’s Rockin’ Home Show and he recommended Patriot as the best. After checking out the reviews online, I decided to make an appointment. Lucas from Patriot arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the probable cause and inspected the vent in the attic and on the roof. After cleaning out the lint in the vent, he also provided the additional service of cleaning out the lint in the dryer. My wife and I have done several loads of laundry and the dryer time has been cut to only one cycle per load. Life is good again. I would highly recommend Patriot and will definitely use them again in the future.

    I recently got our dryer & vent cleaned. My dryer had been taking 2 or 3 cycles to dry so I booked an appointment with Patriot Cleaners. They did an awesome job. Apparently some bird ended up in my vent and was fried. Then they cleaned my dryer and found lost clothes. They also put a vent cover over my outside vent so no more little birds could get roasted. Best of all, it only took 1 cycle on my dryer to dry my clothes! Will definitely use them again!!

    I was experiencing issues with my clothes dryer taking too long to dry my clothes plus my dryer’s exterior was warming up. I called Patriot, being that I found several positive reviews on their service. I was impressed with an introductory video immediately sent to me informing me of the services they would be providing. Lucas showed up on the appointed day and quickly went to work. He pulled the vent behind my dryer and pulled out an extensive amount of lint. He explained again what he would be doing, proceeded to my roof and thoroughly cleaned my dryer vent. An additional service of inspecting and cleaning out my dryer was also provided. When they cleaned it last year, we noticed a huge difference in drying time which saves dollars.Experience was great all the way around. Fair pricing, professional and respectful of property.     This is the second time I have used Patriot Dryer Vent Cleaning. They definitely did not disappoint. I was getting an error code on my dryer that my lines were 80% clogged due to a faulty connection behind the dryer to the wall, when it was installed last year. They cleaned everything up and were able to fix the connection, so everything is running great. I will be using them again in the future.

    Lucas did the most thorough cleaning ever of our dryer vent (and we’ve had several). This included completely extracting the dryer from a tight space (over a floor “lip” no less), removing top of dryer to clean lint from there as well as the normal lint trap cleaning then completely blowing out the vent (ours is long with multiple angles in a 2-story home) followed by rooftop eval to clear anything from the vent cap area. Arrived on time, very professional, completed in an hour, explained everything clearly, reasonable price. Be aware: the cleaning is fairly loud due to equipment but with utility door closed, it was tolerable during business conference call in kitchen (~60 ft away). Highly recommended!

    We recently experienced our clothes coming out of our dryer were extremely hot. I called James and set an appointment for the following day. James showed up earlier than our scheduled appointment after letting us know he had an earlier opening. James was very professional and accessed the problem and make the necessary cleaning remedy. We ran our dryer today for several loads with no problems our issues. I highly recommend Patriot for your dryer vent cleaning.

    On time, Lucas was professional, helpful, explained everything he was going to do, was thorough and cleaned up all the dryer lint and chimney soot. While he was up on the roof, I asked him to take pictures of my chimney to see if there were cracks or issues that could be causing drafts. He was gracious to do that for me!     Lucas came to check out our vent bc we noticed birds going in and out of the broken cover. At my request, he was very gentle moving the nest to check for eggs, wc there were, and into a bird box we had purchased. Then he educated us about the carbon monoxide that accumulates with blocked vent, with patience, I have to say. Were very happy with their service and we are customers for life.
